I am from Colombia and all payments arrive the same day in my local currency, the implementation with my account was so quick, I use it all the time, I was able to create a virtual card (soon I will request the physical one) which allows me to make international purchases and also, I can see all the purchase history every moth, the UI is excellent, and also the options to request an advance seems fantastic to me, and the commissions that deel takes seem very low to me! I was super happy to learn the company I started working with fully remotely a few years ago was using such a simple online solution to deal with the financial part of our partnership. Love the simplicity, ease of use, and jus the possibility to be able to work across different countries and Deel handles those parts of it that no one likes to handle, bureaucracy, and all these official details. Service is sucks, and support sucks. In my case, I withdraw money, wait for ETA is ended, and after communicating with support teem, the money is returned to deel balance. Deel didn't pay my contractors on time even though the funds were in their account. There was no warning that they weren't going to complete the payment on time. The issue stems from the fact that they keep the contractor payments in their system (and probably make interest off of them) until it is tranferred by the contractor. With ACH that means the contractor is waiting up to an additional 5 business days to get their funds. They rely on the tool completely in order to keep cost low, but the tool is missing some key warning functionality if something is missing for processing a contractor payment. The chat support was infuriating - canned responses were not answering the question asked...there is absolutely no opportunity to speak with someone on the phone. This is a low cost provider with poor customer service once you sign up. We will move on to another service with better customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Deel is making payments delayed so you are forced to get an advance and pay the deel advance fees. If you need your money on time you can not trust deel. The company I work for pays deel on the 7th, 8th, or 9th, of in order to get paid on the 15th or 16th. My payment has been delayed until the 23rd for no reason. But now the worst part is that they say it should already be in my bank account but it's not and the bank statements don't show the transfer or that they are holding for review. Simply now no one knows what happened to that money or who has it. I am not sure how they can run a business like this.
