    BrioHR is a tool that allows employers to easily hire, manage and track the progress of their entire employee recruitment process. It helps businesses achieve their goals, including increase transparency, reduce costs and keep track of which positions are filled first. I do not love that you can't add your own login. It's a minor thing but I am used to logging in using Dropbox, Google or email. BrioHR is helping us solve the problem of hiring and retaining top talent. We are a growing company, and we need to be able to find the best people for our job openings fast. BrioHR allows us to hire from a wide range of candidates at once and get instant access to their resume and background information. The system also helps us track which candidates are responding to our job postings, and how quickly they are responding. This makes it easy for hiring managers to know who they should be focusing on as they search through resumes, so they don't waste time sifting through irrelevant candidates who may not be right for the position at hand. It's really helped us streamline the process of finding exceptional candidates that match our team's needs.

    The performance management module is a game changer in my opinion: throughout my career I've noticed that companies performance process is lengthy, clunky and leaves room for bias. BrioHR performance managemnt module address these points: it's smartly designed for both the employees and managers, has a user-friendly interface, and is configurable. It benefits all in terms of time saved on this administrative but essential HR activity: the employee, the manager and ultimately the employer. I haven't found any downside using BrioHR. On the contrary, this company has designed HR processes holistically, addressing some of the biggest pain points stemming from HR activities in the industry today. It has delivered beyond expectations and should benefit many organisations. I think there are many benefits from an employer's standpoint: employee satisfaction is probably the biggest one that comes to mind. It is achieved through the simplification of HR tasks, the improved Turn Around Time in Onboarding & Payroll, the user-friendly interface, the capacity to view informative data through reports.

Timely communication of future version releases and their features will be essential to exploit them to their full potential BrioHR was founded and is being managed by true visionaries who are most customer oriented. By way of their breakthrough platform, they are genuinely addressing a market need for such product that will be recognized as the breakthrough soft HR solution for years to come. Prospects strengths and weaknesses benchmarking, employees leave planning and management, automated payroll runs. Given its plug and play nature, BrioHR's usage is not exclusive to the HR team but readily exploitable by all other key stakeholders in a very straightforward way.

    The ease of work and the convenience being the most obvious ones. However, the other problems that pop up from time to time are always well responded from your team! And this is very assuring that we get good and quick response whenever we are stuck with or have a problem.
    Payroll features simplify my job from the manual Excel that I used to work on. The software saves time and it has that interesting look with colors and symbols that inspire, especially on the Leave Module which again is so useful without having to count pro-rated leave manually. It is instant and the calendar is also very useful to see staff leave at one glance.
    The Tax calculation always varies from month to month. It seems there are 2 ways to calculate them from the LHDN; one is based on MTD and the other one is e-MTD which is the option I saw when I submit our monthly PCB to LHDN via FPX payment. To smooth things out, we may need to opt in to your integration where we instruct the bank to pay automatically every month on the MTD/PCB to staff. Do not know if this is the answer.

    Eventhough we ended up not contracting BrioHR (we got acquired by a MNC already using a Global HR Mgt platform), my experience with BrioHR has been outstanding. Their quest to match their solution with the clients needs, adaptability, availability and approachability make BrioHR and their leadership team very unique in the market place. I do believe they have cracked the code for such platform and their product/market match will turbo charge their expansion pace undoubtedly.
    I was involved in the short listing of BrioHR in the view to consolidate all of our HR applications under one platform. BrioHR is an all inclusive HR management platform from prospect screening to de-boarding. Its executive level reporting and analytics make it a very unique offering in the market place.
    Bring in its very fast expansion phase BrioHR will release multiple versions over the initial usage phase, However this will also bring additional functions likely usable and useful for the end users

    It has been very great, I love the swift responses of the Brio team when we need help, every week there is a new feature added and we get alerts. I love that they incorporate changes we request for in order to accommodate our needs. Am most grateful for the PMS because the process we used was time consuming and did not cover much ground (e.g not including 360 feedback), but now process is swift. helps the team stay UpToDate with projects and their progress
    It is a very user friendly software, quick implementation and easy to use. The only system we found that had all we need at a very reasonable price. The performance management has by far been the most feature we have used and it has prompts and reminders that help the team to not miss deadline.
    Payroll incorporate for us being in a different continent would be lovely as we love the feature. feed interaction by all staff (ability to engage with post) would also be a nice feature

    It has been positive so far, a learning curve for both myself and BrioHR. I am happy with the effort made to constantly adapt to the requirements of the client, which is never easy.
    BrioHR had a more complete software for my HR needs.
    the variety of modules for HR, all in one place. Makes it much more convenient for me. The customer support-as I am anew user with lots of questions, I have been able to receive lots of support as promised. My feedback and suggestions have always been taken into account in order to improve the software and also to customise it according to my needs.
    There are some features which need to be tweaked to make it more user friendly. It's a WIP so we will always have to continuously adapt to new updates and it can be time consuming to find solutions that we need.

    The portal is very easy to use, as one of the admins of the system, I can access to many functions such as Recruitment, Employee Leaves, and even Onboarding staff. I can also manage many things in the same portal which helps a lot in my routine work. Besides, when I encounter any issues or concerns with the system, the helpdesk personnel answer/assist me quickly and effectively.
    They always enhance the system to let the users have a better experience, thus we constantly have to learn new things from their portal - sometimes we may not have the time to do so. Nevertheless, BrioHR works great and it is useful.
