For the linking and scheduling, it should be that the FS/SS... Links are forced on an end date after it was changed even if the previous date was set after the early finish of an activity. If I want to postpone the activity, I'll just add lags myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The UX is kludgey. It's very closed and unless you pay significantly more your data is trapped. We've had a number of issues with bugs - clearly they rushed this out. It's not very customizable or intiutitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Charges us for two accounts even when there was only one person trying to use a free trialer then charged us 1800 in a 3 month period of time then ignored numerous email contacts and finally issued a partial refund but left a charge of 450 and they admitted we never used the product after the trail period and now continue to ignore correspondence. they have a C- rating on BBB

The product is mediocre at best and that's why we decided to not use it after spending about 20 mins in the system. This company just outputs the minimum viable product and then uses free trial scam tactics to bolster their revenue. I can't imagine any company that values their data would want to be involved with this company. Once I found these transactions it took days to get my account close, what do you think will happen when you need customer service to resolve the many issues/bugs in when you are a paying customer. Avoid at all costs!

I am extremely upset with this company. After signing up for a free trial we had a couple of questions and found out the software did not work for us and thought our account was cancelled since they did not offer a mobile app and our company can only use software that has a mobile app as we only use it in the field. We disputed the charge with our bank about two months ago and today we found out that project manager fought our dispute and we were charged back the original $375 for the software that we never used and did not work for us. They have no phone number so I have not been able to talk to anyone about this issue and when emailed they did not care and had horrible customer service. We will let our other construction associates know NOT to use this company.

We recently split our organisations into teams. We felt as though this incentivised staff to work harder by adding a sense or competition. With both remote and office working staff it was hard to find the time to hold meetings and discuss strategy. This is where ProjectManager.com helped. Teams each had their own space to upload files, brainstorm, 'chat' etc. This increased our workflow and efficiency tremendously.

I have used the trial version of Projectmanager.com while searching for a tool to support the day-to-day management of tasks on the project I currently work on. I used it to set up a task completion list and Gantt chart for my team, which we could then re-visit together on a weekly basis, and use personally on a daily basis to track what we needed to do. The Projectmanager.com interface made it easy to do all of these activities.
