2.5Somehow, this is performing quite slowly on both my laptop and my phone. I also received multiple notice for a single email reception which is quite annoying when it pops up 4 times on top of the display. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

4.0While using it more than 4 months i didn't find any issues with any feature. But i felt its G-suit integration process little bit difficult. Also i would to mention its community support which is less impressive than other CRMs like Pipedrive or TeamWave.

10.0We currently use Salesmate throughout our organization. Initially it was implemented for our sales department only. Salesmate has so many great features that we have now expanded it throughout our organization. The use of different pipelines, customizable fields, automation, and customizable sharing features has allowed us to expand its use within our company.

10.0We use Salesmate as our sole CRM and phone system for our company. I have tried many other big-name CRMs for real estate, but Salesmate has been much better and more customizable to my exact business model. The speed is incredibly fast, which is important for a CRM. And I love how each user has a dedicated phone number so all communication stays inside the CRM.

10.0I have been searching for over 3 years for a CRM that fits my very specific needs, and I am even spending money to create my own CRM at the moment, but then I decided to do another trial with Salesmate. WOW! They have made some serious improvements and enhancements in the last 2 years. I am currently porting over my ringcentral numbers to Salesmate, and can't wait to get started! I will be utilizing the API as well to connect to my industry specific management system. Do yourself a favor, and sign up asap. The mobile app alone is worth it - everything you need in ONE app!

8.0I use Salesmate in my organization to update leads, opportunities, Email campaigns, etc. The product addresses issues like Email campaigns, and maintaining all the lead details, notes, and opportunities we have. I usually update my all-prospect details in Salesmate, update all my meeting notes, schedule a task, and do an email campaign. Particularly, an email campaign helps me to track all the details about the prospect whether he/she opened the email or not.If they clicked on any links attached in the email.It helps us to see who clicked on Unsubscribe button.So, this helps me to track my email campaign activity where I can do a follow-up with the prospect based on these details given by the Salesmate.And another good thing is we can add a email template directly into the Salesmate and schedule an email campaign.
8.0We use Salesmate as our CDP and rely heavily on its API and use of automated workflows to help make our sales funnel more efficient. So far, we've found it to be a great tool compared with other CRMs/CDPs.
Salesmate could improve its API documentation. Salesmate could have account-level settings which default for all users.
8.0Salesmate is being used by the sales team track all activity including contacts, companies, leads, building a pipeline, and managing the sales cycle of perspective clients. Salesmate helped us solve the issue of being able to deliver our message to more people much faster. Previously, we used email templates that included our message that could only be sent out one person at a time which made reaching the masses near impossible. Now we can reach out to thousands of prospects in the time it took to reach out to only a few.
If emails have failed to be sent out (because of server constraints) you can resend them to those people. However to do so, you have to click on each one individually to then select to re-enroll them in the email campaign. this is time consuming and I would recommend an option to "re-enroll ALL" when sending out bulk emails it would be nice to have the stat of those emails that came back as undeliverable. With people changing roles so quickly nowadays, this stat is critical to understand why open and response rates may be so low if this is the case.

5.0Overall: Amazing. Simply awesome. All I needed was a CRM that could 1. Send and receive emails in 2. Contact new leads from 3. Track email opens 4. Have a pipeline tracking feature 5. Have a way to create tasks 6. Allow me to use my signature. Those aren't crazy requests I don't think but out of allllllll the CRM's I tried they all either wanted way too much money for 1 of those features or didnt do them right. Ill say more about this in the next section.
5.0Overall: Overall, I am satisfied customer and happy to recommend this tool for an organization. I would recommend people to see the demo of this tool - Then only people can understand how it benefits their organizations. By the way, this tool is also comes at a very good pricing to compare other costly tools outside.

1.0Salesmate had a lot of potential, but I couldn't find information about the company that was creating it, or any info on the executive team. I tried contacting them and asking, but they kept redirecting and stalling, and eventually stopped answering me, so I deleted all my information from within the product and I will be looking elsewhere.
