    My favorite thing about Streak is that it integrates directly with my Gmail so I don't need to keep switching between my CRM and email app! it's easy to install and has really simplified my networking and contact management by orders of magnitude. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

    It was good to use this to manage leads for my business direct from my email account. I don't have too many leads coming in so having a system that picks them up from the email they send is quite good.

    Streak is one of the best app's i have used so far. But the way they have transitioned from a free app to a subscription service has lead me to loose hope on the app. They gave one week notice to the existing customers to leave the service or pay to use the service. Ofcouse i had to quit using the service.

    I use this product as an informal applicant tracking system as well as a contact list. It is helpful in many different ways and has a lot to offer as far as solutions [go].
    Free Email tracking is included, it starts at 200 tracked emails a month but if you share it with 5 people it becomes unlimited. Mass mailing/Mail merging, allows use of mass mailing contacts and has dynamic fields for customized emails. Snippets or templating, allows for quick pasting messages that are used often. Snoozing or email reminding. Allows you to snooze an email and archives it until a set time where then it will pop up at the top of your inbox. Mail scheduling. Allows for sending emails out at a set time, this can be done with mass mailing as well.

    Each of us sales reps use Streak to track our emails. We've even encouraged our customer success team to use it as they're engaging actively with our customers to know if they got their intended emails okay. The ability to see if a key prospect has opened my email or not is critical, the ability to be notified at the time they open the email and especially if they open it multiple times is even more insightful.

    We use Streaks functionalities to help us better manage our Gsuite inboxes, by using the Streak boxes to handle deals and services pipelines inside Gmail. We also use the Streak expansions for Gmail like the e-mail tracking feature and the snippets saved messages for use in e-mails and responses in an automated way,
    The interface of the pipelines view can have some improvements. I think it would be great if, besides Streak in Gmail, they had a separate platform for use when needed. The CRM features are limited when compared to some competitors.

    It's an extremely simple yet useful software that enables our sales team to know when prospects are looking at emails. This allows us to pursue certain prospects somewhat more diligently and efficiently, as we know there is some level of interest due to the Streak notifications revealing they're on our emails.
    Certain prospects VPNs make it difficult to know where they're geographically located. A read notification showing the duration a prospect stayed on an email.

    Overall: We are on a paid "Pro" plan and spend over 5.000USD per year for Streak. We are not talking the free plan - for free is a good tool (but limited to personal use and basic features). Probably all the good reviews come from free users. We are cloud software developers, so understand the technicalities and if we raise a question is always well described. But we NEVER get a competent answer, in the last case it took 13 days and three nonsense one-line semi-automatic reply to discover that the Streak "support" person did not even know that streak.readme.io is not just documentation to read, but is supposed to be interactive, you can test your API there, but it does not work and they don't bother. You can test this yourself, just try to use streak.readme.io...

    Overall: We were looking for email tracking. Categorising emails based on conversations. Only thing is streak would integrate every email of the customer in a single thread. Though it is a great advantage, sometimes the feature has downsides too. We need to sit and pre edit and then send email to our customer.

    Overall: Used it for over 2 years and absolutely loved it. The fact that I needed a more powerfull solution beyond tracking mails towards deal flow follow-up, chat embeds, forms etc made us look for a total solution. As a starter however, the solution was just fine.

    Overall: This is the best platform so far out there that I've used in terms of sending emails, managing emails, and tracking the open rate and the acceptance rate of my emails. You can also schedule an email sending time using Streak which is pretty awesome!

    Streak is a complete CRM inside Gmail. Also, you can set dashboards or pipelines for other uses, like getting things done, following a project or hiring a collaborator. And you have email power tools included!
