    I am thoroughly impressed with this CRM! Easily integrated (like 5 minutes!) and using it with almost every transaction/action in the workplace.     Capsule has been an amazing additional to our business. It is fully customizable and so user friendly. I have already recommended it to many of my colleagues and associates. The reports and filters makes it easy to get the information out of the CRM you want easily. The fact that I can email directly from the CRM is so valuable to my organisation, keeping all details of customer and driver interactions in an easy to find place. Our business has had it's best every 2 years and Capsule has played an intergrel role in that. On the odd occasion I have had difficulties, the customer support team has been there to assist in a timely and effecient way. Finally the to do list within Capsule, mean it's my go to each morning to get my day organised and focused. My emails are also intregated so all calendar appointments pop up so I never miss a meeting. I have been using Capsule for about 2 years, I use it daily and look forward to continuing to use it for organising my day, my leads, reporting and measuring for the continued success of my business.     I just started using Capsule and just like Trello, I'm having a hard time falling in love. For weddings it's not very intuitive and seems like a lot of work. Perhaps I just can't get past the main page/ dash board. It's too crowded and I wish there was a way to filter the view (by keywords) or minimize the conversations, or view more of the updates on a particular client without having to click away.     While there was nothing wrong with the tool in particular, it was outdated and did not provide all the functionality of some of the more recent CRMs. The UI was clunky and did not have a modern aesthetic which made us worried that Capsule was not making frequent improvements to their tool.     We needed a CRM for our company that was easy to use and low cost. Capsule CRM had a free version for 250 contacts or less that worked perfectly for us at this time as contact management as we were getting our business going was the main function we needed from a CRM. A key deciding factor when looking into a CRM was G Suite integration. Capsule is fantastic with this.
    Contact management. Tracking sales. Great UI! It is clean and simple to use. Great for G-Suite integration. A huge number of integrations in general.

    It is used to allocate people's work, keeping track of customers, tag them to a specific group, keep track of sales pipeline and interaction with the leads, it helps in sending group emails, etc. One of the best features I believe is the use of a feature called "tracks" that helps in setting up a path or flow of tasks to be done while working on a lead. We also create tasks for a particular deal if we want to. It also offers good integration support.
    "Tracks" option to set up tasks to be done in an order. Monitor and implement the sales pipeline.

    Capsule CRM was suggested to me by a friend this year and so far, we love it! This is only the second CRM system I have used and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it is to understand integrate it with G Suite. The big seller for us is that it's FREE for 250 people or less. A lot of our clients are small businesses or non-profits, so this is a great tool as you're building your network.
