    1. This CRM is badly lagging in follow-up management; a user can only check the lead stage, nothing much. 2. A user cannot identify the high-priority lead and low-priority lead. 3. can place the closure percentage. 4. We need only to be dependent on comments one by one. 5 Kylas is also charging on lead comments on updates which is very bad. They can charge on lead data per month instead of lead comments.
