    I consider that Pipeliner CRM is an authentic service to help improve sales since it allows and has a wide range of functions with magnificent characteristics, which are: Pipeline analysis where it allows you to see an instant reading and that makes it possible to intervene to advise instead of selling, it offers exclusive sales files for the archives since it saves all the data, study evaluation and its processes carried out at the time of sales and has extremely well-developed support that responds instantly to any questions about the service and solves problems quickly and efficientently. We dislike a bit is the voice indication function which is responsible for indicating the tasks and scheduled dates on events and meetings among others, it has a problem which usually falls and the voice is not heard due to audio problems in the function I hope they can solve this complication since it is a nuisance because time is wasted and it does not indicate the saved tasks on certain occasions. I recommend this system as a tool to help you manage your sales and relationships with potential customers as it offers you a setup where you can research and collect all the data from both customers and sales allows you to view, their review, sales processes and knowing which client can offer you better relations in the commercial part, which is an incredible service since this will help increase your profits and obyain more clients when selling your products. We use this service as functionality to analyze sales, manage sales and personalize them as it offers us to design channels and partner management, design our database and design advertising graphics, which attracts better proposals and ideas and help to obtain more users when visualizing the sale of the product, we also use it as a tool to generate profiles of potential clients where it allows us to see the characteristics of each one of them and compare their analyzes which is a very striking use since it allows you to have better relationships with potential customers.

    Pipeliner has helped us gain visibility into our sales process which has lead to improvements. We like how we can tailor the system to our business needs. The support team is always very responsive and helps answer an questions we have. Pipeliner is constantly adding new features which helps our sales department advance/improve. We don't currently have any dislikes. Any time a challenge has come up, the support team has jumped in to help right away. We have been more than satisfied with Pipeliner and highly recommend the program. The system has an enormous amount of capabilities yet maintains a simple user experience. Pipeliner is constantly enhancing the system and adding elements such as sales automation and sales enablement. The Pipeliner support team has been a great resource and provided valuable insights to improve our sales department. The flexible reporting capabilities have helped us improve tracking for various sales initiatives. This resulted in improved efficiency and quality. We can now identify the right time to coach the sales reps. We have also started using the automation features to reduce the time it takes our sales reps to send out agreements among other things.     I use Pipeliner as a basic CRM to manage contacts/accounts and like the easily customizable fields. Newly developed features that I utilize are Mass Email Tracking and Rich Text formatting. Knowing if a customer opened an important communication mitigates concern that the information wasnt received. I can focus quickly on key points in my notes using text formatting items like bold and underline. Whatever saves time, saves money. Many new features are being added only to the expensive Unlimited plan or at additional cost for other plans. Paying for extra features pushes the cost per user in line with more vetted and powerful CRM competitors. The simple search feature I use every day to find contacts does not provide results in alphabetical order. The results appear in any order and its a pain to scroll through a list of over 100 items looking for the searched item. Makes no sense why search results are randomly listed. My company wanted to manage contacts and attempt to move to a paperless system. Pipeliner helped with contact sharing but not with document management.

    This is software that provides exponential growth in company sales. It provides good management of all contacts, it has a great capacity for generating reports both in the application and as an integrated report module, it is really easy and makes the work more fluid. It has good integration with email, Gmail and Outlook, it also contains advanced customizations and guarantees quality, simplified and efficient work. The interface is good, easy to handle and navigate. We have previously used other CRM softwares but based on our experience, comparing performance, productivity and objectives achieved, we have no doubt that Pipeliner has been the best and is two steps ahead of the others. We have not presented problems, only some minor failures but nothing to worry about, we solve quickly and continue working smoothlu. This is an ideal platform for any company, you can carry out a more effective management of analytics and sales processes, to generate exponential growth for your business, increases in profits, interaction with your customers, greater reach of potential customers, automatic system of sales where you can obtain benefits such as time savings and work flow for your work team. Also generate reports that provide you with the necessary information for decision making. Pipeliner CRM adapts quickly to your sales system and you can implement it in minutes. Recommended. We use piperliner CRM in our company, it allows us to obtain an effective data management management and track our activities where we provide customer service. It has been a fundamental piece for the interaction with our clients and on a daily basis our clients and employees are connected to social networks. It also generates reports that are clean and simple but that provide adequate and necessary information so that we can make strategic decisions in a more clear and effective way. We carry out the automation of sales, this has led us to a significant increase in profits, we have reached each of the objectives set and we have a greater reach of potential clients.     Pipeliner is our key CRM for our sales and client success group. We relocated from Salesforce.com to Pipeliner as a price financial savings as well as trying to find a tool that had a more dynamic function set.     Contacts, Accounts, and the pipeline flow was great. Generally speaking, I was able to get it going. Billing, Customer Service, and generally lack of organization on Pipeliner's end. Product didn't track column dates in the ways we needed, the audit reporting being integrated into the reports would of been preferred. Activities were useless. The document tab is a scam for money and they have a paywall if you use too much space (We hit that paywall on projects alone, we didn't even save many documents!!) The product is not bad, their business practices are poor. Avoid at all costs. We eventually moved on to an integrated suite, at first - we spoke with them on having a year for legacy purposes. Unfortunately, a year later, the renewal came by and they wanted me to pay for another renewal because we didn't send them anything in writing! I tried repeatedly to communicate this to their incompetent billing team and CC'd my sales rep. The sales rep went silent and offered no response. As of now, they want to scam me for another year by threatening me with "collections". Thank you for your feedback, we are always looking to continuously improve our processes and customer experience. We will review this internally to see what we can learn. We certainly regret that this was your experience and hopefully, although you have moved on to a different solution, it will help guide us on our quest to provide exceptional customer service. Pipeliner CRM is one of those that provides a powerful set of tools for the sales team from agents to management to C-Team. It is the ONLY tool in our kit that focuses totally on building sales successes for organizations. Pipeliner is as good entry into new accounts because, using Pipeliner, we build our clients revenue stream that builds trust and desire for more quality services from TeamAutomation..
    Pipeliner is really suited for a sales environment. It is not well suited for customer or product maintenance and support organizations. Q1 - Are you planning on building up your sales revenue? Yes = Pipeliner, No = Other Q2 - Do you have the need for individual customer support issues and tasks? Yes = other, No = Pipeliner. As you can see, we really believe Pipeliner CRM is a lead management through operations delivery tool. The heart of building any company is really these centers. The surrounding or auxiliary functions in a company may need to augment the Pipeliner tool.
    Provides focus for a sales agents or sales managers - focus on the deal movement, don't allow bottlenecks to go un-noticed. Provides relationship information including an org chart type diagram showing internal and external influencers. Access to your sales funnels while without internet connectivity... ie. flying, etc. Provides action statistics to allow process management and deal management visually.
    After sale (to the users client) support mechanisms. Today those features are linked in foreign applications. Currently linked in Quote applications like QuoteRoller. Those are good but a sales system would be best with a tightly integrated or full package ability such as QuoteWerks. I believe QuoteWerks is being worked on now.

    We wanted a pure cloud-based solution with a reliable mobile app. This was a key driving force: reducing issues around upgrade and IT maintenance of servers etc. It was the first cloud-based solution welcomed by the team with an attractive interface that was common to both desktop and mobile app (which was not always the same when looking at other cloud-based apps at the time in 2016).
    My best scenario is for pure Sales Teams moving from ad hoc forecasting or management of lads and opportunities through Excel or some other tool and not needing a cloud-based tool for easy access on different devices. On desktop, iPad and mobile, for instance, where core information is easy to hand and ideally there is a sales process to follow or that needs to be implemented. Typically, this works best when there are 5-25 users involved, so you need to share information and ensure you don't duplicate data and, more importantly, effort. The visual element makes it easy to drag and drop. Setting up some basic reports and metrics can be done by most Sales Managers, albeit sometimes training will help here.

After much searching, Pipeliner CRM showed the best sales and marketing software with interactive visualization tools which can monitor all potential customers within the sales funnel in an organized and dynamic way. All the entire sales and marketing professionals I recommend Pipeliner CRM
    Pipeliner CRM is a very easy to use and functional. All major function options are available to the user on the main screen. It is not necessary many clicks to find the desired option. Pipeliner CRM is an extremely visual program that allows to visualize your entire sales funnel, generate alerts and notifications, synchronize calendars and full control of activities. Allowing full control of sales opportunities in a safe, visual and easily way. The program generates several options strategic reports that help in making strategic decisions of the sales team, in very simple, clean and in a direct way. Integration with Social Media. Your customers and employees are daily connected to social networks. It is essential, therefore, have a Pipeliner CRM system that includes the social interaction of the company with customers.
    Until now our company did not detect any improvement that can be made to Pipeliner CRM.

    My business is B2B. What I'm selling is voice training, workshops, and speaking engagements. Until recently, my business was developed through public relations, publishing in special interest magazines, and through people finding me through the website and social media. About 2 years ago, I began to see a dramatic change. I needed more than a database and a bit of marketing automation -- I needed a sales process to help me drive interest and drive business. Competition was rising and it was obvious that I needed a more structured way to keep my contacts, accounts, and business relationships organized and vibrant. For both existing and new business relationships, I needed a way to nurture those relationships. It became clear that all my business was not going to come to me any longer. I needed help selling to my key persons -- that's when I looked for the right CRM tool. In the end, I found Pipeliner through searching on Google. I had asked colleagues and friends for recommendations, but the software they or their companies used was too unwieldy, complex, and expensive. c Today I can say, Pipeliner helps me to stay in touch with the most promising customers and to make more business with less effort.
    The visual approach. I noticed right away that Pipeliner workes differently from other solutions. It is visual -- not dry spreadsheets but instantly understandable in pictures -- and intuitive. I don't need a thick manual. No need to think in 'database structures'. Pipeliner shows me the sales process and how I move from stage to stage. Pipeliner 'mirrors' my behavior. I don't have to understand all the technical workings -- I can just see what I need to know. I suddenly have an instant snapshot of my sales stages, what I need to do next, and this motivates me. Also absolutely important and helpful is the integration of MS Outlook and the connection with several social networks.
    There are only few things I dislike. One is, I miss the possibility to import vcf-cards when I am creating a new lead. Also would be good for me - as located in Europe - the integration of the Xing-Network.

    Salespeople are a rare breed. They love meeting and/or talking to customers all the time. For them, productivity is measured in terms of number of deals closed every month. They are the entrepreneurs within the organization. They think the company runs successfully because of them. And they are simply right. They have no time to do data entry. They simply do not have the time to follow cumbersome procedures. They want a CRM product that simply thinks like they do. And Pipeliner fits the bill perfectly. I am yet to see a product that is crafted for the Salespeople. As a salesperson, I am in love with Pipeliner, the CRM Software that made me fall in love with Sales again.

Do you want to manage your sales leads with utmost sophistication ? Do you want to make sure your sales people focus on the right clients at the right time ?     The things which I like about Pipeliner are the following: 1. It's NOT ONLY cloud based, but it has a local offline PC/Mac software, which syncs to the cloud. This way ot's fast and gives access to your data anytime, anywhere. With other cloud based systems I have been waiting for the changes to refresh, and offline I did NOT have access to my data. 2. The relationshop between contacts, accounts, related accounts is just brilliant. With Pipeliner I can see everything in one place. Other CRM systems were also like this IN THEORY (every CRM company pithces this), but in fact, if I made a note to Contact A, then a note to Contact B, then a note the Account A where these contacts belonged or to Opportunity 1, I could NOT see all this data together. With Pipeliner, it does not matter what part of the account I am viewing, the contact, the account or the opportunity, ALL data is visible EVERYWHERE. This is one of the most important tests of a CRM system. 3. Visual aspect: you also get a visual, drag & drop pipeline where al deals show up and you have again access to all related data. 4. Data synking: synchs seamlessly with Google Calendar, contacts and Gmail, on demand, instantly or whenever you want it. Other cloud based CRM solutions were totally out of the user's hands running once every 15 mins or so; here with Pipleliner you have total control on the synking. 5. Account history feed: all emails and other related bits of data for an acocunt (or even related acocunts) will be shown on a Feed, similar to a Facebook timeline, which I tihnk it's a smart solution, every piece of data is there at your fingertips.

    I was evaluating CRM products for a client who needed a full featured that could be easily accessed by all constituencies within their organization. This entailed a search for a product with a sales-centric interface and workflow; one that would be the least time consuming for anyone to input new data or to search for information one an existing prospect or customer. Once I started the 30 day trial of Pipeliner, I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to use and how good they were on timely customer support. My client is a small organization, fewer than 100 employees;so I wasn't looking at this product to be used by 1,000's of people. It more than met my expectations and my client's requirements. It is easily and fully customizable to fit the needs and process of each customer. The final analysis is that this is a tool that enables the customer to create the CRM experience and processes that best fits their unique business needs.
    1) Customizable 2) Intuitive from a sales perspective 3) Easy to use and saves time 4) Easy enough for even the executives and technical staff can input their interactions with clients and prospects.

    Extremely powerful. Highly configurable, allowing us to fully align the software to our playbooks and existing sales processes. The ability to setup the relevant activities required per each sales stage, upload documents specific for a sales-stage and other features which support the process are fantastic. Pipeliner is not only workflow-focussed, it's also very intuitive to use. Social network integration (LinkedIn), Office365 integration and the WebGrabber tool are also fantastic. Pipeliner supports multiple departments, products and pricebooks. The reporting features for the creation of standard, advanced, private and shared reports is very comprehensive. We have been using Pipeliner for about 12 months now. The onboarding process was a breeze, their training was awesome, the whole team is extremely responsive, helpful and client-outcome-focussed. Highly recommend.
    There isn't much to dislike about Pipeliner. One of the features we are currently missing is the ability to automatically send scheduled reports (daily, weekly or monthly) to specified (internal or external) email addresses. This will hopefully be available soon.

    Pipeliner CRM system helps with easy collection and efficient qualification of leads into opportunities.It also helps with ensuring collaboration through its buying center feature which shows everyone with influence in the buying decision. The war room feature helps focus the team on the activities required to close the most important deals efficiently.
    Pipeliner CRM system is visual in nature which makes it easy to navigate from one section or component to another such as from leads to opportunities, or even within the same component .I also like the inclusion of leading indicators which make it possible to simulate future team performance if the team continues on the same track.
    Pipeliner CRM system is generally a good software but they could improve on making it easier to add notes when creating leads for additional things to consider along the sales processes to ensure the sale is concluded in a timely manner.
