    As I said, you are given ALL of the tools not all are necessary. For our painting business, there were some features we simply did not need. For example, we did not want to run all of oyr billing through Thryv. Not because it is a bad system, but because the way we run our business does not need it. The moral of the story is I love how you have all the tools, but the system doesn't make things more difficult if you choose not to use one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

    Finally, the online support feature has been great. Any time of the day or night, I have gotten excellent support through the built-in chat feature.     THe most helpful thing about thryv is that it keeps our company organized. Many features are helpful not only for us but for our clients. One of the most valuable things about it is the appointment reminders to the clients.     From my understanding Thryv is mostly a CRM platform. I say from my understanding because NO ONE is helpful within this company. Its parent company, DexYP, sells pretty much everything by confusing its customers. This particular piece of the package (Thryv) sold to our company was given to me to oversee. It was a complete waste of money. The one feature we found useful, the social media posting, wasnt even great. There were many posts that were duplicated throughout the year, and even one entire month of posts that was copy and pasted from a previous month (you have a calander on Thryvs platform that you can review the scheduled posts before they go out for the month, so this was caught before the posts were made). I honestly wish I could give a better review as to why this was so bad, but there was so little we were able to utilize within Thryv that I dont have much feedback to give.     It's interesting, how companies that require a contract will tell you whatever they need to get your business, but as soon as you try to hold them to that it's "Well you have a 6-month contract, so you'll have to keep it another 3 months. It's written in the contract you signed." Okay, you're right. I signed a contract because I TRUSTED you when I clearly should not have. Now I have a 6-month contract for a CRM software that doesn't provide the service they "contracted" for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

    They say they have a fully automated campaign builder but it stops at one touch and never touches the customer again. Say they work on SEO but do the VERY MINIMUM! Unless of course you pay an extra million per year. The marketing that they promised us was outdated ads from years ago that would maybe attract 10 people per ad.     Broken promises while we were trying to get a resolution to the issue at hand. Taking monthly funds and not producing and communicating with your customer should never take place. And if it does - do what is right and credit back the customer to show good faith that you are not what it seems you are.

    -The features didn't work or were lacking functionality - The competitor watch wouldn't load after adding in competitors - the social media management didn't have the capacity to crop photos - the calendar wouldn't load - my emails weren't going into my inbox - had to pay per team member plus a monthly fee - there was no free trial - there was an onboarding fee for $400 (I never got to be onboarded and they refused to refund it) - their onboarding specialists are only available during business hours EST

    They took me money with no returns. when I tried to cancel they said I had to pay for more moths even though i didn't sign a contract for longer than 1 year. would not recommend or return to this company.

    Thryv is used to submit quotes, view our current leads/opportunities, social media management, online presence, website and appointment setting. Currently, our sales department is the only department that utilizes Thryv. Thryv has been working great for Seiler Plastics, as we mainly use Thryv to stay in contact with our leads and send out estimates. Very happy with how everything has been going the past 2 years!

    I use it for marketing my website and my social media and email blasts. It allows me to have all my information in one space. It also allows me to gather all the information that Thrryv collects to re-target potential and existing customers. It also sends out amazing automated posts for me 12 times a month. There are so many other features I am still learning. The customer service is simple and quick and always available.
    Allows me to send unlimited socail media posts and emails. Allows me to collect information on customer. Allows me to have all my customers info in one safe place. Creates posts for my social media 12 times a month. Keeps my webite up to date and helps me with updates. Has the most amazing customer service via chat and phone.

    I live in Thryv every day! I use it to keep track of my clients, prospects, and connections. I go through Thryv to post to my social media, create invoices for clients who are on contract, send out notices, take payment, and schedule appointments. I keep my notes on individuals in their folders and communicate with them through Thryv so I have a running history. If you want to be able to Brand your emails through Thryv forget it unless you buy one of the more expensive packages. They don't think their "Premium", their title not mine, customers are good enough for that needed option.
    Saving emails from Gmail to Thryv when a client doesn't email thru the Thryv link doesn't work all the time causing you to have to physically copy the email and put it in notes. Emails sent through Thryv do not show up in the sent folder of gmail, for historic say. You can't forward an email sent through Thryv. The task reminder system doesn't work for me. I need to be able to have one place to go, to see the list of tasks for that day. Thryv doesn't have that, or I haven't found that yet. I started using TaskBoard so I could get and hit all my tasks at one time. The scheduling tool needs some work too. I have had issues with it when people from other time zones make appointments. Presently they offer "texting" through Thryv BUT you have to have a landline that accepts texts. Who has a landline these days? I transferred my business line (a landline) to a mobile phone so I can no longer text through Thryv and have record of it in my clients' folders. Therefore, I no longer have that historic information in their account. Seems backwards! They claim to be for small businesses but some key features are not offered to the Premium member. One particular that I actually was one who asked for, was only offered to the higher paying customers. Something that should have been for everyone from the beginning, being able to add your logo, picture, etc. to your email signature. You can even do that in gmail! BUT NOT IN THRYV, unless you pay more! If you want to be able to individualize your signature with your logo you better subscribe to the larger packages, or go with another service!

    It is being used by my department, primarily by me, as a way to edit our website, send announcements, take payments and donations, and schedule social media posts.
    Price is high. It takes a while to get any customer service assistance.

    Thryv platform is suitable for me because the CRM tools are very beneficial for me to compete with larger companies.
    Thryv software emailing portion needs to be more modified because the limit of text’s characters and email side is not well according to my expectations. The Platform is too complex and is only for small business owners. We need professionals to use this software and to work on it because this system is too complex for us and those, they work by themselves with a little bit of knowledge of it.

    Thryv is awesome, incredible, and it produces immediate results. After 30 years in business I am proud to say, 2019 has been our best year ever! The person behind our real success story is rep. He is my wing man. When I first started with Thryv, I was cynical steeped in old school ways of doing business. rep is our go to any time help guy. He is as tenacious as a bulldog when it comes to the install and he continually shows up to provide hands on support, training, and implementation of new features. He's on it to make sure things are going well and exceeding expectations. Thanks for the helping hands. Rep, in my opinion, is a great asset to your company and to mine! I hope executive management responds to you about this post.

    Never. Never. Never. purchase this product. They want to mention the 6 month contract I signed. However, in order to have a fully executed contract - I agree to use product for 6 mos. But they have to deliver a quality and functional product. They did not. This is the worse thing I've ever wasted money on in my 13 years of business. I have had to pay my bank to stop payment for future payments. As of today, I have not gotten refunded my initial down payment from the launch (if that's what you want to call it) of the product 6 weeks ago. Worse 6 weeks of my life.

    My overall experience with Thryv has been great! From the regional contact that reached out to me explaining and showing me how Thryv could change the way I am able to advertise and support my business. To every appointment with the web support to the on boarding support has been so easy, they make sure you have what you need, if your not comfortable yet, they book another follow up appointment with you. Truly they are there for you!! Thryv is definitely customer orientated! I recommend their services every chance I get!

    The employees associated with Thry were good at what they did, but just were not able to get the software program to where I needed it to be. I was not happy with being told that the software would work for my business, then after signing contract locking me into 6 months of payments seeing that the employees were not able to get the software to work for me as needed.

    Overall, I've enjoyed Thryv. It's a bit more expensive than I ultimately can afford right now (being as my business is relatively new and still trying to grow). But, I'm going to stick with it and put in the work to make it a success. Thryv will be of great benefit especially when the ball gets to rolling really well.
