4.0BenchmarkONE provides us the liberty to create any type of automation just with a few clicks. Its interface allows us to segment all our contacts properly so that we can organize our client interactions & improve our deliverables. We can also map our customer journey entirely so that we recognize what would be required to promote customer satisfaction & build business solutions. Integration with other tools also is comfortable & we feel satisfied with its automation features, landing pages and email campaigns for meeting our marketing goals. 5.0The notification feature of this platform is accurate and fast. The customer support system is responsive as compared to other applications. E-mails can be put by drag and drop feature which is easy to use. It is quite affordable for many users. It attracts many users by offering rich features. for the users as it cost low and offers all the new and updated features in a single place with just one click. 0.0Original: The User Interface is outdated and horrible. It's difficult to navigate, and not intuitive at all. All of the features you need exist, just in strange places. However, I have called their customer support and they were able to quickly point me in the right direction which I really appreciate. If they redesigned the UI I'd be a big fan. In other design terms, I really dislike the email templates. I currently use MailChimp to make templates and import the HTML into Hatchbuck. The drag and drop editor on their emails is EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. Edited: GUESS WHAT. Hatchbuck tried to update their horrible UI and made the situation extremely worse. They sent the same email from us multiple times and got us marked as spam. I understand things happen, but when you try to call or contact them, they hide behind voicemail!!! They say "oh we are soooo busy because of our redesign that we can't answer the phone." One of the previous best things about them was the ability to call and talk to a person and get support. They are deep in the hole with this and know it. So instead of accepting responsibility and apologizing - like we had to to more than 8,000 people - they are hiding like cowards. UNACCEPTABLE. 0.0I don't ever see Hatchbuck thinking about adding features like dynamic content and advanced segmentation - which are available in similar tools for the same or slightly LESS of a price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1.0Compared to Salesforce, Hubspot, Marketo, or Act-On, Hatchbuck is extremely limiting, especially when it comes to reporting and automation. It's missing a lot of the core features I've come to expect in CRM/MA tools, and it doesn't integrate with anything else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

5.0I use this for my firms marketing automation and it works great at a great price!
1.0Also, the relaunch did not bring the features which were somewhat announces, e.g. imap integration only possible for gmail as of now.
2.0I have been using hatchbuck for a while now, and although their customer support is good enough, the product itself lacks several features and needs many improvements in order to be able to compete with some of the established alternatives like Hubspot.

10.0Our company uses Hatchbuck strictly in the marketing department. We find it to be a great solution to reach a specific group (large or small) of customers quickly.
Allows you to tag contacts on import in order to differentiate between groups of customers. This is great because when we are wanting to follow up with conference attendees, we can filter by that tag. Hatchbuck sends out mass emails in waves in order for our email to NOT be sent to spam. Hatchbuck has GREAT customer service. I have worked with the same rep from the date of subscription and have NEVER had to reach out to anyone else. If she does not have the answer for me, she will find out in a timely manner and not pass me along to someone else. Hatchbuck seems to be a perfect fit for the functions our company needs.
10.0Hatchbuck is being used by our company as an innovative CRM and automated marketing platform. It is being used across the whole organization.
Intuitive design and implementation, which means it's amazingly user friendly. Keeps tasks, contacts, and collaborations organized. Is amazing at automated, action-based, and behavioral marketing.
10.0We use Hatchbuck across the entire business (small marketing shop). It has replaced our disconnected CRM and basic email marketing tools. As a marketing technology consultancy, we have hands-on experience with enterprise-level marketing automation tools; with Hatchbuck we get some of that functionality which makes it extremely valuable and more cost-effective.
Segmentation is a big one for me. Tag segmentation is infinitely configurable and allows for very targeted and specific grouping. Setting up email nurturing campaigns is fairly straightforward and makes it better than basic email transmission, but simpler than full-blown marketing automation. Form management makes it easy to spin up specific pages and actions can be applied to start campaigns, tag etc... Web page tracking lets me know who clicked on what, what pages they've visited or what forms they've submitted.
1.0We are a solo financial planning practice and hired BenchmarkONE (Hatchbuck) to automate marketing email campaigns to prospective clients.
7.0Our sales & marketing team uses Hatchbuck for sales and campaign monitoring. We use it to enter leads, take notes, send out emails/newsletters, and track opens, clicks, etc. Prior to using Hatchbuck, we were using ZoHo and switched because Hatchbuck allowed us to measure our email campaign's success better. It's good to see at the individual level who is opening, clicking, unsubscribing etc.
Hatchbuck doesn't do a good job of showing you an overall sales "cycle". Salesforce is better in that you can see how long it's taking your sales people to close. Everything in Hatchbuck is done at the individual level vs. the company level. Hatchbuck doesn't have plug-ins - such as gmail and other apps. Salesforce has tons
7.0Hatchbuck is used across our organization of 8 employees. Our company is a web-based resource portal for news, information, jobs, resources and more for the health economics arena of pharmaceuticals and healthcare. We make our revenue by advertising. Hatchbuck helps us capture advertising partner leads and know who our customers are.
Improve the ability to see what emails were sent out to sales leads across company, showing on a dashboard. Make it easier to copy campaigns and make edits Make it easier to manage tags by adding descriptors of what tags mean
