Overall: It has been very great, I love the swift responses of the Brio team when we need help, every week there is a new feature added and we get alerts. I love that they incorporate changes we request for in order to accommodate our needs. Am most grateful for the PMS because the process we used was time consuming and did not cover much ground (e.g not including 360 feedback), but now process is swift. helps the team stay UpToDate with projects and their progress
