Its interface is good and the responses from the customer sucess team is quick. Its largely bug free and has alot of good features. This is my first HRMS ERP but from speaking to my colleagues with exposure to other tools they found keka to best so far. Too slow. Sometimes it won't load, especially during morning hours. This happens every week. At least i can see one person saying 'Keka doesn't load'. Performance and lag is the biggest concern. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is so simple that without even training any person would be able to understand the usage. Not only that in keka I can know about birthday,years of completion, finance related summary and our pay slip. Keka HR is used in my organization to manage finances, tax computation and to receive salary slips. It is used specifically by the employees sitting in India office across all departments. Keka HR helps users input their investments so that the right TDS is deducted monthly. I use it to record my daily attendance and also to request leaves from my hierarchy, I use it to manage my payroll in my organization also I can easily access my holiday list also can download Pay slips whenever needed even apply for ITR as Keka has an option to manage our Tax by giving an option to select Tax regimes as well.

The Keka app is an excellent software for payroll management. It has many features and can be customized according to the needs of our business. Its simple user interface makes it easy for us to use. Although we have only been trying the software, we can see how it can benefit our business by making payroll management work like a breeze.

Overall experience is average. If you are looking for a basic HR automation software, it is ok but if you have any processes that need a little flexibility within the software or some tweaks from the normal, you are out of luck. Change is painfully slow and customer service is abysmal.
