5.0Chatmeter has the best support I could ask for. All success managers and troubleshooters I have worked with are all based in the US and respond within a business day, often within hours. Communication is top-notch so I always know what is going on with my listings. They are proactive in our regular meetings to ensure that hours are updated across the platforms for holidays, update on anything ongoing, and offers suggestions as needed. Love that I can see all my sites in one massive dashboard and the details on them. I can also set up groups for sites and assign them to people to manage as needed or pull reports based on those groups. Very friendly and easy to use platform. Implementation was a breeze and they had someone on your side at every step and QRGs to reference. We are an enterprise level business with over 10000 employees over 50 listings. 5.0My workplace was already using chatmeter when I started, and as soon as I got logged in and started working in it, I was impressed. I know I only use a tiny fraction of the features, but they make my life so much easier. I love the AI feature the most for replying to reviews. I can simply have the AI write a response and then go in and tweak it if need be or just click the post button. I also love the way the saved replies work, so even if we aren't using AI for a particular review, I still have plenty of wording right at my fingertips ready to go. 4.0I would like to see if Chatmeter has the ability or permission to display other brands' data in comparison to our own. For example, if I pull up the overall review score for all locations on the dashboard, we would like to see the review scores of local competitors like Chick-Fil-A, Carl's Jr, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
5.0There honeslty hasn't been anything that I haven't liked so far. We meet with our rep regularly and she's always super fast to answer questions when anything weird pops up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

3.0It does not really do much overall. I immediately receive an email from Yelp or Google when a review is left. Chatmeter sends an email with the same exact information the following day.
3.0Not able to modify or set any of the sentiments. Sometimes the A.I. registers random words that are completely irrelevant like "girl" or "there." We would have liked to tag and track things like "mask" "COVID testing," etc. But I can only do that using the reports tab. Also, not being able to manage Yelp, Apple, Yahoo, Bing, or Yellowpages within the platform can get backed up. Chatmeter was not able to help us with issues regarding Facebook spam policies. We had to go and research it ourselves. We assumed Chatmeter would have a partnership with Facebook.

5.0Overall: Everyone I have worked with on the Chatmeter team has been a true professional, a great listener and incredibly helpful. The software itself is robust and easy to use. We've been with Chatmeter long enough to witness several major new feature rollouts and they've all been seamless. What's more, I am a huge fan of Chatmeter's weekly webinars. They are always full of great information and although I consider myself to be a very skilled professional when it comes to both reputation management and listings management, I always leave each webinar having learned something new, as well as reviewed important topics and details to keep them top of mind.
3.0Overall: Overall it's good. Our customer success representative is really great and goes above and beyond to help us where she can. She responds very quickly and escalated our issues. We've had too many issues though that go unexplained at times. The platform is very glitchy.
4.0Overall: I enjoy doing business with Chatmeter, our reps are very available and always ready to answer questions, troubleshoot issues or do training with our teams.
