1.0Not good. They do not deliver a product like you see in your sales demo. Make sure you get a good termination clause clearly written in your contract if you decide to move forward with this company.
1.0Software is good but unethical business practices on trying to do add on costs without disclosing in the contract is unethical and illegal. If you have found this in your agreement, we should strongly consider a joint litigation against the company. This is rediculous.
1.0Try something, we have buyers remorse, we are already looking into trying something new once our agreement ends.

10.0ClearCompany is being used by our HR and recruitment teams, along with all hiring managers involved in the recruitment process. We use it for interview scheduling, recruiting, tracking req progress, background checks, and offer letter creation.
Interview scheduling--ClearCompany integrates your Outlook calendar with their system, so when a candidate accepts an interview time, it goes right to Outlook. Communication with hiring teams is super easy in this system. You just tag a hiring manager in the notes and communicate there regarding candidate progress. This is super helpful down the road as well if you need to look back at any communication (rather than trying to sift through emails). The general setup is very user friendly. It is easy to find candidates, reqs, and information.
10.0We are utilizing ClearCompany across our entire organization. This system has been a complete game changer for our team. We operate nationwide, so having a system I've been able to build out to fit our specific needs is exactly what we were looking for. Before ClearCompany, and before I joined the team, everything was being handled manually and by mail. Now we are able to streamline our hiring process as well as onboarding and the integration into ADP is the icing on the cake.
Customer Support has been right there every step of the way and makes time for my questions while ensuring I get things back on track as soon as possible if I'm having any issues. The platform is super user friendly. Even teammates that are not very confident with tech are able to figure out this system with ease. ClearCompany is constantly taking user feedback and adjusting for better user experience.
10.0We are a nationwide home services provider. We hire contractors for home services and employees to run the business operationally. This is used across multiple departments. We are able to quickly track, review and contact viable candidates without anyone slipping through the cracks. Everyone is able to see the status of candidates at the click of a button.

5.0We have been using Clear Company for recruiting and employee onboarding.
Multiple people cannot edit on-boarding documents. On-boarding is buggy and you encounter fairly frequent errors.
5.0ClearCompany is used as our ATS for all hourly and professional position openings. It helps us advertise critical staffing needs across the organization. We also utilize reporting functions to forecast future needs and aged requisitions in conjunction with our budget. ClearCompany is also used to communicate internal opportunities which assist us with Succession Planning.
Implementation can be very lengthy and not always feasible for companies looking for a speedy integration Functionality of program overall is very antiquated. Response time is typically okay, but the time frame for resolutions to issues with the system can be over a span of weeks. Not as user-friendly as other comparable ATS; missing a lot of basic bells and whistles that make the system easy to navigate.

3.0Overall: I migrated our HR/Recruiting department to ClearCompany from a more expensive Legacy ATS that was showing its age and cost much more. Beware of a few things. First, while they aren't a bad software suite, they aren't great, and suffer from not being particularly good in any one aspect compared to competitors, whether its functionality, features, price, etc. They do, however, have a great sales team that is prepared to sell their product as the next great thing. They also spent a lot of money on help modules (professional Youtube clips) and making their software aesthetically pleasing. However, when in actual use, the software is not as good as the image would lead you to believe. It is one of the more glitchy pieces of HR software I've ever used with experience in excess of over 10 ATS/HRIS/CRM/etc. Using it is not intuitive, from selecting dispositions, to making changes, to posting ads, to running reports. For the price, it in the lower half of pricing for equivalent ATS software packages, but on the high end of that, and each additional option and login costs a lot. There are a lot of competing products that are easier to use, less prone to malfunctions, and cheaper. While an HR department probably wouldn't hate this product, since it does work, there are absolutely better products in both directions, both at a higher price point with more functionality, as well as at lower price points with equivalent functionality.
5.0Overall: My overall experience with ClearCompany has been very positive. The platform is easy to use, and the customer support is really helpful and responsive. The integrations available for ClearCompany allow for easy integration between various tools, making it easy to manage and automate tasks related to onboarding and managing new hires. It also provides a comprehensive suite of tools for performance management. The cost is also quite reasonable, especially when compared to similar platforms.
4.0Overall: I really enjoy using this platform, and I login to it daily. It is easy to use and is always improving. There are even places you can customize your view (like in the candidate tearsheet) and I have found that useful! I also enjoy all the feature updates in their quarterly roundup videos.
