It appears there is no actual SLA in place. PHR response usually involves "due to ISO27001......." 3. Development - extremely slow in my opinion, especially since transitioning to Access Group- assume this i because they are aligning the companies before making decisions on the development plan? 4. No visibility of open cases unless you trawl through all your chats 5. ATS seems not to be liked by receiving severs which receives in high feedback from candidates that they are not receiving emails, which can result in candidate becoming unresponsive as they have secured employment elsewhere 6. Not able to open multiple screens simultaneously - eg, if in a scorecard, you cannot easily view the application tabs unless you save and come out of scorecard to view the info you need. 7. Don't offer consultancy to get business processes such as Ripple set up and implemented. They say this is because they do not know your business as well as you do 8. Recurring issues, even when videoed generally get a response of we have been unable to replicate the issue, please notify us when this next happens????? If I have produced a video, what more can I do to help them? 9. Ripple workflow - can be as clear as mud in query writing 10. Customisable queries - some of the filters are as clear as mud 11. Needs more focus on solving problems permanently (see point 8) central location for employee records Underwhelmed -potential not realised

    It has feature to set your goal which leads you to stay focused and you stays motivated to achieve it. It keeps all the data of your attendance from the date of joining to the last day of work. Employee or the Hr both can make reviews on performance of the employee after certain period of time. Hr can take decisions for promotions or demotions easily with the help of data by this system which gives true image of every employee. They provide training to employees to know the system properly before use even though it is already very easy to use. Sometimes you are not able to apply for the emergency leave, this can be because of technical issue or because of server issues. Highly Recommendable to all Hr companies and employees to try this as it is very easy to use. It is very easy to use. It keeps you motivated to achieve your goal. It keeps the data of attendance, leaves, half days etc. of an employee. Best benefit is that you can get everything from one place and it is very easy for an employee to use. You have to pay for the functions you are using which attracts the companies very much as economically it saves lot of money of the company. It has an option for customised signature which includes all the form of email communication. You can apply filters and find your data for weekly basis, monthly basis or daily basis. You can set reminders for an email,too. Helps to manage your work schedule

    They have a good mobile app, in comparison so their web tool. Other than that, not much. Most of it. The interface online looks like it comes from windows 97. It takes SO long to load. The onboarding process was painful, with many excel sheets and data entries that had to be in such a specific way that made no sense at all, and that's where it all began. Nothing makes sense, it's like they purposely thought, "how can we make this so confusing and clicky that you have to go through the most pain possible to achieve the simplest things" - whatever they did, they achieved it - and continue to do so. The APIs and integration always break too btw, so don't expect any consistency. Again I reiterate that nothing makes sense, if you've ever used any other HRIS on the market you'll wonder how this company stays afloat with customers, anyone who's half digitally native will soon realise they're in for a crazy ride using PeopleHR. I guess they are trying to make HR's life easier by using a nice HRIS, but they have failed miserably. At least in my case. Not for me...

    It has many features that can be used without having a lot of knowledge, so I think one of its best things is simplicity. In the case of the creation and preparation of reports, it should also be noted that they can be used using information previously introduced in the system, speeding up its creation and subsequent analysis. Requesting a free day, making a suggestion or request through PeopleHR is also easy, so employees can access and request information without having to spend a lot of time researching options within the software. I do not like that the field labels to create forms are so limited. I use a lot the forms to write information that later the employees can review and also at other times it is the employees themselves who use these forms. Having so few characters the labels is more difficult to find and divide them, making it difficult to manage them. You could also speed up some tasks that are very repetitive in human resources, but in this sense I do not have too much complaint, just add more functions so that constant tasks such as filling in certain data or configuring profiles are more agile. It is simple, easy to use and gathers many of the key aspects within the area of human resources such as payments, illnesses, requests and reports. Although they might add some more functionality in general it is a pretty good and useful software to use in a company. Now we store all the human resources information in one place. We have data on employees, information on incidents, company forms, payment sheets, employee files and other important data of the area of human resources integrated into a site, which helps us to make this area much more functional.     It's straight forward to use, its great value for money and it offers some good functionality with a variety of add-ons. It devolves a lot of traditional HR admin to the line. We recently implemented the ATS module and that has been really helpful for streamlining recruitment. The team are responsive and helpful. It can be a bit clunky to use - particularly when using the reporting tools (running queries), a few small tweaks would improve this - such as offering search terms such as 'greater than or equal to' (as an example). The ATS does not like you copying and pasting from Word - the format gets a quite untidy when you do this - which is a shame, and should be an easy fix. It's straight forward to use, its great value for money and it offers some good functionality with a variety of add-ons. It devolves a lot of traditional HR admin to the line. We recently implemented the ATS module and that has been really helpful for streamlining recruitment. The team are responsive and helpful. The ATS has changed the way we manage recruitment - saving us lots of time, money and resource. The wider team really like this module and it's been useful to run reports on the most effective advertising media source - informing better decision making around paid advertising. Great easy to use system for smaller organisations.

    Awful and unprofessional. The sales team very nice but as soon as we signed the contract and paid, we were asked to pay 20K more which we obviously refused, even that they confirmed before signing that there would be no further payments. No one has reached out to us, we have been chasing for over a month now to start with the implementation and no one is getting back to us. Stay away from it and listen to the reviews. We are currently seeking legal advice on this as it is appalling.

    Access people HR suite (people XD) having a complete package as per the requirement of medium or large scale of businesses, all the HR and payroll related opts and benefits may gets via single window, but for the small businesses/enterprises its of very high cost and not useful on optimize level.
    It is very useful for the medium size or large scale of businesses, it almost settled down the HR and payroll basis transactions just click away. In this digital era it also provides you a desktop free or desktop away environment (accessible via cellphone). You may use it to extract your payslip, mark your leave, generate a report as an when it required

    - Good UX - Link from recruitment to staff - Ability to include a multitude of HR functions on Logbook - i.e. 360 reviews
    Areas for development: With GDPR coming in, it would be extremely useful for PeopleHR to have retention dates on documents (this would show under the GDPR when we were required to dispose of the data) A automated chase for feedback. For example, if we could input the date of an event (i.e. appraisal) onto the individuals calendar, we could then set up automatic chases at specific time periods before the event. A look into how training can be better incorporated into the system Option for admin to see all employees calendars at once (similar to google calendars) A greater focus of customer service via phone - Online chats are good but email is time consuming. It is also helpful for the PeopleHR IT support for them and the company to be able to share screen to resolve problems Remove gender option. There is currently only a binary option for gender. Although we can add more through logbook, those who are already classified as male or female cannot be unticked. For admin to be able to view 2+ profiles simultaneously When refreshing the employee page, for it to not return to the alphabetically ordered current staff view but where you left of. Or, an option to choose in settings We have added our appraisal system via logbook. Our appraisals require individuals to refer back to a word/pdf doc. It would be great for our team to be able to access these documents through logbook when completing the appraisal. Statistics - feedback is a fundamental part of our business and the ability to analyse, for example, who has completed feedback over a time period would be extremely valuable For certain information to delete automatically on the day after an employees leave date. For example, work email. For salary updates to automatically calculate the salary per year based on the hours worked for part time staff To notify or automatically delete doubles in the ATS section

    The customer service is outstanding. We are a small company so implementing a system like this is a big deal for us- we were looking at simplifying operations as we currently use different systems for holiday booking, employee praise and expenses. I therefore had hundreds of questions to ensure that we were making the right decisions. The chat feature is extremely useful as you get a quick response to questions and do not have to leave the system to ask. Special thanks to customer service agent who has been very helpful even when I have been asking multiple questions on a daily basis! The system is easy to use and has lots of great features which are really good value for money. I have looked at many other systems and this one definitely came out top for value for money, features and customer support.
    Some of the settings are complicated to find and change- would be better if they were all in a centralized location- however once all set up this is a minor inconvenience. The pulse surveys are a great addition- however it would be good if you could access this from the desktop site and also could have the option of making these anonymous. The expenses section- we use Expensify currently- would be useful if you could scan receipts for information so the form auto fills as this is how it worked in Expensify but just a minor con. Finally, we allow our employees to Swap their normal working days- would be good if there was a specific capability for this rather than adding as an event as this allows you to swap out and not guarantee that the employee has swapped out also.

    We are extremely happy with People HR 's feature rich software and easy to understand , intuitive implementation . From stem to stern this amazing software offers summary integration of so many formally disparate Human Resource functions . We highly recommend it's use.
    From an introductory and initial stand point , we most loved the ability to effectively group and to communicate directly with top and the most competitive candidates for open positions at our company . The ATS tracking system from People HR makes this tasks quite manageable. The ATS feature has streamlined and consolidated our approach to posting new information on available positions and allows consistent and effective collection of all information relative to the hiring and vetting process. This is an absolute advantage our team is delighted to have. We also loved the attention to detail included in the software package such as the inclusion of customized signatures which can be formatted and included in all forms of email communication with prospective candidates. Finally People HR's "A C A" tracking further allows us to keep track with regulatory and compliance requirements grouped by employee as legal changes present themselves. This features keeps us as agile as we need . Finally the inclusion of a mobile app makes a fine support tool for maximum portability.
    We did find that our experience with customer service during the initial installation stages was not as reactive as we would like , but this is easily navigated through the use online tutorials and plentiful support groups to answer fundamental questions and install issues.

    We are really pleased with our decision to go with People HR. Time saving & great reporting.
    Easy to use interface, easy for employees to use & easy for me to complete back end approvals & admin processes. Definitely saves time for a small SME like us & it looks like as we grow, more of the functions will prove useful. There are many features that we don't use as we are currently a smaller company (5 employees) but the ones we do are great. The expenses phone app is popular - very straightforward & employees can complete expenses as they go along, rather than a pile of receipts piling up. Learning your way around PeopleHR is fairly straightforward - there are many video demos on particular tasks which is useful as well as the online help pages. Support is has been good when I've not been able to find answers online.
    I wish the holiday calendar could auto populate our Outlook Office calendar but I think this is probably a big ask! The tasks system designed to encourage your learning journey as a user of People HR isn't quite as useful as it might be - needs improving.

    The real strength of people is its people! It's refreshing to find a company that walks its talk on culture and employee brand. They are all extremely helpful, knowledgeable and VERY long suffering and patient with non-technical customers! From the sales team to the help desk team - I cannot praise them high enough.
    The features are very good - wide range and very good value for money
    Very little really . The only criticism is that some of the administrative features are accessed direct from employee records instead of in background settings like you would expect. An example of this is adding a new document - you have to open an employee record, and go to the add documents - and you are then given an option to create a new template. This is not very intuitive. There is an excellent logbooks facility in which you can create custom logbooks for every conceivable record you might want - this also was accessed from an employees record but they have just moved this to its own section in admin settings. They need to do the same for the other areas as well.
