    1) This application provides complete attendance and payroll management solution for your enterprise. 2) Any type of biometric attendance machines can be integrated with this application. 3) it provides employees self service feature where employees can download payslip , apply for leaves from their secured login. 4) as it provides cloud based solution also it can be accessible from anywhere. I don't have any point to dislike HR-ONE. Best HRM solution for your enterprise 1) With the help of HRONE we have implemented biometric based attendance system for all our offices and branches 2) we able to manage employees attendance, leaves etc more efficiently. 3) we able to calculate OT, process salaries more accurately. 4) employees can access it securely to download payslips, investment declaration etc by their own and no need to depend on HR team.

Our employees across geographies and business units can connect through HROne platform. We have offices outside India, and HROne needs to upgrade its platform to suit a global audience. HROne can provide best practice guidelines to companies that do not already have a robust HR setup. HROne should provide bulk editing options within the platform rather than having to download, edit and then reupload. We have multiple business units and offices worldwide and remote-working employees as well. HROne helps us integrate and connect them all through a single platform.     HR-One is used for daily attendance, daily announcements, a calendar for Happy Birthday, and many more features on the same platform. Its dashboard is beautiful, and the software is straightforward to use. Attendance Reporting dashboard Features Calendar and Leaves marking. No Dislike with Hr one, Nothing for improving overall cover all things. If any company wants to track attendance & Leave for many more, then take HR One .     There are a number of advantages that we experienced after using HROne. This HR platform automates the HR processes completely like Recruitment, Time & Attendance, Performance, Payroll, Expense and more. It has helped us to a great extent. HROne has improved our + our employees productivity, enhanced their performance, we can effectively track and record employee attendance of both ground and office staff, and process payroll directly... There is no need for different software since the day we started using HROne I think while its quite upto date solution, the Video Interview feature is missing in Recruitment module, that should be added Almost every HR Function is now automated! We found HROne to be the first ever mobile application in the business. It has solved the problem of time, money and resource consumption for us. Functions like raising 9 types of requests, marking daily attendance, reading new announcements, creating goals, and reviewing performances in less than 3 taps can be performed using the mobile app. Their Inbox For HR feature lets the users search like Google with quick and accurate results. It simplifies task management from a single window without the need to switch multiple tabs for using different modules. Inbox For HR and mobile app have solved a lot of our business issues.

    for all HR activities this is best platform I have ever seen I have used HR mantra too but this is best Employee's attendence Salary Slip Diractory of all employees and Profles creation best thing it can be used on phone too few Issues I have faced in last 1.5 Years issues with Punch In and Out time it counts only day's first and last Punch which is not appropriate on Android Application you cant trust blindly If too much traffic on this, it will get hang if anyone need transparency with HR team so try this it would be really helpful It is really helpful while you have to deal with HR because HR is the worst team I have ever faced in my life ypu get notified about any ammendment in HR policies very quick and interface is really great user friendly

Reporting structure and the approval structure of the expense management is not good at all.     Our overall experience with HROne has been delightful. From quick and easy implementation to 24X7 client support, team HROne is the best. Our HR, Admin, and Finance Teams seem to be the most positively affected ones since we started using HROne. Time-saving and resource management still come second, the all-in-one HCM suite can be customized and personalized with steady modifications, this configurability thing we kind of liked.
    The BPM we were using was pretty traditional and too bulky, not user friendly.
    It's a one stop solution indeed. The automation of all systemic HR functions, improvement in employee productivity & performance, and bringing happiness to the faces of users... One feature of HROne that we liked the most and proved to be of importance 'Inbox For HR'. Allowing all HR functions to be performed in real time from a single window without the need to juggle different modules for performing and completing 20+ tasks makes a huge difference. Apart from the 10 full-fledged HR operations that are 100% mechanized, HROne offers google-like searches that are semantic, predictive, and action-based. The HROne Inbox mobile app enables users to chat, raise different types of requests, mark attendance, read new announcements, create goals, and review performance hassle free!
    After gathering requirements and analyzing this HR software, we found ATS (Applicant Tracking System) absent from the recruitment module of HROne. But, we could still conduct the hiring and pre-boarding processes quite efficiently.

    We are completely satisfied with HRONE as it helped us to fulfill HRM solution requirement of our organization. We are now able to keep track of multi location employees attendance, manage payroll, leaves, advances etc.
    1) it can be integrated with any biometric machine. 2) As it's a cloud based solution, it can be access from any location, 24x7. 3) employees can download payslip directly from portals. Which helps to reduce load on HR personnel. 4) it comes with everything required for HRM for your organization i.e. time attendance to payroll management. 5) Easy to calculate TDS based on employees declaration.
    I don't have any point to dislike HR-ONE because it helped us to fulfill HRM requirement for our organization. But it will be better if they provide 2 step verification for employee access.

    There are various features that are best compared to other software like the attendance system, Leave management system, the applied approach of manual time, calendar, and salary slip checking system.
    There are one funnctionality which is not working properly & that is the location of the user is not getting properly & apart from that the if user check-in 3 times it will count third check-in as checkout punch.

    Overall experience is good.
    HRone is handy to use, the features like Helpdesk ticket, Payroll management , reports , insights etc are easy to use and the information is also provided instantly. It eases the work of a HR.
    Sometimes it hard to use because of too many features, things get complicated because of this.

    Add more layer in moodbot, there should be reports of all the details of the employee
