    I have to say that Onboarding through HR Cloud improved our processes (saved us a lot of time) and generally employee experience and satisfaction. First of all, our onboarding is almost completely automatic now, there are no skipped tasks, new employees have a structured and very clear onboarding which allows them to gradually adjust to their new job, new team, new colleagues, they have constant access to important materials with guidelines, they have tasks and email reminders which decreases their stress level, our managers are happier because they don't have to set reminders - the software thinks on their behalf and they just have to follow the guide - HR Cloud. A more structured and organized process leads to happier managers and it is all a huge factor in employee satisfaction and the beginning of employee retention. We use this app for new employees, for those changing positions, work locations or those coming back from long leave, such as maternity leave. Last but not least, I have to highlight the importance of our Account Manager in the creation of our processes, our overall experience and our growing satisfaction with HR Cloud. He truly went above and beyond to create any custom needs we had. He was providing ideas, and suggestions, creating all the steps in our process exactly as we wanted or even better, he was (and is) always availabe, he answered emails extremely fast and took care/takes care of any potential problem we have. With his professionalism and effort, Josip assured us we did the right thing by choosing HR Cloud among other software. Kudos to our account manager. :) Not sure if this is a downside, but too much space for your creation sometimes causes chaos. You have to know exactly what do you want in your onboarding. Furthermore, I would love to have the option to send emails with other people in cc. Organization of the process. Tasks management, employee satisfaction, accessibility of important information at all times with signatures, we got rid of many manual and boring tasks which allow us to focus on more important things, people like coming to work for us, everything is done on time, and if not, we can track which areas we need to improve...

The features can be built out to meet the complex needs of a multi-department company and help streamline tasks, all while adding an extremely professional touch. Scanning, sending, and filing will become a thing of the past, and your HR team will thank you for it! Your management team and your HR team will be connected securely, and checklists you can build will ensure consistency and completeness of all your processes. The onboarding process to become an HR Cloud client, compared to competitors, is BEYOND easy. Your account manager will help build your account and forms, allowing you to remain focused on your operations without skipping a beat. You and your team will be provided with endless tools and support during training, and continued live support will always be a click away. I LOVE HR CLOUD! Lea our fantastic Account Manager, took time to ensure our account was set up perfectly. Even though we are running full steam ahead, Lea is always an email or message or way to help us with whatever we need. Lea took time to understand our business needs and explained all the features that would help us and how we can build out features as we continue to grow to support our business. We are a quickly growing small business spread out over a large geographical area. HR Cloud allowed us to have a centralized place for our management team and HR team to collaborate. HR Cloud also ensures that our new hires complete all the paperwork they need to and save it securely without any extra effort.

    HR Cloud offers the most flexible platform configuration, while also assuring your company's onboarding process is compliant with federal regulations. New hires don't always have access to a valid email address, and HR Cloud was able to build a process around that hurdle to allow our field employees to onboard new hires on the spot, anywhere in the world. HR Cloud is still somewhat new to the market, so the system speed is still catching up to other competitors. Their development team is always working to improve/ enhance things and is very accepting of suggestions along the way. Highly recommend it for organizations that have complex onboarding needs as well as those that have basic needs with an accessible workforce. Our field employee group has complex onboarding requirements and a lot of the new hires do not have their own smartphones/ computers. HR Cloud was able to resolve this by building the application with a "kiosk" type of workflow to allow our Foremen to complete new employee onboarding from start to finish on a company-issued tablet in the field. In addition to this workflow solution, we also implemented additional measures to assure I-9 compliance among a completely remote workforce.

    It is relatively easy to add or create forms in the system. Being able to store that information after is very helpful. The automation is helpful, though not perfect. Most importantly, we are now able to get employee information into our systems in advance which provides more time for training on the 1st day rather than just doing paperwork. Additionally, the employee is adding the information (e.g. SSN, Direct deposit, taxes, etc.) so, there is less room for error where before, the employee was completing a paper form, turning it into HR and we then had to manually key it into ADP - lots of room for error. The last thing I want to mention is the implementation team. They are fantastic! They not only know they system but they are incredible problem solvers who are able to take a clients needs and (most of the time) find a way to make it work. What's even better is that once the implementation is over, that team stays with you and converts over to your support team. I love that continuity. The integration with ADP is a little clunky, mostly because of limitations that ADP sets. For example, we have some employees who left and then returned to the Company within 1 year. We would like to recognize their previous service but, ADP only allows HR Cloud to "see" the rehire date. It would be more helpful to see the original hire date and the rehire date or, if nothing else, the credited service date. Everything in HR Cloud is very linear which makes it easy to set up but, if there is a contingency for a specific group, a different workflow has to be set up and manually launched. For example, in Canada, we have to provide all documents in both French and English however, the system only allows for one document to be attached to a specific task. So, we have to manually send one. Make sure that you have your processes in place before beginning implementation. The implementation team is incredible at problem solving but, you have to give them guidelines. At the same time, be flexible. The "old" way may not work as well once you move to an online, automated platform. Previously, all employee forms were turned in on the 1st day which meant we couldn't add anyone to ADP before that. If there was an issue with the forms or documents (i.e. for the I-9) everything was pushed back further. This meant that everything downstream took longer (i.e. enrolling in benefits). This allows us to have more information, which the employee inputs eliminating the need for us to retype what they enter, at an earlier point in the post-offer/onboarding phase.

    Since moving to HR Cloud for all of our onboarding needs, we've been very happy. The account manager that was assigned to us has been nothing but helpful in every aspect of the process. From the beginning when we were transitioning, the flow of communication was constant and thorough. Any follow up that we've needed and assistance throughout the maintenance of our account has been answered quickly with the most professional and happy customer service. There are a few small things that I wish they would update. For instance - I wish there was more options for back and forth with documents between admin users and employees. But these are small nice-to-have items. Overall, I enjoy the user interface and appreciate the recent changes they made in the past months. Before going with HR Cloud we looked at a few onboarding programs. One of the biggest selling points for us when looking at the vendors was the HR Cloud didn't pressure us to upgrade our program to needs we didn't have. For instance, we were only looking or an onboarding tool, not an HRIS or payroll. HR Cloud gave us exactly what we wanted, listened to our needs, and didn't try to pressure us into anything else. That was a big reason we ended up choosing them. I also want to commend their customer service staff for their quick responses, and helpfulness. Anytime I have a question or need assistance, I'm responded to within 24 hours, and my questions/needs are always answered and met. Overall very happy with the experience and would recommend it to another user. Previously we were mailing out onboarding packets, and it was having a negative effect on the employee experience. Now when we use HR Cloud, the full-length employee experience is much quicker, easier to track (and remind employees), and overall better experience for employees.

    The team at HR Cloud was incredibly helpful in setting up our Onboard work flow so that is functions exactly how we'd envisioned. We were looking for a system that would have a lot of flexibility with being able to have many different types of forms, different levels of approvals/contributions, and also ability for pictures and videos. This system meets all of those needs a more. My company has multiple locations and we have been able to configure an onboarding portal unique to each campus to tailor the new hire experience. We have also been able to integrate with our ATS so that new hires flow straight into HR Cloud, saving a lot of data entry time. I have also had feedback from new hires on how easy it was to set up their profiles and fill out forms. Plus, HR Cloud keeps up with government forms updates for you so you don't have to worry about missing an update! They have the functionality to tie I-9s directly into your E-verify site to automatically submit those cases (my organization hasn't been able to configure this due to multiple sites, but it is an amazing feature). The only area for improvement for us is tightening up the information flow from our ATS into HR Cloud. We had several small kinks to work out with workflows, making sure the tasks were flowing to the correct people. It has been very easy to fix and the HR Cloud team has been available to either make the fix for us or walk us through how to make it happen. We are saving a lot of time not printing out forms and then scanning in all the paperwork!

    We are not using the features that we intended to, so our experience in customization is low. (A global HR Manager had tried to customize some of the features, and HR Cloud was not capable of supporting them.) However, we have had GREAT experience with our Rep, Bruna Nazor. She is very attentive to communication, always responding to our questions, explaining usage, and following up during the implementation process. She is highly rated!

    Not fun. I hope I never have to use HR Cloud again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, not even for HR Cloud's $100 gift card referral promo. Maintaining positive relationships with my HR network is more valuable than that.

    I had a fantastic experience with this software and my implementation manager was a dream to work with! He was professional, flexible, responsive and very patient. He also had excellent knowledge of the product and was able to troubleshoot with me live rather than passing off to a development team or tech support. As far as what this product has done for our company, we went from zero process to a streamlined, efficient, organized onboarding experience for our new hires which receives rave reviews from our managers and new employees. As a company dedicated to employee experience and employer of choice status, this was in our top 2 initiatives of 2018 and well worth the investment!
    Excellent ability to build out hierarchal workflow tasks, whether complex or simple. Love the consolidated process for multiple departments to keep in one record tied to an individual employee. User interface is fresh and has a professional but friendly feel. They are very open to feedback and explore development/feature requests timely.
    It is a very robust software and can be overwhelming to learn if the user is not tech savvy. I don't see this as an issue for most regular users, but I do think it's quite helpful for the implementation point of contact to have intermediate to advanced technical proficiency.

    BambooHR was great in many ways, but it did not integrate with Quickbooks payroll- a feature that was important to us. Also, while the platform was better "out of the box", it did not offer us the same options for customization that HR Cloud does. Additionally, the support from HR Cloud is unmatched.
    The best part about HR Cloud is the constant support. Zvonimir has gone above and beyond to help us create the platform we desired. We also appreciate the ability to customize HR Cloud's functions in a way that I did not experience with some of the competitors. Our biggest use for this software is the Recruit module. It has been a huge time saver in tracking candidates throughout our recruitment process.
    Some features were not available out of the box. So there were a few things that took some time to set up. However, this is not completely bad in that we have been able to create a platform that suits our needs with the help of HR Cloud's fantastic support team. Additionally, they have pushed out several updates since we started using HR Cloud a few months ago.

    - It accomplishes basic applicant tracking and onboarding needs. - The HR Cloud team has nice people.
    - It is SO SLOW. Literally, clicking through several applicants when recruiting is painful. You watch the loading circle over and over. (It's not our internet. I ruled out that variable through some experiments and I'm tech savvy.) - It literally DOESN'T SAVE INFO. I'll change the status of an applicant, progressing them through the hiring process and it doesn't save it. I had to not use this feature and track applicants progressing toward hire in a separate excel sheet. - It DOES NOT connect with key job sites for posting jobs like LinkedIn, Google jobs, Facebook jobs. You only get Indeed, Glassdoor, Monster and ZipRecruiter. - For onboarding, the assigning of tasks is functional, but promotes a very impersonal onboarding experience.

    The team at HRCloud always listens and does whatever they can to make the system work for our needs! I LOVE that I am still working with the same person who managed the original implementation. Representative is knowledgeable, professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. She is always responsive and patient and creative. I feel like HRCloud is on my team.
    Product not meeting our needs and lack of responsiveness
    Ease of use and adaptability. I was a previous user of ADP at another company, and when I reviewed HRCloud, it reminded me of the great features found in that product. But HRCloud is BETTER! It is simplere to use and more adapatble; AND the team at HRCloud is able to make quick modifications that customize it to our use without rewriting the program or waiting for another release.
    I wish I could see/do more as an administrator from the Hr Cloud App itself, but that isnt really a huge issue.

    I've had a pretty positive experience to date working with HR Cloud. My rep [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has been great!
    The versatility and capability to customize company specific items. The customer support. The auto generated tasks. The ability to see where the HR team is at any moment. The ability to see where a new employee is in the process from anywhere. The ability to text message candidates. Lots of things to like.
    The initial use for a new employee seems to be a little tricky. The app has limitations which limits our use of it. Though we do use it to upload documents as it is easy to just click upload document and take photo and have it automatically load to a new employee profile.
