    Zing HR is best software i ever seen, My personal best experience which is as follows @ The user interface (UI) is really good and very attractive for the users @ We can manage the data of the particular employee in a single place @ The leave management and approval is also so easy and user friendly @ This software can be used in mobile as well the most liked feature @ The attendance system is also good i.e., we just need to login with our credentials it will take the attendance automatically. @ The salary slips is very cool, we can find monthly salary statements and also cumulative statement with all the allowances details also which i like the most. upon my experience with Zing HR software few dislikes i experience @ sometimes it is slow and cannot move to the next page and take long time to load the page @ the login time also takes much time and cannot access the software as soon as possible @ the page of the payroll and salary pages of the employees has to be improved @ the calendar system is also improved and the apply of leave should also improved @ we cannot see regular updates and updated features in this software which can be improved @this software only used with android not with ios (mobile platforms) @sometimes hard to understand because lot of steps to follow you can just switch to this amazing software Zing HR without any second opinion and i am loving it. Employee count and the salary structure of the employee. Shows the balance of leaves of the particular employee. Salary slips and cumulative salary slips with each financial year.

    It has the option to upload tax deductions and download payslips automatically and also features like a Tax simulator and NPS, which are much needed and take time if done manually. It also shows newly joined employees and birthdays, which are a great help. Also, graphs for salary and CTC breakup are good. We can also get employees' phone numbers from employees' searches. It has a very very bad UI, it has many options but they are not placed where they are needed, they are placed somewhere else and you won't find them until you ask someone. If companies try they can make a better website than this, which is easy to use and navigate. It doesn't allow you to go to the new/outcomation dashboard once you go to any module, their home button always takes you to the old portal. It has a lot of bugs everywhere. Reading PDFs for companies' policies is a nightmare here, it would be better if they can just allow us to download or make a better PDF reader. Applying for leaves was better in the old portal. I guess now they can release another new portal which should be a mix of the old and new portals and fix some bugs. Sometimes when you login twice in a row(in 5 min), it doesn't load. It's better for salary structure information and uploading relevant documents like tax deductions. It sure has saved time once features have been known. It also has a helpdesk which also tracks HR queries, which saves some time.

    This one is best to evaluate employee performance, employee attendance, create a learning plan, and many more tools to manage employees of the organization. This tool has given facilities like QR codes for employees for attendance, SMS services, notifications, and many more. This tool has zero errors There is nothing as such that you dislike about the tool. However, Company should overcome the lag issues while handling a lot of data; Sometimes, it lags, and they can also improve after-sale service. There are loads of things you can do with this tool. In my case, we use this tool to manage employee's attendance, push reminders, collect their leaves, ITR, salary slips. Earlier workers used to call to check their leave balance, form 16, salary slips, attendance sheet, but now they can quickly check their profile.

    Due to the current covid situation, we have been working remotely, thus tracking working hours and attendance submission was getting chaotic. ZingHR came as a savior since its user-friendly interface made attendance regularisation and work login very convenient. It gives notifications to the employees for the days they are marked absent and helps to regularise the attendance before the cut-off of time. Also, Zinghr feeds us with all the updates regarding the organization's activities and upcoming events. It logs out automatically in case if you are logged in for too long. Also, there is no option to customize the layout or colors, which makes it a bit boring. Need more options for customisation First and foremost is, attendance regularisation has gone very hassle-free. You can operate the app remotely and through your mobile as well. You can wish your colleagues birthdays and work Anniversaries thus helps to build good work environment. You can track your performance appraisal and compare it with your previous performance. It also auto-generates your salary slips and other important documents, which come in very handy while working remotely.

The internet connection should also be fast so that the page may get loaded up. Some time it gets slow as the page gets hanged up again and again due to which time management is sometimes an issue using this HR Tool. I like & highly recommended. Best & easy use software. It helps employees save time & helps us utilize our resources for more important tasks. All salary slips, attendance regularization, leave applications, leave balance data can be managed through it. ZingHR is the stop destination for all HR related processes.

    ZingHR is a great app for monitoring and ensuring your Employee's daily attendance, monitoring and tracking of their work. I used ZingHR in my 1st JOB, and it has great geolocation mapping meaning to say it won't punch in and won't accept your attendance till the time you are not on your mapped location eg, office. It also tracks the time if my office timings are from 9 in the morning so after 9 it will take automatically a half day. ZingHR really saves a lot of time in Employee Attendance. Since I have worked with a huge workforce it is quite impossible to track everyone's attendance because more than 70% of my employees are in the field, it is only the app through which the whole task became so easy and salary issues were also resolved. ZingHR also has options to apply for CL, and EL (leaves) and there is a whole dashboard in the form of a calendar where you can easily keep track of your daily attendance. Overall it's a great app user-friendly and easy to learn and apply keeps your tracking and ensures that you get your rightful amount of salary at the month's end.

    Overall, a very handy and usefull app for all working professionals. You cannot ask more than what you get in the app except there is always room for change and modifications/additions to some more features like streamlining employees department wise will be good. But still most features are covered by the app. So personally, I never felt missing or wanting for anything that is not in this related to my data with the organization. Kudos to the team of ZingHR for it.
    As said, all the data collected by the app and streamlined in the app syncing all the information attended and carried out by the employee can be checked, updated, used personally by him/her without requiring for other senior management person required for help.
    Sometimes the app lags especially during puching in and out. Also there is no simplified solution if your forget your password. I personally get anxious and feel the urge to write my Zing password everytime I change it has got blocked sometimes.

    Overall experience is very good as it has very vast feature. It's very user friendly and easy to understand so employee can use it. Also if we see every day it become better with the updates. If we compare it with earlier phase then we can see that it rectify most of the issue which were arrive in earlier phase.
    This software is very user friendly and have all the option which is required by a business structure and functions. It is a cloud based software so we can access everything online. Even employee can access their information and download their Pay slips. Employee can see IT declaration and other details as well also employee can directly apply their leaves through ZingHR.
    Sometime it take so much time to reload any page or in moving to another page also it take time in login so you have to wait some time when you log in.

    Positively a good product to signup for
    We switched from another HRMS tool to ZingHR a couple of months before. we have subscribed to most of their features. I should say it is was a very wise decision. Their product covers a complete suite of HR needs from hiring to exit. the product is fully tuned to t needs in the indian HR needs. the product has been designed well and easy to navigate. their mobile app is another good addition making claims and task easy to be done through the mobile. the biggest advantage is the cost of of the product. this ideally fits a small to medium sized company.
    their UI is found wanting. it would be good if they can completely overhaul the entire UI to make it easy for users

    I can do this in one simple word "HORRIBLE"
    The inclusion of the PMS module and ATS (Which we did not even explore yet)
    There is nothing to like in this system basis the bunch of lies told to us during the sales cycle.
    It's been over 3 months and they haven't been able to complete the implementation, a load of mis-commitments made during the sales process, no help or support from the implementation team, for everything their answer is this is not a standard requirement. Escalated to CEO who is not replying to mails either.

    What I like to this software is we can regularized the absent just by requesting to our manager.
    The least thing I don't want here is after 3 days of not regularizing the absent we can't regularized it anymore. That's not supposed to be like that because we are working and might not paying attention to zinghr everytime.
