    I feel lost most of the time when trying to find specific info on EE. It should be easier and more fields need to be added for Mental Health businesses.     Customer Service is an area that appears lacking. The sender of a help ticket receives notification that the ticket has been received; however, the timeliness of follow up varies. I have reached out several times to inquire about the status of the help ticket as I don't receive regular updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

    I love working with Datis. e3 is a quality product and Datis provides excellent customer service. Beyond that, I have been very impressed with out Datis genuinely wanted to hear from clients about their experience and suggestions for improving the product. The decision to move the e3 was one of the best I've every made!

    Supervision documentation is difficult to use if the supervisor doesn’t adhere to the rigid schedule Applicant site doesn’t automatically integrate with outside recruitment tools, so tracking of recruitment data is complicated. DATIS has struggled with customer service support unless you have a dedicated contact

Whenever we've hit snags or road bumps, the team has been very responsive to our feedback and has followed through to ensure we're satisfied with the resolution. More than anything, we trust that DATIS is not only aware of the future of HRISs, but is ahead of the curve and is leading the way with the anticipated enhancements coming this year.     Overall, we have had a very positive experience with Datis and their customer support has been great in providing guidance and help during our transition. The systems offers great value for the money and enables better synergies between HR and Finance departments.

    It saved us one payroll FTE, we were able to pay weekly rather then bi-weekly was was helpful to our employees. We are 98% paper free and advanced our HR /Payroll process ahead technology wise through the Datis application/hiring process.
