Unfair and nontransparent pay term. I do not trust them anymore. They will try to put you on a commitment without your confirmation. GPS Tracking was never working well, and also it calculates the total hours in minutes, its supposed to be in hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Planday is used within our support department, which operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. It is used to maintain shift patterns for each of the teams within the department. We also use it to manage absences such as sick leave and annual leave. It gives a great overview of staffing for the department.
Provides an overview of staffing levels for each team, and the department as a whole. The UI makes it very easy to get a snapshot view of the staffing levels for set time period. Managing absences and arranging for shift swaps are also efficiently handled using Planday.

Planday is a great tool for employee time tracking & scheduling! It really helped me streamline the scheduling process and manage time off requests and availability of my my team. The time clock feature is straightforward and easy to navigate. Employees can clock in via their phones and view their schedule on the go, which helps with confusion and missed shifts! Overall a great product for small business owners to keep their team coordinated, timely and informed!

Planday is used across the whole of POLPO Ltd to manage all of our employee information, generate schedules for all staff and produce accurate hours worked which translate to payroll. This is for employees working in front and back of the house. The system is also used for all documentation storage, holiday scheduling and reporting, wage tracking, employee tracking in terms of recruitment and retention, and communicating, either within departments or across the whole company.

My office uses a practice management system with next to zero HR functions, a terrible time clock, and no integration with platforms from other vendors. We were looking for a platform that would allow employees to see their schedules, request vacations, switch shifts, etc. we also wanted a time clock that integrated with quickbooks. PlanDay lets us do all of this quickly and easily. We have been able to literally cut our time spent on payroll by over 50%, and reduce scheduling time by at least 1/3. The other features have also helped us streamline, organize, and centralize our HR activities while going paperless. The app is user friendly and our employees love using it, weve even noticed a recognizable boost in employee morale since starting PlanDay

Totally disappointed with their complete lack of customer care. Some systems trust they are good enough and don't tie you in with a contract but instead have a rolling month by month contract. PlanDay ties you in from the moment you are in discussions with them and it's a minimum 12 month contract, which they do not let you out of, even if you have told them you don't want to go ahead 6 weeks before it even begins.
