    Everything is not intuitive of buggy. They recently made their Customer service even more difficult to reach, and when you can finally interact with someone, the help you get is totally unhelpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

    + The recruiting API has a tiny but annoying bug of removing line feeds of incoming applications (from our website form). I'v been waiting for seven months for a fix now. Just three months ago, developer-related person on the platform suggested "it's planned for the next sprint". This week, three months later, I got note about "no time, intended behavior".     One of the things I like most about Personio is the employee self-service portal. This allows my employees to access their own information, such as their timesheets, vacation requests, and benefits. It's a great way to give my employees more control over their own data.I also love the reporting features in Personio. These reports give me insights into my workforce, such as employee turnover rates, time off trends, and salary ranges. This information helps me to make better decisions about my HR policies and procedures.

    The onboarding module was a treat to use for our marketing dept. It's easy to assign and monitor each step within the onboarding flow. The automated assignments and reports are also a great addition

    customer support is very unhelpful, the tool is immature, there are a lot of logic mistakes - e.g. no room for error - if you mess up, you cannot correct it, you need to delete the whole user.

    - Sehr schlechte Performance (teilweise ber 10 Sekunden, bis der Seitenwechsel fertig ist) - Umstndliche Bedienung (eine Freigabe bentigt 7 Klicks um die Aufgabe als erledigt zu markieren) - Probleme kann man ber die Hilfe melden - werden aber nicht bearbeitet, da dies nur der Admin darf - Antworten vom Service-Management sind ausweichend und werden nicht wirklich beantwortet - Mangelhafte bersichtlichkeit (die Summe der noch zu verplanenden Tage sind nicht ersichtlich und mssen mhevoll zusammengesucht werden) - Verbesserungsvorschlge werden nicht umgesetzt, obwohl dies versprochen wurde

    Seems to be full of bugs with bumpy workflows. I would expect this to be simple to use with very streamlined workflows - this is not the case.

    We have had this software for some time in the HR department, and we love it because it has all the functions and tools for complete HR management, from recruitment to payroll. It has an interface that we all understand and use easily, so we adapted to it in no time.
    Allows automatic posting of job offers on different sites and portals to find the perfect candidates for available vacancies. It has employee tracking tools, such as attendance and absence tracking, as well as time monitoring of working hours and overtime. Payroll management is very complete and is done quickly and almost automatically, as it enters hours worked, overtime and absences, with an accurate calculation to avoid errors.

    We have had this software for some time in the HR department, and we love it because it has all the functions and tools for complete HR management, from recruitment to payroll. It has an interface that we all understand and use easily, so we adapted to it in no time.
    Some processes could be more automatic or with fewer clicks, for example, role-based authorization, which, although a security feature, could be simplified. It is a fairly intuitive and navigable software, but because it is so complete, it has different modules, tools, and functions that can make its learning curve steep. Some attributes at the time of payroll cannot be changed or customized.

    Overall: Difficult. I like it! Had some experience with Workdays in the company before and was at the beginning a kind of sad that little business has not the budget for such software. But now I am even happier because Personio not only is quiete as good - it is even better for small business purpose because it's less complex and allowes to stremline processes better for our needs.

    Overall: This software was bought to help with payroll. In the end, it just became a database to store employee information. Payroll is much to susceptible to errors to be relied on. My pet peeve is that when one of many critical fields is not filled in, the employee is simply left out of the payroll without comment.
