    The account management team at GoCo has gone out of its way to listen to our issues and try to work with us to fix them. While the fixes haven't been perfect and sometimes we are left waiting for the software to catch up with our needs, we really do appreciate the time and attention that has been given to helping us.     GoCo is honestly great. Onboarding has become easy for all hires, even those less technologically inclined, and we rarely have issues even with our remote field employees. The workflows make our processes so much more streamlined and efficient. The benefits module is pretty slick and robust. Our service team is phenomonal, and I almost always get a response and solution on the same day unless I email them late. Their training and help site are very good.     GoCo is honestly great. They are very interactive, easy to use. I love the quick onboarding process that helps us ensure no paperwork is missed. I love the reminder feature and that we can set the order for signing documents. I love that it auto-archives when you ask for an updated document and the document expiration feature makes my heart sing! I really do love this program. The pricing is very fair in my opinion and the Start up Process was fantastic. I love the interactiveness of this program and if I was in a different job setting we would use it MUCH more to keep the team interacted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

    The inability to be able to get a GoCo employee on the phone to discuss issues is frustrating. I called GoCo 10 times from July 20-Aug 1 and no one picked up the phone. Customer service needs to drastically improve if you want to retain customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

    None of the integrations are working properly. Our rep doesn't communicate when tax IDs for jurisdictions are needed but instead just avoids filing and I don't know about it until tax delinquency notices arrive. One time they pulled an extra $90k from our checking account for payroll because they duplicated the payroll tax deduction and made no effort to correct or refund the money until I discovered it & pointed it out to them. When I bring issues to our reps attention, there is slow/poor/no communication or follow up. Other reps have had to get involved to move things forward. It has been an immense struggle.     Easy to log in to clock in and clock out, look up PTO available and what is scheduled. I also perform a payroll sync Bi-Weekly which is fairly simple.

    Sales rep completely misled our entire team. No integration capability with any of our systems. Very dishonest sales practices. Absolutely would stay away from this product as there are reputable and functional alternatives available. We have not been able to use the product at all. Their implementaiton team finally admitted that they could not integrate with our systems after the purchase was made.

    As soon as we switched to Goco, we entered a nightmare. We were charged for things the sales rep said we wouldn't be (the company executives sent a very nice apology about that misunderstanding), the functionality did not live up to its promises and has lots of annoying little UI issues, and it is like pulling teeth to get a response from my account rep (I received a separate apology directly from the exec about that). From my perspective, Goco is suffering new-startup syndrome where they overloaded their staff and make promises they can't possibly deliver. I do believe that my Customer Service rep and all the staff are genuinely trying their best and that the company has simply bitten off more than they can chew.

    GoCo is our Ben admin system and links into execupay for payroll. It’s a good system overall but their customer service has lately gone down hill. We tried to apply for the Employee retention tax credit through them and they didn’t actually file it despite us filling out the paperwork several times.

    We currently meet with our GoCo representative once a month to 'check-in', and have done so since we switched to GoCo years ago. This says ALOT! They want feedback on the good, the bad, and the challenging, and they ALWAYS act on it. If I have a question that I send to our representative, I have no doubt that I will get a response within an hour. I've said this before, and I'll say it again, it's so nice to work with company that aligns with our core values. They are definitely a great team that Gives Customers What They Want and Builds Something Special every step of the way!

    As an HR department of one for a small company, GoCo has enabled us to find a tech solution that works for us and is affordable. It has helped greatly with transparent performance management, completion of necessary documents in a timely manner and has relieved a lot of the stress associated with open enrollment every year. The customer service is also wonderful. I have always received a prompt reply to my questions and my suggestions are taken seriously.

    Communication between GoCo and myself improved on the Payroll Sync side. Any questions that may have arose were communicated immediately. I retired from the secondary company so I handed off those task to a new firm.

    I'm optimistic that Goco will continue adding improvements and additional staff until their product is as strong as Zenefits. I'd just hold off signing up until that happens.
