5.0Data security on this software is high end and makes it sure no breach is made. Reviews management can be done on this software that allows a user to have a good overview of the demands of the customer and mold the business accordingly. Multiple channels and stores can be effectively managed on this software removing the need of multiple software not only decreasing the load on the system but also making the whole process a whole lot less hectic and time efficient. Inventory can be easily managed on this software and it plays an important role in keeping the user aware of the status of products present in the storage. Promotions can be easily and effectively managed on this software, playing an important role in maintaining the right atmosphere in the working environment. 4.5When employees are well compensated, and their matters given the priority that they require, there is extreme assurance that their work will be top notch. 3.0As stated above, it does everything it SHOULD but there are other things that would be great to have that I've seen in other HCM platforms. Things such as PTO management and recruiting. I have used several different employee management platforms and this one I would rank dead center in terms of features and ease of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
3.0Infor/Lawson does a really good job selling their products but when it comes time to implementation, I feel like they are not as solid as their sales team. They build up the product and the sale and then when the implementation rolls around, there's all these hoops and those responsible for implementation/training/project management don't seem as strong Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

5.0Working for a manufacturing company this software is great for everything you need to do. From inventory to accounting.
3.0This a simple system and widely used, so the user community is vast and knowledgeable. It integrates well with some of our systems.
3.0HCM integrates with Payroll, Finance, and Supply Chain.
3.0The user interface is sometime difficult to train. Recent updates have been made, but the systems still lags behind some of its prominent competitors.
3.0Platform relies on codes more than plain-language. Can be difficult to train new users on system functionality.

1.0I work on the Talent Acquisition team and we use Infor Global Human Resources as our ATS and manage our employees' HR files. I would not recommend Infor Global Human Resources to anyone and think that the system is not intuitive at all. Additionally, we transitioned our HRIS from Ultipro, an Ultimate product, to Infor Global Human Resources and I found Ultipro far superior and easier to use.

Additionally, we transitioned our HRIS from Ultipro, an Ultimate product, to Infor Global Human Resources and I found Ultipro far superior and easier to use.
The ATS is very poor. It is not intuitive at all. It is very click heavy and hard to view information. It is not a candidate-friendly experience. I would not recommend the system at all. When viewing employee records, it is hard to view information.

3.0Overall: We use Infor Lawson for main our HRIS. I serves as the backbone for our employee data import to our learning management systems. However, training on the system has proven difficult over the last few years. The system is adequate for our needs, but the user interface, though recently updated, is hardy intuitive.
