Zoho People is a complete software that provides information about an employee to the company, makes it easier for HR to do daily surveillance in the office, and has a daily check-in feature that informs HR for employees when they arrive and when they leave, which I believe distinguishes this software or website from others. It's a handy tool since it also allows you to regulate where your employees clock in and out and securely hold critical documents, such as tax forms, for your employees. It may also be used to track an employee's hours worked over the course of a week or month and export that data for use with any payroll program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Going by Zoho's appraisal tool, there is no way I will recommend any product. The lack of decent support even for paid plan, and lack of basic features, only shows what low quality/bar they have set out for themselves. I am now curious to know how bad other Zoho products are and might try them out only to know / learn how not to do things. Perhaps others can use Zoho appraisal system as case study on how not to build / launch products.

We use Zoho People on a large scale. Where we keep track of the progress of one individual. We can monitor the progress of a peers USing PMS, set up monthly & quarterly goals, and review and rate the goals. It also keeps track of many other things like attendance, Log-ins & outs, it is a very effective ticketing tool as well.

Zoho People is used as an auxiliary HR platform by our company. Although we would love to have Zoho People be our primary and sole HR platform, there are still some holes and UX issues that are preventing us from doing so.
Time off importing/functionality is difficult to navigate Hiring/onboarding is not great at all Overall UX is confusing

I have clients from different in different locations and we use Zoho People as online Human Resource Management System to manage employees (our and that of our clients). Zoho People is designed to manage employee for small companies where we can access all employee data and manage their leaves, performance, customized roles
There must be multiple organizations and line managers for each company separately managed Frequently used features must be added to an easy menu automatically for ease of access HR Analytics needs improvement

Zoho People is used in our Human Resources Department, managing about 15 employees in total. The system is only accessible to a few people and helps to keep all employee files in one space. This cloud based HRMS also helps to ensure access to information from a distance with Covid-19.
Customer Support- Occasionally support response to questions can take a bit to get to the root issue, which can be frustrating from the technical side of running the system. However, the 24/7 availability is great. Onboarding Features- Could use some improvements. Not as expansive as other Zoho People features.

Overall experience with Zoho is tremendous. Zoho People, which we can firmly refer to as "The HR on your fingers," is the best online application. Outstanding features like Time & Attendance, Employee databases, Leave management, Rewards, etc. make it the best in class. One feature that will make Zoho People stand out is its usability. Everything is quite clear. It is quite comfortable to use, even for a new employee. It also offers good app integration and can adapt to new platforms. It offers an iOS and Android mobile app which enables it's users to use it anytime anywhere.

Zoho People has been a very dependable and well-performing HR tool for our retail business. We were able to set it up and sync with our other tools very easily as we're already using some of the other Zoho tools and the native integration doesn't take much time at all to set up. Other than that, all the modules are very well thought out and have a lot of advanced features that save you a lot of time, and it very rarely has performance issues like bugs and whatnot. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an online HR tool.

(I ran out of room in the "What did i like least) section.. so I'll continue here) The many many times I contacted support they were very slow to respond, unhelpful, and more than a little condescending... Many times I wound up skipping customer support and contacting the sales representative who was trying to get me to use the software (he was financially motivated to help me) Overall - Zoho People is an unrefined, difficult to use and poorly supported piece of software. I wish it weren't so! But.. alas...
