    The extensive list of applications included in Zoho One is the best thing about it. There is at least one application for almost all your business needs in Zoho One suite. In some instances, there are even multiple apps that can fulfill your requirement. Do you need an accounting application? You have Zoho books, invoice, expense, inventory, subscription. You have Zoho CRM to maintain your leads and customers. There are Zoho campaigns and marketing hub for your marketing team. Zoho Analytics for BI and business analytics to make dashboards and reports. The best part is that all these applications come tightly integrated, i.e, you do not have to pass data between these applications manually; it'll all happen automatically in the background. All these come at a meager price. I don't think there is any other suite of applications at this price point; hence, Zoho One is a lifesaver for any start-up starting out. The list of applications can become extremely overwhelming when deciding which one to use for which case. This can become even more daunting since even the Zoho support staff won't be able to tell you fully which one you should use. For example, Both campaigns and marketing hub helps you create marketing campaigns; now, which one should you use? Or Zoho books can manage subscriptions, inventory, invoices, and expenses, but there are separate apps for these needs too, so should you use a particular application of just Zoho Invoice? You can end up in analysis paralysis while deciding which isn't beautiful. The second problem is you might not even need all the applications in the Zoho One suite; now, there is no way you can remove a few applications from the billing. You will have to either buy the entire Zoho One suite or buy the applications you need individually, which will make the overall billing very costly Zoho One gives us a bunch of applications that empower us to run our business smoothly. It has benefited us immensely since we do not have to look and search for other third-party applications for day-to-day activities. Since most of the applications are very easy to implement and run, we do not even need to hire an additional resource to handle the suite, and that's a good save on the expense.

    Zoho people is used by all staff members for different purposes, but mainly for human resource management. It has a cool feeling to it, especially the app. It's simplistic and the dashboard contains all the needed links and buttons to direct me to what I need. I use Zoho People as a staff member for annual appraisal and managing my yearly Leave options. It is a very simple CRM tool that connects HR, Management, and staff together for sharing updates and managing performance. The only complaint or dislike about Zoho people is that the app is not as complete as the web platform where more accesses and functions are available. The look looks good and simple but can offer more in relation to its web. Zoho people make HR functions look mundane and easier to manage. The staff feels more connected because they have full and relevant information that would help in performing their tasks. I recommend this product because we have had no complaints about it for years. Zoho people help with Performance management, appraisal functions, and other HR/staff matters It helps me get information about my organization, colleagues, company policies and so on. I use Zoho people to manage my Leave tracking, holidays and calendar setup etc

    This programme is fantastic for businesses without a clock-in/clock-out system, an employee-specific file repository for HR paperwork, or an employee-specific corporate calendar with events or items that need to be done. It is a useful tool because it also offers geolocation constraints, allowing you to monitor where your employees are clocking in and out, and securely hosting sensitive documents like tax forms for your staff. It can also be used to tabulate the number of hours worked by an employee over the course of a week or month and export that information for use with any payroll software. Additionally, you may keep track of your personal, vacation, and sick days. The ideal suit for managing people is essentially this one. There were a few minor bugs in earlier versions, but the support team has shown to be fantastic because they were able to fix every one of them in the most recent version. Recording employees' regular working hours is simple. Easy to use when creating online forums. It is quite simple to keep track of even annual leaves and holidays. Time is greatly reduced when time sheets are felt out in spreadsheets. These functions are all carried out dynamically here.

    This tool is one amount of dozens under the umbrella of Zoho, which should allow simple cover needs of almost all corporate departments with potentially easy integration. In People product, I liked a huge amount of configurable options, automation, and flows that give an impression of a silver bullet. As that product is using the SASS model, guys are adding some extra features "for free", e.g. recently they introduced the LMS module. The most disturbing is the quality of support service. Nonproficient responses, not willing to get to the roots of the issue and hack a lot of time for responses that don't match any of the contracted SLAs. One of their incorrect responses almost forced me to subscribe to their other paid services, which was not solving the original issue and with no warning about the paid essence of new services. I had disappointing experience each time I need to contact support team. That is happening often, unfortunately. At the moment of writing this review whole company can't even access Zoho people, and phone support is constantly not available/busy, all the email threads lead to "we recall you" with formal attempts to recall, but you miss this call for a second - you in a trouble. They will never try to redial one more time. I dislike UX too, looks like some modules of the system developed by people who are using slightly different principles in the GUI, that is not critical, but annoying and made an impression of poorly designed product. I could find nothing related to the release notes, but guys changes the platform regularly. As the end-user, I can observe that by noticing fixes for existing bugs and introducing a new one. That's scaring me each time I'm opening page - did they broken already something vital or it will happen next time? I've personally lost trust in that product and feel it's not reliable. That product looks like powerful and flexible, but inconsistencies and instabilities ruin overall impression. For my company, it's a tool that aggregates data about employes, about their history, attendance, etc. Typical HRM, quite sensitive to privacy and reliability.

    Zoho people is an amazing product that helps us constantly stay in touch with HR and organize our events and holidays in simple ways. The HR department uses Zoho people to manage staff affairs in performance appraisal, rewards, leave and holiday administration, etc. It always feels good using the Zoho people app on my phone because it looks good to operate, and everything I need is well placed on the dashboard. Another good thing is that it integrates with other products to connect and share vital information. Zoho people is a hub for accessing my colleague's information without searching too hard. It appears Zoho people cost a bit much for my organization; even though we are satisfied with its functionalities, it still costs to cater for many staff with their payment plans. Zoho people build more oneness in the organization by allowing HR to manage staff in an open-ended manner. The team can perform some essential functions on the hub or app without physically contacting Hr members, which makes things work faster and more efficiently. I would recommend this product for large organizations because the benefits are worth the price. With Zoho People, the HR department can perform its duties more effectively and efficiently. Staff can organize their yearly leaves and holidays with more precision and simple steps from applying to approval. Easy check-in and out daily to monitor resumption and closing times. Getting details about staff members and departments within the hub and app allows for faster connection and communication with peers.

    Going by Zoho's appraisal tool, there is no way I will recommend any product. The lack of decent support even for paid plan, and lack of basic features, only shows what low quality/bar they have set out for themselves. I am now curious to know how bad other Zoho products are and might try them out only to know / learn how not to do things. Perhaps others can use Zoho appraisal system as case study on how not to build / launch products.

    Zoho People is something that helps us a lot in our daily business activities. Back in 2020 when I am working with the "Workhurs" everything was good before Covid and we have an opening for a lot of positions at that time, We are unable to hire the 4 - 5 suitable candidates even though they are good, the only reason is they are unable to relocate to the Job location. Covid happened and everything was made Remote for us, We started our remote journey and I personally felt a lot of issues in handling my team, the biggest problem we faced over there is communication and the proper structure of the remote work environment. Then we come up with this Zoho People which has some unique features of Remote working setup where we can get the attendance and pay roll and even more features which helped us a lot. Not only these we used Zoho Cliq, Zoho CRM, Zoho Meeting, and a lot more Zoho one products during work hours. I moved to another organization now and I found these guys also using Zoho over here.
    Zoho People is well suitable in both Remote & work location setups, It will reduce the time for senior management to track their attendance and other activities. It helps a lot in getting the info of their colleagues. Able to request for leave and get approval at the same place and the interesting thing is no need to note it down as it will automatically fall to the respective employee's attendance tracker. It is well useful in remote settings. This is the problem we faced and Zoho People is the solution for us.

    Harvest is a great way to track time as well as projects and project budgets. Zoho People is more encompassing of the HR side of things, and stores data all in one place which is a step above Harvest. Although Harvest does have the added feature of tracking projects which is extremely useful if your company would like integration with billing. There are pros to both, my opinion is that the better choice for HR management is definitely Zoho People, but Harvest is a great system for time AND project tracking in the same space. It is dependent on the preference of your HR team and how you like to conduct billing.
    Zoho People is very well suited to larger companies or companies that are working partly or exclusively online. It can take the place of your time-tracking systems which is a cost and time-saver since all information is in one, integrated place. If you have an HR team that prefers old-school paper tracking or if you have a smaller team this may not be a necessary system for you.
    Data Management- It's useful to have all data related to HR in one space, especially using the cloud. Separating data into relevant categories also makes administrative work a breeze. Employee Resources- Having a central place for employees to reach out to HR is ideal. Customization- Creation of forms is especially useful for a growing business. Integration- Integrates well with other systems.
    Customer Support- Occasionally support response to questions can take a bit to get to the root issue, which can be frustrating from the technical side of running the system. However, the 24/7 availability is great. Onboarding Features- Could use some improvements. Not as expansive as other Zoho People features.

We have a fairly unique organizational structure in that all of our staff are self-supported, so most of us work other jobs and scheduling can be difficult. The time tracking feature of Zoho People has been really helpful for creating some accountability for time in the office. It's nice that that feature is part of a program we were already using (we also use Zoho Recruit for applications), and the app is great as well.
    Zoho People is a great option for storing employee information, and for tracking time. Because of the nature of my organization and my role in it I haven't used all of the features, but the program is intuitive and aesthetically pleasing, and has worked well for our organization in the functions we have used it for.

    Overall experience with Zoho is tremendous. Zoho People, which we can firmly refer to as "The HR on your fingers," is the best online application. Outstanding features like Time & Attendance, Employee databases, Leave management, Rewards, etc. make it the best in class. One feature that will make Zoho People stand out is its usability. Everything is quite clear. It is quite comfortable to use, even for a new employee. It also offers good app integration and can adapt to new platforms. It offers an iOS and Android mobile app which enables it's users to use it anytime anywhere.
    It is automated and has many useful functions comperatively.
    It is a useful tool for managing employees and businesses. It is beneficial to consolidate all of the data and make it accessible to various team members. Having everyone on the same page is incredibly helpful. PMS is fantastic because it replaced our Excel sheets with something useful. There are log-in and log-out notification emails as well as time tracking. makes life a lot simpler for us. It offers time-tracking capabilities like regular attendance, leave, and even Zoho cases that allow us to contact the proper authority in real-time. This might assist in keeping an accurate record of the absentees.
    This product will be even better after some technical issues are resolved, which I'm still waiting on. As an illustration, their most recent user interface (UI) has a scrolling page issue that makes it impossible for me to perform a vertical scroll without enlarging the browser. In addition, sometimes when I check out, it still indicates that I'm logged in, and other times it hangs and displays a somewhat flaky message saying the site cannot be contacted.

    Before using Zoho People for vacation scheduling, our HR department struggled to schedule time off. Since starting to use the tool in the early part of the year, it's been easy to schedule time off. Additionally, the approval process used to take a long time; now it's faster and easier. The system makes it easy to see how many vacation days each team member has left. It also shows which team members are out because of sickness and which have already taken vacation days.
    We use Zoho People Sign to end contracts immediately after they're made. This is done online immediately after making a contract with another function of the website. First, Job postings are created and integrated into the website. Then interviews are scheduled, candidates are evaluated and matched, and offers are submitted.
    Huge features list; no other supplier has as many features for the price. Supplies small and large equipment alike, but can be applied to even larger equipment. No weeks of preparation or long workshops are necessary; you can start using this product immediately. Compared to other suppliers, this is a bargain and has no equal.
    The vast amount of features in the product makes understanding it very difficult. Additionally, many features of the product are controlled by incorporation, which makes it harder to use. Using this tool eliminates the need for HR to manage vacation requests. The system automates not only the recruitment process, but also new employee onboarding.

    great - has been an excellent step into the HRMS world from our spreadsheets and manual processes. Good support, great price, deep feature set.
    Very reasonable pricing, with a great depth of features. You can customize everything, build out approvals, workflows, automation and even custom script entire new modules. If you use other products in the Zoho Suite, it has incredible integrations as well. It was a huge step up (but small commitment in terms of cost) from our spreadsheets and manual processes.
    Complicated to set up - but that is expected given the level of customization, flexibility and functionality involved. HR is a complex thing - setting up HR Software to conform with your policies is too. But this software provides great value. Also, shifts feature was a bit lacking for how we operate, but that was not a critical feature need for us.

    Our company is very happy we've implement Zoho People as an integrated HR management solution for our global workforce. Its ability to automate end-to-end workflow processes and provide self-service portals for employees eliminates the bottlenecks in the operation and is the perfect support our growing company needs to make onboarding, scheduling and even updating of employee information across relevant records quick and easy. The UI looks great and there are so many options for customization of our forms and sections. It also has an API for any integration you might need.
    There might be a bit of a learning curve for some people when navigating the user interface at first. But once they got the hang of it, our end-users were quite happy with the great help that the software can provide the organization.

    Zoho People is a software that offers complete and total HR services for organizations with all its amazing features such as document management, time-off management, employee database management, payroll integration, employee self-service, etc. Zoho people can be used in the various industries that exist all over the world. Industries like I.T. Media/Advertising, Finance, Healthcare, and Education. This software has a free mobile application that easily works on Android and iOS devices. I so much enjoy using Zoho People as it also offers a free trial version for new users who might want to test its capabilities for just 30 days.
    No single fault is displayed yet, it performs all its functions excellently.

    Overall good tool to start your HR functions getting automated for small companies.For larger size companies, this won't be suitable for the end to end HR needs.
    Zoho People is very user-friendly for the organization who is willing to automate their HR processes for the first time. Onboarding team of Zoho People provides a great 1 to 1 support to make end user comfortable with the functionalities of the software Flexible tool to match your organization's HR processes Covers most of the aspects of HR except payroll
    Post onboarding of the tool, facing challenges with the support team as every time new engineer will get assigned to you No function available for recruitment management so it won't solve your hiring purpose
