1.0It's difficult to identify a single aspect of UKG that we actually like. We did manage to get people paid however, I would say that it was in spite of the UKG team not because of them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

5.0UKG Pro has allowed us to grow our business exponentially while utilizing the technology to make our employee's life simpler and more enjoyable. UKG Has been a fantastic partner for us over the last 5 years and we continue to invest more of our time into their solutions. 0.0Firstly, the sales team. They do not know the limitations of the software and will smile and tell you that the software will do literally anything that you want. This will be corrected when you talk to the implementation team, and they inform you that features that you were promised are ether 1. Not something Ultipro can do or 2. Ultipro can do it, but it will cost $5000 more to activate (sometimes more.) After this, the implementation team will disappear for a couple weeks as your main point of contact suddenly quits, and you're not informed of this until a week after. Rinse and repeat with every level of customer service until you get to the "Executive" team who will just straight up ghost you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

5.0We have successfully implemented many of the modules. Employee Voice is one of the 'more fun' modules and provides great reporting capabilities for listening to your employees.
5.0I like the flexibility inherent in the way the software was set up. Having been such a long standing customer who has been acquired twice during that time, I've been able to adjust for the reporting needs of new management teams quite easily.
5.0The level of service we continue to receive from UKG is what satisfies us most about our relationship with them. UKG Pro met our needs well 14 years ago and through 3 acquisitions we've made over time, it continues to do so, especially considering the continued enhancements that have been made in the software.
1.0Very difficult to use, NOT USER FRIENDLY at all. A lot of fields that are so complicated and unnecessary. This app will surely make you feel AT LOST for wanting just to punch your time!
1.0Implementation assistance was nonexistent. Everything we try to get help with is a huge expense. Turnover of account reps is constant. We are on our third or fourth in about a year of using the system. No one gives you their phone number and every request has to go through a case management system that they never respond to. Setting up a file feed is the most frustrating experience I have ever encountered. They use outsourced consultants that take like 6 months to schedule. The file feeds that we requested before we started using the system are still not completed a year later. The one feed we were able to get setup needed one organization code repathed. Its been three weeks since we entered the request and they have not even started it. We were told once they get around to starting it, it would take eight weeks. When you questions them on why something so simple takes so long they just give you absurdly inflated project timelines.
1.0Nothing is configurable. It does not fit anything complex. Poor notifications automation for candidate experience. You can not configure the application for candidate experience. Terrible implementation and testing and deployment process. There are so many things. Comp data is 1 field - can create multiple fields for the offer letter. The offer letter is mostly manual since they have limited merge fields. Dashboards are not configurable so you can only present UKG items. Pre-screen questions cant manage in groups and are complicated to bring into requisitions. Candidates can't withdraw from their applications. Req creation process long and not easy for manager self-service.

10.0UltiPro is an excellent software tool that allows organizations to track staff time and attendance, ensure that time is coding to the correct payroll expenditure accounts, enables a variety of reports to be run, facilitating data analysis. We use it across the entire organization, and it allows for information to be collected and disseminated to accounting, human resources and other departments. UltiPro will be a partner with our organization as we go forward into more technological areas and need to respond to staff needing mobile alternatives.
10.0We use UltiPro for all of our HCM needs, from employee records management, performance reviews, recruiting and onboarding, timekeeping and payroll processing. It allows us to maintain records for six sister manufacturing companies with employees in more than 10 states.
UltiPro helps us easily report on metrics and provide useful analytics to our executive team. Single sign-on access makes it easy for the HR and Payroll team to maneuver between modules and perform our job more efficiently. The available training and support from the Customer Success Portal is incomparable. Every method of learning is well represented, whether it be hands-on practical application, quick tips or live chat.
10.0UltiPro is being used primarily by Human Resources and Payroll. We have been able to automate the payroll and HR processes, which has enabled us to grow the company without growing those departments. In addition, we encourage all of our employees to utilize the Self-Service Portal, which has enabled us to implement a paperless payroll system.
1.0We use UKG for Payroll, Learning, and their Survey Tool
1.0We use UKG Pro for our HRIS, payroll processing, and tax reporting/payments. We also use their BI reporting feature for standard reports and custom reports. We implemented UKG late in 2020 and went live [on] January 1, 2021. We also use their Workforce Management for PTO and holiday tracking.
1.0UltiPro is our HRIS for our entire company. We use this system for payroll, benefits, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, reporting, and employee record keeping- all parts of HR and Recruiting.
I don't even know where to start- I think the reporting is the most lacking for how much they brag about it. It's great if you want to pay for an expert to create reports using truly the most confusing reporting setup I've ever seen. Unless you are a programmer specifically trained in UlitPro, it's impossible I truly think they don't care about customers that don't want to pay them extra to customize everything. Everything has an extra cost, even things that should be needed by any HR department in the US.

5.0It is fantastic. I recently became full-time with my employer of 5 1/2yrs and you have to log onto Ultipro for access to your benefits, punch in and out times and other personal things related to my job, you can also change where your direct deposit goes too as well. Very easy to navigate through as well. I'd highly recommend it, and it gives the organizational list of everyone from the top all the way down to lowest and you can send an email or call (which is listed) in case you need to communicate to a higher up manager for an issue you may have or to compliment anyone you've worked with.
3.0I will say that they customer service is good. Most of the time their rapid response agents are very knowledgeable and helpful, but if you have a big or complicated business need, you have to open a case and wait a week or two for assistance. Also, when it comes to major setup changes, to get assistance, they will charge you thousands. We were considering splitting our sister companies into two separate system setups but they want to charge us at least $6k to do it. It isn't the worst database software out there by any means, but I wouldn't highly recommend it either.
5.0I used it every day for four years and I got used to it. Despite how used to it I was, it still gave me issues with small things like PTO requests. That being said, they also made some helpful updates that made life easier. Before the updates, it would allow me to clock on or off twice by mistake, but after the updates it gave a warning saying "you've already clocked on" if you tried to clock on again. Nifty.
5.0We have had a favorable overall experience with UltiPro since going live in October 2016. The support team we have now is incredibly responsive to our requests and the functions in UltiPro have improved the quality of our internal processes. When there have been issues with support, etc. UltiPro has been very quick to resolve the issue. They take client feedback very seriously.
5.0Ultipro has worked very well with managing time from both desktop and mobile devices and provides many options to work with. It is a good fit for someone who does not want to spend too much time setting up a time/payment program and would like a lot of options already loaded. Using Ultipro has made time and pay management easy and understandable for me.
5.0I've been using UltiPro for nearly 8 years now and the service is amazing. I love the people and the tenure is long at this company. I like working with the same folks sometimes as we develop a friendship. They are open to feedback and are responsive and I really like how they take their time to help you understand your request is being met.
