    People who are all entering in to the sales profession. They will face a lot of issues and challenges in their probation period, In terms of handling the prospects, their data and also their followups as well. Nearly, they will do more than 200 calls per day nowadays. To make this process simple and more precise, Leadsquared has the taken out the great solution in terms of CRM. My concern why I liked the most is all about it's simplicity and easy to user defines basic menus and its attributes I could not find any thing wrong in that platform. This platform is absolutely good and helpful for the people from industries where they are handling more clients. Especially in the mobile app, It might get updated in the lighter version. So we can access the data in a faster way If any one looking for a CRM which helps you in identify the differen kinds of users, helping in convert the prospect and also identifying the preferred customer with more easy and simpler way, then Leadsquared ia right choice for using. As I mentioned earlier, sales was my first job in my career. Everyday i used to connect with more than 200 plus users. It was really hard hitting at that tim, Lead squared help me a lot to take up the thing in a smother way. And also it differentiated the shades of the users like toched untouched, fesh leads.     Any company's work is always more productive when it has a proper tool. When I started working for my present company, I was introduced to Rocketlane and started using the device immediately. The dashboard is one of the features I like best since it makes it easy to create numerous charts and cards for each manager's MRR and the number of projects each manager and his team have completed. Notifications are made aware of which tasks are updated. Keeping track of every project is so helpful to me as an implementer! Changes should be made to the status update section. Sometimes it seems easier to deliver trackers to the client via email. There is nothing wrong with the tools or software. It has a solid foundation, and I still anticipate adding new features that make the product easier to use when mobile and hands-on. We have been working with complicated processes that frequently go unnoticed, and as a result, deadlines were missed, or we could not keep track of them. Things are managed more effectively now that we're happy to utilize Rocketlane, from onboarding to going live and adding dependencies, all while referring to the docs in the same window.

    The best thing about leadsquared is easy to use and has enough filters to see how many leads are in what stage, and you can customize it according to you. It is a cheap option than salesforce as it is economical. Easy to use user interface. easy to integrate and also you can manage it as such that lead goes to the right person at right time. Reminders are awesome, and it gives reminders an hour before. The only thing i think it should have is the calling feature integration so that we can track the calls and the recordings for the quality improvement as well if it had the same it would be the best CRM. Inititially we did not had any CRM we used to manage manually and there was highly chances to forget the leads we tapped in and how many people we have reached so far and now it is handy for us to have a funnel at single clicks of the filter option and we have a proper dashboard where we can see how many new leads per day and per month we are getting for improvising the sales cycle.

    Leadsquared has come up with this new featured of Scheduling Zooms sessions and Calling from Knowlarity for each lead. Lead hygiene can be maintained and Details acquired from each lead can maintained under the same profile which makes it more comfortable. Call time details, connected calls, unanswered call, keeping track of all these makes great help to ensure we have ensured our parameters provided by the company Most of the features have not granted access to edit and creating Email Campaigns. Learn to use the application completely, There are lot many features that can help you create tasks and manage them specifically. Handling multiple customers with multiple decisions and activities are great in terms of sales. Keeping in mind what to say to a customer on a follow up call is quite a task. here Leadsquared makes it simple by feeding each activity under each lead so that we know what to pitch to customer on next call or follow up call

    The operability with existing channels for marketing automation. Leadquared seamlessly integrated with the existing channels used by us for providing us with the complete marketing automation via emails and SMS. The marketing automation through Leadsquared has enabled us to connect actively with the prospect along with the existing system. So far there is not much to dislike. The after sales service is good and are available on call for queries related to the product and the specific issues faced by the company. The issues and the tickets raised are addressed on time. Worth trying The increase in bandwidth after incorporating Leadsquared is remarkable. Now we engage a higher number of leads at any given time then we were able to earlier. Also, the personalized fields and automation equipped us with the ability to increase client engagement and sales closure

    I like the entire user-friendly look and feel of the CRM. Most of the things are easy to use and understand. Also, there are so many plug-in options that help track the different marketing and email campaings. Lead leakage is less as there is an opportunity to integrate even your telephonic leads to the CRM I feel there are fewer design options for the landing pages. The UX needs to get a little better here to stay on par and facilitate quick lead conversions. A suitable CRM for the Indian market. Good plug-ins and integrations. Leadsqaured has helped to structure and set the exact funnels for the sales and marketing functions at my organization. Lead tracking and follow-ups are easy now with Leadsqaured.

    Fast in taking money - all advance for 6 months - prepaid - no option to really test for a month or 2 before you really buy their service. After Purchase no delivery of the end product. Don't care about customers, all about taking your money and running away!

    LeadSquared is being used for marketing automation for a professional content website that sells subscriptions. We have implemented some functionalities and are still exploring others, but what we have done so far has proven effective. We've been using this for 6 months now - mainly email campaigns and landing pages. In addition to marketing automation, we've moved away from Salesforce completely and use this as our main CRM in parallel to our native website system.
    Are you aiming simply for marketing automation? If so - wonderful. LeadSquared works beautifully. Are you trying to use this to replace a CRM in addition to marketing automation? If so, then this works for uncomplicated cases.
    Simplicity of the interface with 4 main functionalities: email automation + autoresponders + landing pages + website widgets. Powerful functionalities, yet simple interface. Possibility to use our own design for email and landing pages: all seamlessly integrated with the LeadSquared functionality in the background. Once the prospect clicks on an email link, his browsing history on our website is linked automatically to LeadSquared. This applies also retroactively - even for activities that happened before clicking the email links. So when our sales team starts a conversation with a prospect, they know exactly the professional interests of the user. We sell professional content subscriptions for our website, so this functionality is really key. Simplicity of lead list management + individual emailing. Effectively, the system works now as our CRM: we moved away from Salesforce and use this instead. If your usage of Salesforce functionality is "basic", you can consider the alternative of only having LeadSquared: you would have a CRM and marketing automation in one system. Way simpler + the sales team love it: saves time = more calls. (Disclaimer: we run a native website system that can do billing - so you would still need that functionality separately.) Above all - professional and flexible team at LeadSquared that really reacts to our needs!
    LeadSquared is for individual leads, i.e. people. If you have company accounts (which we do) and want to use this for CRM functionality, then tracking accounts is a bit more difficult. Doable (we have done this), but more difficult. No API integration with Salesforce. When moving from Salesforce which we pretty much had to move our database manually. But that was a good exercise for cleaning up the database. Some graphic output, such as click/open pie charts misrepresent data. Easy fix, I guess, but needs to be done :)

    We primarily use online ads for our sales. Leadsquared provides us with a single platform to record leads, lead activities, trigger emails to them manually as well as automatically based on rules. It's integrated with our cloud telephony as well as with our Olark chat.vIt is used by our sales, marketing and content management teams.
    If you use or are planning to use a CRM product for marketing purposes but think it is overwhelming to use, then you should consider using LeadSquared as it has all the main functionality for marketing and sales teams and is much more simple to implement.
    Its easy to manage the leads. You can choose to focus only on the engaged leads through lead score and engagement score. You can filter the leads in multiple ways. It records both inbound as well as outbound activities. We have created custom activities and automatically trigger them from my demo site as the leads engage with our demo content. It is easy to optimize my ad spend. I know which sources, which landing pages, which ads, which email campaigns at what time of the day and week and performing better. The dashboard and reports are very practical and actionable. Its well integrated (out of the box with minimal effort) with our cloud telephony, our Outlook email client, our Oark chat tool from website. I have also integrated LeadSquared with our LMS (Moodle) and our Facebook game (Hosted with WordPress) with very basic IT work. This way I don't have to look at multiple places for my marketing/sales needs. With the Android app, I am on top of things with my campaign as well as performance of my sales team. I immediately know at anytime of the day, if things are moving as I expect them to or if there are any positive or negative surprises. Autoresponder and the SMS app has helped me improve my lead engagement to more than double.
    I am not a big fan of the white background as it hurts the eye after a while The email editor can be improved upon

    LeadSquared is able to provide very important and informative reports and dashboards which is something we were looking for a long time and LeadSquared gave us all the things that we need. This is the main reason we selected LeadSquared against other alternatives.
    LeadSquared is well suited when it comes to a 100% inbox delivery rate and dashboard feature like click rate, open rate, bounce rate, etc. LeadSquared is less appropriate when we compare its price to similar products. Sometimes it is difficult for a small organization to afford this but on the other hand, I must say that it is worth to spend.
    LeadSquared is doing a great job in providing a detailed dashboard of all the campaigns and these dashboards are very informative and easy to understand, like open rate, bounce rate, click rate, etc. LeadSquared is great when it comes to 100% inbox delivery rate and I can say that this is one of the best features in it. LeadSquared's user interface is very easy to understand and easy to use as well.
    LeadSquared is a little bit expensive compared to other slimmer products, so they need to think about it. Sometimes LeadSquared gets stuck when I use it to run a large campaign, I would like them to improve this. LeadSquared creates a problem in slow internet connections, so I guess this is also an improvement area for them.

    Its just because the team was approachable , this is one very good point Just a call and sms away are the team for support.
    We had severe issue last time , since this is new product , new system, so the implementation and execution matter was highly sensitive wherein there was a disconnect on same. Our Prime concern is to understand the technology of leadsquared is it really worth enough to serve the bare min and basic sales & marketing automation purpose on larger and whole perspective. Since it is at the implementatin stage so cant give a much of comment here . But as of now experience we are struggling. Since Pratheek has taken over our account on implementation part - we honestly have no issues as of now. The marketing automation implementation is pending once it is done - then the system should go great. Once thing in particular if I have to highlight is that the Sales & Support Team is really very good . Prashant, Sunny both are always approachable , Pratheek from support team who is handling our account, we would like to express- our entire team loves and values his service contribution alot . Indeed he is an asset for the organisation.
    It is still at the implementation stage , cant comment too much on the product part Sales & Support Team is very good - but we are more concern about the LeadSqured 's technology - because this is important as more robust -efficient -effective the technology is , less the support user interface will be required. The sales & support team is atleast good but this can be a major failure when the product itself is not good
    It is really not functioning with complete mobile sales crm feature at all on IPhone - a big disaster , they are blaming that IPhone is blocking the features wherein - there is requirement to have their technological upgrade for both platform - There is absolute no solution to this . Infact it is not working on another staff's Android version too we are completely struggling on mobile sales crm version - which is completely big failure. At times it appears just an eye wash in name of advance technology. Another Big shock which they will not say - the meeting invitation is not working at all, then you will be asked to change your system completely - such important things are suppressed , this should be writing on their website about their technological limitations. If you call on landline - then you cannot add a note on your mobile sales crm [this is only available when you call on mobile numbers] Sheer lack of bare min basic feature requirement from the sales mobile crm - is sheer failure This is our request to Leadsquared to focus on contribution towards its customer by its product and technology - making it more process oriented . Your contribution towards your customer's growth will remain your achievement throughout.A satisfied customer will be endorse your product and service Just a small input - Look forward to see more creative mail campaigns template

    Simple to use. It is easy to see new leads and track them through the sales process.The support is outstanding, any questions are answered in good time and any features we have requested to be incorporated into Leadsquared have either been action-ed or are being considered. If they cannot do something we request, they suggest alternative ways around the problem. This is a rapidly evolving product and I feel they are up there in terms of features with the market leaders. The ability to score leads and have an engagement score is a great feature, helping us to identify leads that will potentially convert faster.
    I recommend LeadSquared to all businesses, especially for small businesses due to the integration and ease of use.

Leadsquared gives us proper real-time report with respect to each leads we receive for our company which is very helpful to connect with the clients without fail. As you all know to acquire new clients from the market is very difficult in today's market. I feel each lead is precious for every business, and if you miss them, you miss a potential opportunity. We had taken the light plan just to give a try we feel was very helpful to catch the leads in once place without missing them also we can connect them back for sure whenever we want. The customer support team is also very helpful and responsive. In one sentence I would say Bodycraft Spa & Salon is satisfied with Leadsquared. Leadsquared helped a lot to increase the rate of conversation of leads.

    We have been using LeadSquared for about 2 years now for all our Email Marketing and Lead Management requirements. LeadSquared has been exceptionally good and has been evolving continuously to give us more features and options. My teams love the ease of use, the design and the continuously evolving new features. The customer support has been exceptional. The LeadSquared team has heard and responded to us extremely well, be it new feature request or other support requirements. The lead capture and nurturing dashboards have been immensely useful in our sales and marketing reviews. The dashboards and reports helped us improve our process. Kudos to the LeadSquared team for developing an excellent software. I would strongly recommend LeadSquared to anybody that is looking for a great lead management tool with an excellent ROI.

    1) We would love to replace our CRM completely but there are a few things that LeadSquared misses for our needs. But we believe that these features are scheduled in the roadmap. So, its just a matter of time.

    I really liked this tooI for managing all my leads and I using this daily, I would recommend LeadSquared for those who need to organize, manage, categorize the assigned leads. And we create customer profiling concerning their nature of requirements like sales management or customer handling, student accounts management, call centers, ITs, Schools, higher educational institutes, even organizations for managing employees' details.
    Beneficial Sales user dashboard for tracking our leads, graphical representation of our lead funnel, task management with upcoming tasks with reminders and overdue tasks, along with activity summary. Quite impressing smart view mode and various lead stages for categorizing the leads.
    Sometimes the leadsqaured page takes more time for server management. The Leadsquared portal lags while accessing multiple leads, and the task reminder constantly pings us through the mail. Still, in the spam list, some text inputs are not showing correctly in the lead details like emojis, style fonts, some languages words.

    Leadsquare opens the world to automated lead campaign management. It is easy to use and straight forward when it comes to campaigns and lead generation. With it's built in CRM and the focus on the engaged leads, your sales have the right customers in focus.
    It needs minimal training and setup to start. The built in reports, E-Mail and Landingpage templates are state of the art. With the engagement score, you focus on the real engaged leads. If you need help, the support acts fast. Usually you should just look on price, but with Leadsquare you get a lot marketing automation for the price you pay.
    When it comes to track incoming traffic on your landing pages by different sources, it is possible but could be solved more straight forward. CRM is fine for small business with small organisations. For bigger sales organisations, there are some points to improve productivity.

    Our sales team of 5+ switched to LeadSquared to manage our client database. Marketing uses for lead nurturing. We often face minor bugs that we need to contact the customer support team about.
    Has the basics of what you need in a CRM and marketing platform: lead management, calendaring, emailing, marketing campaigns, automation and others. Solid user interface that also includes lead scoring by tracking how many touch points your lead interacts with your website and emails.
    A lot of small bugs when using this. We would build an automation campaign and go live. But it wouldn't work. I would message the support team, and they would eventually get back to me 3-7 days later with the issue fixed. Team is India with little bit of translation issues.

    Lead management has become so easy with leadsquared and it allows you to connect with multiple platforms to capture and store the leads. There are few standard integrations that are available or tools like zapier can be used to set it up.
    As we do extensive marketing activities for our organization, it is important for us to use a good CRM to save all the info and use it for promotional content distribution. Leadsquared is a great CRM tool and provides you the best features that you can get. We also do email marketing with the same tool and the leads capturing and nurturing can be done with simple setups.
    No issues faced so far. The tool works great on any browser.
