Onboarding is awesome. They have training chunked out nicely plus you have access to live people for assistance. These are professionals who do far more than regurgitate talking points. They work through solutions with you. The interface itself is easy and intuitive. You can create groups, which is similar to tagging in other CRM solutions. You have the ability to add custom fields, which allows for a high level of customization. The pipeline also allows for additional custom fields and as many steps as you need for your sales process. I love how simple it is to customize the pipeline, yet the overall structure is still easy to use. My biggest complaint is that you must use PieSync to integrate with any email autoresponder other than MailChimp. Unfortunately PieSync is more limited than Zapier, as well as not having a free level. During your trial take full advantage of the free set-up assistance. By working with the LACRM team you will discover if this solution will truly meet your needs or not. Know what solution you want to use, if any, i regards to an autoresponder. If it's not MailChimp make sure you are comfortable using PieSync to connect it with LACRM. I've tried a variety of solutions before sticking with LACRM. The solution is dead simple to use. I can very easily find my contacts, sort them, and keep track of communications. The pipeline tool is easy and forced me to think through the different stages.

We have a water treatment business and have been using Less Annoying CRM for over six years. It is hands down the best CRM product I have ever used. It does everything we need and more. We find it very intuitive to use, and it allows us to stay on top of our customers and projects. With emails, notes, documents and history all associated with a contact and company, it is easy to keep on top of our daily communications with our clients. Follow-ups and reminders are a breeze to set up. In my opinion, the most valuable aspect of Less Annoying CRM is their customer support. In todays world, speaking with a knowledgeable support person is getting harder and harder. With Less Annoying, if they dont answer the phone when you call, they return the call in a matter of minutes. You will be speaking with a person with intimate knowledge of the product. The Less Annoying phone app is also beneficial. My entire client base is with me when I am away from the office. As you might guess, I couldnt recommend Less Annoying CRM with anything but the most favorable terms. When I first started using Less Annoying CRM, there were some areas I felt needed attention, but as they are constantly improving the software, this is no longer the case. They listen to customer input. It allows me to stay on top of a diverse customer base and associated projects.

I found a great place to put ALL the information our company, and us personally, need to find about every one of our contacts. It has all the capabilities and a few nice bells and whistles that make our job easier. As I mentioned in the title, the support is fantastic and the product has worked beautifully for us. I highly recommend learning to use all of its features. I should also mention the ease of use and the simple nature and yet extensive capabilities of the program. The company keeps making adjustments and improvements that are asked for by their clients. I'd love to have it immediately available on my phone without waiting a second to have the information downloaded from the web. However, I understand that I'm using a web based product and that's how it works. Try it! We have a great contact listing program that also helps us keep track of our many client's needs. As a real estate broker, we need to quickly find matching homes as well as potential buyers when something or someone new comes to the market. This product helps tremendously.

Less Annoying is a software designed for small businesses because it is affordable and easy to use. It is an intuitive platform that helps companies to manage relationships with their customers has some positive points such as its interface which has an innovative and intelligent design which gives the user an excellent experience, then we have its full range of help and support options that make it really easy to work with this program, many configuration options that allow the user to customize the sales processes and definitions of potential customers to align and finally we have its extremely low cost that makes it perfect for small businesses What I do not like Less Annoying CRM is the panel in which you see the notes, files and tasks about a contact are very outdated and confusing, recently updated the interface of this software but however there are other basic functions of the program that need improvement, this software lacks mobile applications collaboration tools is a pity because it would be very useful if we could work as a team using this program and finally on occasions when I register email conversations these simply delete or do not get Mainly I must recommend Less Annoying for small organizations for two reasons its price and its learning curve which is extremely low this software is very easy to use and besides that has many help and support options that gives the user all the information needed to learn how to use the software, has an excellent redesigned interface that is now more intelligent, the points why I would not recommend this software are has few collaboration tools and does not have its own mobile applications Less Annoying has been the perfect tool especially in my organization which is not very large, with it the marketing departments have developed all are campaigns and collected information from our customers that are very useful and are enabled at all times for our entire team with this we have managed to capture a large number of customers achieving significantly increase our sales also has allowed us to better align with business processes and industry needs, the truth is that everyone in my organization enjoy working with Less Annoying CRM

Less Annoying CRM is incredibly easy to use and most importantly, very easy to start up. I started using Less Annoying CRM for myself, to simply keep track of some of my business partners and status of partnerships, but when I realized how easy it was to share, I added other colleagues to it. While it was simple, it wasn't very graphically pleasing. I feel like they could make some simple changes and just make it look much better and give it more of a click through, social-media like feel. Also, working in the education industry, it would be very nice to be able to change some of the verbage and other item specifics within Less Annoying CRM, as the program is set up for those who really focus on sales, unfortunately, we were not able to make those changes. Make sure you get all potential users together from the very beginning. While Less Annoying CRM is very easy to use, there is limited ability to adapt / change items within the system, so you need to make sure it fits everyone's needs. If it does, it is worth it. This is the reason I am no longer using Less Annoying CRM, because I had to go with a system that fit everyone. Keep track of our relationships with different relationships we had with business partners. It helped us so we would know if there were individuals we needed to follow up with, due to action items or the fact that we haven't touched base with them in quite some time.

Their team was very accessible and always ready to go above and beyond to assist us. There were things that I had done incorrectly during the sign up process that I was dreading having to fix, but then their team was able to quickly rectify this from their end. They also helped us with different customizations for our specific business, which I really appreciated. Of all the other software CRM options that we looked at, this was the most user-friendly for us with the best customer service. I think if we had a more robust or larger sales team that was interested in tracking statistics per client, then this may not have been the best fit for us. It's not as well known as other software, so most other companies haven't really heard of this. It was a good fit for our team at the time, but I'm not sure if it would have had all of the additional features a dedicated sales team would have needed. It performed well for our purposes, however. Our office was dated and we had no CRM software at all prior to using CRM. Our director had been using a program for the 1990s that wasn't equipped to handle recording of email communications. Less Annoying CRM was much easier for our older team to understand than a more complex software like Salesforce that was just a bit too advanced for our team at the time.

Terrible. More time is spent on this updating this and that. Spending time on things that do not bring in money. Have used my google calender for the past 5 years with no complaints. Update leads right on the calender. I can move people to the top if still active, to the bottom when sold or dead. Very easy to keep track of with Google Calender. With moreannoying.com it is very confusing. My boss now is suffering from obsessive compulsive disorder about every little insignificant detail that does not generate sales, but generates constant questioning. I use to do my job real good, now this program is hindering my progress. To much time spent updating the system. It is majoring in the minors to the extreme. This will not make you any money.

Been using for 4 years. Always hated it. Site is unresponsive when I need it, mostly after sales appointments. It stays in buffer zone and will not pull up when needed. This has been happening for 4 years now. Site also takes to long to navigate from one screen to another, and goes into buffering zone when trying to do that. Site is slow remotely even in areas of 4G and 5 bars on my device. I am currently looking for a faster and easier to navigate site.

It is awesome compared to my home grown MS Office based attempts but I have not tried or used any other CRM sufficiently to form a meaningful opinion.
I think it is ideal for a small business like mine. It doesn't do Twitter feed integration, Facebook page integration etc., so if these are things that are critical to your business, then Less Annoying CRM may not be the right solution for you. It is very well suited for businesses that want to grow based on relationships and want to level relationships and connections that may get lost in the absence of a CRM.
The best thing about Less Annoying CRM for me was that I could watch the training videos online before committing to the system. I knew watching these videos that getting started, integrating the various components and using it on a day to day basis would be straightforward and hassle free. I also did some research on their customer support and found very good comments about their responsiveness, helpfulness, and thoroughness. In using the system for this past year, I would say my experience of their support is nothing less than outstanding. I also have to mention the price. It is inexpensive. The pricing model is straightforward with no add-ons so there is no decision to be made about whether feature "A" might be of benefit or feature "B" should be considered for an extra pile of cash every month. What you see is what you get and what you get is what you need all for a very reasonable fee.
I wish that Less Annoying CRM didn't rely on Google as much as it does. The approach they have taken works but I would have liked to see integration that happens at the user level so I could better use Apple's Mail, Calendar and Contacts applications directly. The bottom line is their approach works and works well. It just isn't as clean as it might have been had I not had to set up a Gmail account. I wish that tasks could be added in on a repeating or recurring basis, e.g. follow up quarterly. As it stands right now, as I complete a task to follow up with a prospect, I then have to create a new task to follow up again in three or four months time. This isn't a huge deal but it would be nice to add in repeated tasks with a single click. The mobile system is functional but pretty basic. There are limited screens that have been formatted for use on smartphones but opening up the full webpage renders something that isn't all that useful. The calendar doesn't have an obvious space for the location of a meeting so this must be typed into the subject line which is a bit less than ideal. When the events transfer from Less Annoying CRM to Google to Apple Calendar, it often appears like some of the desirable information is missing, like location, meeting acceptance, number of attendees and so on. I am not sure if this is a Google thing or a Less Annoying CRM thing but it is a thing. I wish there was a way of having contact pictures as part of the contact file. Right now you can add them as a separate file but often I will be meeting someone for the first time and have only a picture from LinkedIn to go by. It would be great if this was also in the contact file on Less Annoying CRM.

Less Annoying CRM is far less expensive and not burdened with lots of useless (for me) features. It has exactly what I need and is very easy to use. Further, tech support is easily accessed and available.
My needs are to deal with a contact base of several hundred. These are everything from hot prospects, buying customers, lost causes, wishful thinking contacts, manufacturing sources of several different types, and candidates for my shop network. This CRM is well suited to organizing these into appropriate categories, permitting sorting by any number of factors, and keeping track of all contacts in addition to providing a very easy to use future contact scheduling system. I don't know how well it would fit a very complex organization, but that's not my requirement. I used Salesforce for some time, and got lost with all the various menus and features I did not need. Less Annoying CRM is exactly what I need and am very pleased with my decision to use it.
Less Annoying CRM is a very easy to use CRM. It has sufficient flexibility to organize contacts covering a broad spectrum of functions. Then it is very easy to prioritize these contacts into categories for sales marketing, and contact purposes. Less Annoying CRM offers professional advice, support, and suggestions on how to use it more effectively. Less Annoying CRM requires no contract and is astonishingly economical. Less Annoying CRM has a very easy to use contact and scheduling system. This means contacts can be organized for future contact, whether email, phone, or any other means necessary. All in all, the primary advantage of Less Annoying CRM is it's ease of use and absence of unnecessary bells and whistles.
I'm 100% happy with Less Annoying CRM. It fits my needs perfectly. The one thing is a better way to present email attachments in the contact record. That's it.

I have 3 pipelines for my business: speaking engagements, individual coaching, and product sales. I was having incredible difficulty trying to keep track of who I should be following up with on what. It was so easy to customize the 3 pipelines, with the help of an agent over the phone that was able to provide me with some ideas on how I might want to manage them differently which was great. I use the platform every day. It keeps me up to date on all the various sales activities I have to follow up with and gives me a quick snap shot of my progress to goals. My business would not be where it is today without the Less Annoying CRM!
If you have customers you need a CRM. You need to be able to manage the relationship with the customer and you also need to manage the growth. Being able to track how your target customers are moving through the pipeline is critical and how you are progressing with your revenue goals. Through the system, you can identify performance problems, and customer problems.
individual coaching for your business to align your goals and how the tool can support them through customized pipeline development. Pipeline Reporting to ensure you are achieving your goals and being able to identify where you might need to tweak your work or identify problems Keeping track of customers and interactions

I love Less Annoying CRM. The software is perfect. It's exactly what I was looking for, for a decade. The team is relatively small, despite having a triple A product, and so you get the customer care of a small company (they're amazing. Even the MD pops in to assist occasionally if needed) but the capability and functionality of a much larger organisation and they're really responsive. The company's values gel with mine too so I'm very happy with the company and the product and will never leave Less Annoying CRM for elsewhere.
Outlook was clumsy and a workaround. I'd worked for much larger companies before setting up my own firm and they all had powerful, all encompassing CRM packages. I wanted to use those but their price points for entry were ridiculous as they were Enterprise entry products and didn't cater for small businesses. I'd trialled many other small business CRM's but they were just awkward to use or felt the need to spread vital information over multiple screens rather than presenting everything important on the one page (like the Enterprise products did). Less Annoying CRM does this and makes everything, subsequently, so much more efficient, but at such a ridiculously low price point. It would have been an easy decision to use Less Annoying CRM even if it was triple the price as it's such a good product.
I like this software so much that I have 4 different accounts. Two for my business, one for managing day to day life and one for writing a book. It's a really adaptable system for organising and managing information, time sensitive or not and has made the running of my business significantly more efficient overall. It definitely saves me a lot of time, plus it's really useful to have all my staff also using the same system. All information is in the one place as opposed to trying to use multiple systems with multiple people to get anything done.
Integration with my existing business was very simple. It made things a lot easier and better organised. I had been looking for a suitable CRM package for 10 years until I found Less Annoying CRM and on implementation it immediately made everything more efficient. There isn't anything I dislike about this information per se. I'd certainly like various features to be improved but that doesn't mean that the software is lacking as what I may want may not match with what is planned for the direction of the company but it's certainly not a negative. I really don't have any issues with their software. As mentioned previously I have a couple of accounts for my personal life too as it's so inexpensive per licence. I have scheduling software that costs $1500 a year. I'd use it as a calendar for my personal life if I could but not at that price point. At $15 dollars a user for Less Annoying CRM I can open up multiple accounts for various different situations and not feel that I am spending a lot of money.

No learning curve, so my team dug right in = Productivity. The team loves it = Means they use it = Tasks and Events are getting handled more effectively. Using the CRM part to keep track of all clients, reps, and vendors = all in one place = gained efficiency. Easy to CC emails and PDF's, other Docs right into client and reps files and immediately create quick tasks or events for follow-up = Nothing is falling through the cracks. Every day, the agenda is emailed to each user = Your task list for the day. Calendar feature is very dynamic. The only thing this CRM doesn't do is my laundry, seriously!
It's crazy how many apps there are that do the same thing, and I've tried about 20 in this category. I LOVE this CRM! LACRM BEST PRACTICES: 1. Intuitive & Ease of Use = NO, I mean NO learning curve! 2. Exciting to use b/c I don't feel bogged down with 100 features to stare at that I don't need. 3. Free 30 Days. The least expensive app on the market. GREAT for individual entrepreneurs, small biz to med biz that aren't looking for a million features. If you are the kind of biz or management that wants your ppl to spend 60 days learning, then 2 hours a day using instead of doing their job b/c you're so tied up in being a manager -- go to something else, you won't like this. And tell your co-workers I feel sorry for them! Personally, we love it that this is mastered under 20 minutes, and we keep it up on the destops all day -- avail when we need it --but not a slave to it (looking at you Infusionsoft and Sales Force!)
Their strength is the only reason to go 4 stars here. But let's be clear -- it's all about perspective. There are a couple things I wish the task list would do, but in speaking with LACRM, they said they are rolling them out soon. (Can't beat the customer service - damn these people are friendly! I wish my family were this nice, LOL.) I'm begging them to white label the product -- my sales reps could sell it like crazy!

It has been so easy to use and work with the product representatives that there has not been any negative or horror story. The experience has been great and it has provided exactly what we have needed. One especially important and useful feature is the ability to email into a client record from an external email client system simply by including the appropriate assigned email address for our company's database as an addressee on a message. That way, those communications get added to a client record as the system recognizes instantly what record to associate it with and who the sender is and who the receiver is.
For any small enterprise to recognize the importance of simply keeping track of people (clients) and being able to find them and associate information with them without a lot of hassle or a steep learning curve, this is an excellent choice. Learning it was easy, importing existing clients in was a breeze, and customizing it is straightforward.
Anything felt lacking has been reported to our representatives at the company and they have always taken every bit of input seriously, either (1) understanding and explaining or recommending a better or an alternative way to accomplish the objective, or admitting that something was not possible, (2) adding it to or confirming it is on an existing timeline for revision, or (3) demonstrating how to perform the task if it wasn't already visible or obvious in the current version. Although not a pressing current issue, one item that needed improvement was clear separation and labeling of each individually different email address when importing data (not allowing separate fields for standard differentiation of "work," "personal," or "other" email address for an individual, while it seemed to be possible for phone numbers.

Simple to set up, easy to use, and most importantly people are using it!
    User adoption was inconsistent
Have over the years dealt with a range of CRM tools from high end to basic. It is a sector that almost seems obsessed with adding features and integrations that largely swamp users so that what gets used is a small subset of the functionality. Equally the more functionality the more the CRM begins to dictate how you conduct your business as against assist you to do it better. Less Annoying CRM actually is exactly that - less annoying and even more, positively engaging. It has a minimalist approach but one which gets it just right - we use all the functionality and even the CRM agnostics use all the functionality. There is a compromise in that full integrations are limited but personally think that was the positive right choice. It is an excellent example of user focused software design. In keeping with that its support mirrors that feeling - responsive with a human face. It is quite refreshing for support to tell you honestly what is and is not possible in a constructive way rather than endlessly trying to make you feel that you are being 'heard'. So genuinely Less Annoying - fine job and hope it holds to its Philosophy as it grows
Given the design concept full enterprise integrations are a little limited. But in my view balance is right in that people use it, learning quickly and correctly to their needs.

I'd tell anyone I know to go for it, it's that good, and seems to be getting better all the time. I also know that I've only begun to use a lot of it and am looking forward to using more. I know it will help me and make my life easier the more I take time to learn about its capabilities.
I needed something that I could use much easier and on the fly, mobile, simple and yet thorough
I have used many CRM's personally for my business and also in my corporate work, meaning I've had some very expensive options at my disposal. This is by far the easiest, most intuitive and portable for a mobile setting. I am very impressed with their level of customer support also. I just get the feeling they are out there hustling just like I am and treating me with customer care and modeling service as I try to do the same with my leads. Recommend this to anyone, glad I stumbled upon a US News and World Report that said it was among the best out there, because after using it now for years in multiple career stops I agree!
Just keep making the mobile quicker, more intuitive. Make an Ipad version that rocks, and and Iphone version that does, too. I think your offerings now are just fine, but I always like it getting sleeker and more easy to use, or maybe AI learning what I want to do and adjusting to my style, etc.

I have used many crm's from the old days of ACT to today's version of Saleforce and even Sugar CRM. All of them are good in their own unique ways. The huge value of Less Annoying CRM its ease of use and value as an efficient contact management tool while providing good reporting tools. Since it is so easy to use and learn minimal training time is required to learn it so it really easy Less Annoying. Since it integrates so well with gmail and google calendar there is no need to have multiple calendars going. It is a good place to share calendars as well. For the money - it is a great solution and very easy to buy use and get support with. The couple of times when I have required support, it is very simple to speak with someone or get video's backfrom Less Annoying CRM support showing how to do virtually anythin that can be done.
Simple - Ease of Use - Training - Email integration - Support all well done.
Not great at setting up my templates for importing- It will not save any templates. If you want the CRM to do any of the steps of the sales process then this is not the software for you. It is more of an advanced contact manager vs a true CRM. For the price, there are many more full CRM options out there featured
