The workflow automation is by far my favorite piece of this. Incredibly simplified, so it doesn't take a great deal of expertise to get it set up and moving. My firm is a bit strange in that we are buyers and not sellers, but this has worked great for us. We do a lot of personalized outreach and used to average an outreach of around 3000 corporates per person annually. Now, we can push that to nearly 10000 with relative ease. The linkedin add-on is amazing, and makes it incredibly easy to input data that may not be on the Salesflare account. For example, we use a separate database for our target companies, and simply clicking on their linkedin page effectively allows us to automatically input all the information into Salesflare. We used to do this same process through multiple platforms: trello, Zoho, YAMM, and google sheets. This consolidated all of this into one place. I have only minor complaints here. My only real grievance is that if an email is wrong on a contact. Then you have to recreate the entire contact until you find the right email. Their email finder works just as well as any other email finder I've ever used. None of them are perfect, but I'd say they get 85-90% of them on the dot. In the grand scheme of things, these aren't even remotely problems. This platform has still allowed us to reach an entirely different tier for our outreach. Great platform that is affordable and incredibly user-friendly. We use Salesflare for outreaching to corporates for acquisition targets at our investment fund. This platform has significantly increased our outreach abilities. Game changer for us. Wildly efficient and incredibly user friendly. Thank you so much for the long and detailed review! I'm super happy Salesflare can make you so much more efficient. Noted your small grievance!

The setup process was super easy, it syncs with email to add contacts and track communications with accounts. The sales pipeline function is very easy to use and see where everything is in the pipeline. The dashboard gives you a great high-level overview of all your salespeople, their activity and overall stats to see how everyone is performing. The opportunities tab tracks full sales cycle and the admin allows you to customize this area based on the type of business you are in. All the customization for this product is very easy to do in the admin/settings and there are lots of helpful videos if you ever get stuck or can't remember how to do something. I highly recommend this CRM. The only issue I've encountered is some functionality with sending group emails; there needs to be a bit more development in this area to streamline the process and make it easier to add tagged contacts or groups of people from the same company In all the products that we reviewed, Salesflare was by far the fastest and easiest to implement, customize and use. We had everything set up in a few hours and love Salesflare!! Tracking sales, managing contacts and having one place where everyone can see what is going on with accounts...basically, visibility to see who said what and when at the account level. This is super helpful when someone is on vacation or leaves the company to have a record in one place. Easy to install, use and track Thank you Kimberly! :) You hit the nail on the head: while some of our competitors offer software that is easy to set up / install / customize and easy to use, you won't find any B2B CRM that makes it this easy to keep using/tracking. We've given our group emailing functionality a big upgrade: it's called "workflows" now and allows sequences too. Hope you love it!

Great Solution! Many things come so easy to out business from the easy-to-use integrations with email: a) Accounts with Contacts are opened once in Salesflare and then all emails are automatically included. I simply value this the most. b) All emails are tracked for opened, clicked and this even happens if the emails are sent via email clients. c) When I bought the subscription the Workflows were not there yet. Later they were added. Lots of automation and great control and management. d) Via aliases we are able to send via different accounts. Awesome! I had used many CRMs in the past. Salesflare made the work inside the CRM so easy and transparent. You do not have to spend time learning the options. Their integration is simple with Accounts, Contacts, Tasks, Notes, etc, well placed in the interface. The result is that our work is done fast without mistakes. Support and Training are also great. Quick responses and frequent pieces of training on new features. Thank you for your Actually nothing. I am very satisfied and recommend it to all new businesses. Email follow up Team single version of the truth Easiest Integrations and automations ever! Thank you for the great and detailed review, Iason! Integrating with your emails (to auto-create contacts, sync email signatures, show email timelines, send email sequences, ...) and email inbox (to bring Salesflare into your inbox with 100% of its features + track email opens and clicks) is definitely an important part of what Salesflare does. We love having you as a customer and super appreciate you recommending Salesflare to all new businesses!

Salesflare saves time by pulling in company data automatically. I like how it suggests contacts to follow-up and its "hotness" alerts. It's an excellent CRM for solopreneurs or SMBs. There're much to like. However, unless I'm not using it correctly, I find that I must add contacts to organizations in order for interactions to be tracked. It's probably a cost saving measure. Also, the latest Outlook desktop app add-in update broke the integration. Support has been very helpful but we haven't found a way to reinstall it yet. It'd be very nice to have an add-in for web based Outlook instead. Not a dislike but a wishlist: Salesflare in its current state is sales focused so it doesn't have features for products, estimates, contracts, etc. I do recommend solopreneurs or SMBs to give Salesflare a try if a sales-only focused CRM is seeked. Our team has tried many CRMs over the years. I've been testing Salesflare myself for now and have found it very useful. Saves time Thank you, Joseph! Happy to read we're saving you time... and that you're choosing Salesflare after trying so many others :) As far as I can see, that Outlook add-in glitch should have been resolved. Salesflare is indeed laser focused on sales & on B2B sales in particular, which explains why the timeline with the interactions is on the account/company level. This focus makes it easier for everyone to use and understand the software. Let us know if we can help with anything else or if you have more feedback for us!

easy of use, even the sales team (however lunch they hate any type of CRM) seem to be using it and yes in reality little to no effort/additional work is required to use this CRM not too clear (yet) how to use this CRM for Mailing campaigns and other more fully integrated end to end marketing activities, though then again it is a CRM not an end to end marketing tool.... Understanding exactly what is where in the sales pipeline and how each one of out sales people is doing. A single unified source or all touchpoints with the client prospect is also a great benefit Salesflare, even the sales team will use it Hey Jeremy! Even the sales team... :) I'm super happy they're all enjoying and using Salesflare. A CRM that isn't used by the sales team is useless! The email campaigns are for sending personal emails at scale from your inbox (like personal outreach, follow-up, inviting prospects to events, etc.). These emails look 100% like you sent them yourself and manually and end up in their primary inbox, not in the promotions/other tab. If you're instead looking to send email newsletters, then we can recommend you some emailing tools that work well with Salesflare. Let's chat!

The suggestive features such as account contact addition from gmail directly. And pulling information about leads and companies has been really helpful. The timeline, and the ability to add notes to the timeline is also awesome. Lack of proper integration into gmail for scheduling emails, as well as getting read receipts. It's a simple tool that has some awesome functionalities. It's good at what it does. Doesn't have too many fancy features to complicate things. I needed a way to manage outreach campaigns. I haven't started yet. I'm working on it. And I wanted a way to keep track of deals and proposals. Lack of integration Hey Ahmed! We've introduced email scheduling a while back, so this is possible now. Email tracking (email opens, clicks on links, and even connected website tracking) has been available for quite a while as well. You can just use the Gmail sidebar for this (or the Outlook sidebar when using Outlook). Or you can email from Salesflare itself too, which can be handy to track emails when on the go for instance. Both the sidebars and the website tracking script can be found in the Salesflare Settings > Applications and Integrations.

I started using Salesflare as a solopreneur and it has everything I could ask for, later I used it for a company where I was hired as a sales manager for a big region including several countries and this platform worked perfectly. The dashboard may not look very fancy like other systems but it really gets the job done.

I'm an expert on GoToMarket-Actions for young ventures, therefore I've tried and have implemented most CRM systems on the market. Salesflare is the one we use ourselves. The company has constantly added features - from email-campaigns ou of the CRM to rights management to manage teams and so forth. It works out of the box and is very easy to integrate.

Salesflare seems very promising and I believe they are on the right path. It might be just a little bit longer until it can compete with larger CRMs but they have done well with their integrations and some of the key features.

Pipedrive was another option but I chose Salesflare for the seamless integration into my regular everyday workflow as well as its ability to integrate with just about any app you can think of. It plays nice with all of my other apps and makes using a CRM actually fun. I love the fact it works inside my Gsuite account and automatically pulls data from Gsuite into Salesflare.
I have always struggled with using CRMs. Either they try and remove you from your everyday workflow or they are full of features you don't want/use. Salesflare integrates exactly the way you would want a CRM to integrate and it plays nice with just about any other software you use for your business. Salesflare may not be as feature-rich as some other CRMs but it beats out just about everyone when it comes to seamless integration, ease of use and overall enjoyment of using a CRM.
Salesflare integrates with Gsuite (as well as many other email platforms) allowing me to still use Gsuite as my main communication tool but still get the full value out of the Salesflare CRM Salesflare literally integrates with everything Salesflare takes care of many tasks automatically for you like contact imports as well as meeting and call management
It works wonderfully as a CRM for freelancers, consultants and small teams but feels like it would become more difficult to integrate with larger teams Sometimes have issues with email syncing with missing emails or having to reconnect my email to Salesflare Emails are sent from the app using their own servers, I would prefer to send via my own email system (Gsuite) for better delivery

You can think of Salesflare as a smarter Pipedrive. It rocks the same kind of intuitive user experience that is very low-barrier to get going with, but turns it up a notch when it comes handling, enriching and automating data. I've also find it more flexible to integrate with other assets of your sales and marketing stack.
Salesflare is recommendable for any business that runs a lean sales setup with a website for lead generation, empowered with maybe cold outreach and/or lead nurturing. Mostly so for small-to-medium sized businesses: they can save a ton of time/money generating more revenue with their human sales efforts, while Salesflare does the rest of the job.
Zero learning curve, one-minute setup and dead easy to integrate with complementary tools. Powerful data automation features so everything you do has maximum bottom-line impact. Stellar customer support: response is quick and the team really goes out of their way to solve your specific problems. Up to setting up custom solutions for you.
Salesflare automatically captures and organises data about leads so it can effectively surface the ones that require your attention. It also provides you with the tools to do just that. What it doesn't cover as much right now is feeding top of the funnel: I would for example happily pay extra to have a website visitor identification functionality into the mix.

The learning curve and ease of use are virtually non-existent, and the interface is straightforward. Other products we've tried or evaluated have been too complicated and customizable. It's easy to start using Salesflare right away. Salesflare can be thought of as a better Pipedrive. With the same easy-to-use, low-barrier approach to getting started, it ups the ante when dealing with data, enriching and automating it.
In my opinion, Salesflare is an excellent CRM for small businesses. It includes everything a small business needs to manage leads, deals, and contacts in one convenient location. When a client needs more information or something done, I can quickly record it in their accountperfect for B2B SaaS and small businesses selling B2B in general.
Organization of our clients as well lead and opportunity tracking and management. Pipeline management and a significant amount of depth when it comes to monitoring sales and other opportunities. It provides an overview of the sales process and custom fields for individual accounts (such as branding).
Instead of a single reminder, multiple reminders are sent out. I occasionally have issues reconnecting my email to Salesflare. There are times when I find myself relying on my mouse and missing out on important notifications because I can't navigate.
