What I like the best is that NetHunt is integrated into Gmail, and it's very easy to add a new lead, contact, or company with one click. Mail linking is also a very useful option. It would be great if there would be an option to create custom reports inside NetHunt, e.g., to create reports via filters. Also, tagging inside tasks would be good. It's a great thing that NetHunt is built inside Gmail and integrated with other G Suite apps. Once downloaded and merged with your Gmail account, you are able to click on NetHunt icon next to the email and link it to the certain record. Also, there is no need to add new contacts manually - you create new contacts with the click of a button from the inbound email, and NetHunt automatically fills in contacts details where available. Once contact (along with the email address) is saved inside of NetHunt, every following email from that person is automatically linked to client profile. When it comes to creating new fields and folders for your dashboard - it is very simple, colorful and user friendly. Importing the data from a CSV file was quick and easy in the only a few steps. I have to mention the mobile app as well, which is very user friendly. NetHunt has live support chat and the response time is cca 10 minutes. Pretty satisfying... Benefits: automated roadmaps, very easy adding companies, leads, and deals... Linking deals, companies, and leads - this process is very simplified. NetHunt is very clear and transparent

Integration with GMAIL, no need for manual input or copy paste. No need for diferent chrome tabs, all integrated. Also the automation works very fine. We were able to attend both inbound and outbound leads with automation, we are a small teaam Ease of configuration (drag and drop), you can get up and running with a CRM and lead prospecting in a couple of hours. CRMS having so much features are usually very hard to implement. Linkedin integration allows us to add any profile that replies our email. Support works very fine, always willing to help. We could get support in Spanish as well, and invoicing in our local currency. Hope they get Linkedin automation soon. Both for web scrapping (the Integration with Linkedin needs to scrap profiles one by one) and messaging. You need an extra software to do this. This is on their roadmap- Managing lead automation, integration with Lead automation (Linkedin and mailing), We have an ongoing projects folder as well. We also communicate with our "community" customers, former customers, networking, by sending them content related to our activity. We can assign tasks within the team. We can also integrate google calendar to calculate CAC, and measure the effectiveness of our campaigns , funnel and team members. We are using Zapier to integrate our teachable school, our linkedin automation tool, and forms, works super fine

All CRM tasks can be handled inside Gmail. The user interface is completely customisable and adding new fields to records is simple and efficient. Creating new records for any task (contacts, leads, service etc) is very simple and the customisable views are just so handy for a quick visual look at what is happening in your business. NetHunt CRM works quickly and it's integration with Zapier has literally saved us hours each week and made previously manual tasks completely automated. The follow up reminder system, although functional, is a little basic in that (at the time of this review) you can only set up one reminder for a record or email at one time. It would be nice if you could have more than one follow up reminder per record or email and have these on a schedule. This of course can be done easily using Zapier but if you're not using a paid subscription to Zapier it will add another cost. This is a minor con though and with some discipline there are simple and effective workarounds If you like to customise your fields and views and work in Gmail then this is the perfect choice! Nethunt CRM saves hours of time with the Zapier integrations and it makes viewing your data much easier with customisable views of records. The benefits have been numerous, with thousands of tasks each week being automated and so done reliably and saving hours of time.

Nethunt CRM is software designed to manage customer relationships works hand in hand with gmail and Google applications which is a very positive point because it is extremely simple and most users are familiar with Google applications, this avoids organizations spending a lot of money on long and expensive training workshops, Nethunt has features that allow you to create mass email campaigns, follow the opening of emails and follow email links in addition to that provides a comprehensive view of customer interactions with each of the content we develop to attract more customers Nethunt CRM has a not very intuitive and sometimes confusing interface, the functions to create quotes and proposals are not very useful, the function for group segmentation still needs improvements, the internal chat integration is not very good and needs more collaboration tools to be able to work as a team and finally we have the task management system which is not effective enough to manage all our work groups Nethunt CRM is a powerful machine to carry out a large number of sales and marketing processes, is a software with a really low learning curve because it is designed to work closely with a Gmail account and Google applications through this organizations can save much money on training, gives users the ability to carry out more simplified sales processes and find a greater number of sales Nethunt CRM has been the perfect tool to solve many of our problems as the unified management of customer relationships this we have managed to manage our opportunities, secure our potential customers and retain existing customers, we managed to build a more simplified sales system in which it is much easier to see the key details while interacting with the potential customers even can also track sales metrics where we can identify stronger potential customers where we are more likely to achieve a sale

Integration with Gmail. I miss a lot of my business around Gmail and email follow-ups as Google calendar and the tool Promises to work with those other utilities. Also the staff are very friendly and helpful so far. Some of the cool future features are not implemented quite yet. For example, I may be wrong but the length and integration is not quite there yet. Take anything I say with a grain of salt because I have not had a significant amount of time with my first trial. Good amount of utility with fringe customers that may not be interested at the moment but maybe interested down the road. The tool allows me to keep them in the loop without a lot of my personal time and attention. Basically it allows me to keep in touch with potential leads and avoid having them drop off my horizon.

I like the Workflow because it saves time and money. Also i like the Contacts Records.. It is easy to fill up.. Also the Contact views.. That i can't, yet, sent bulk messeges, videos or sounds to messenger, as i send bulk mails, so i send one by one.. Also i cannot send the the way that i have reformed the Dashboard, as it is, in my team.. So they must make it from the Start.. Also, from the workflow i cannot see the, certain mails that i have sended, which ones are opened, unsubscribed... etc.. Also if i wright a lead manualy then if i conected with linked in, NOT all the contact infos are passed.. Also there is no SMS or VIBER marketing in NetHunt It is the easiest way to organise your business I can organise my Leads and the Tasks better and easier
