4.0Once familiar with the system, it becomes easy to navigate as a super user and the end user experience is very intuitive. Candidates, Employees and Managers are able to navitage the system with ease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
4.5It clearly is based on initial design from people who understand recruitment. Mercifully, Customer Support is of the highest order and given that PageUp is my home page that's critical. In particular, the efforts of our Customer Success Manager have been pivotal in staying with PageUp despite pressure from our IT Team to consolidate into a global ERP. Our CS Manager's recent and ongoing support to our slow but important optimisation program has been enormously effective in giving our instance of PageUp an overdue mid-life re-fit. 4.0The system is easy to navigate and allows me, as the superuser, to easily make updates and changes to suit business requirements/changes. The advance analytics feature is extremely useful for our team, we are able to use the data and insights to drive strategy decisions and keep our stakeholders informed on performance. 1.0The user interface is not user friendly, and the execution of carrying out tasks is not the best. Simple things that you can do in Microsoft Word you cannot do in PageUp, such as making bulleted lists, bold items, etc. Things come out in big unformatted paragraphs that are incredibly difficult to work with when you have things like customer facing job postings. It has turned out to be incredibly clunky and actually less efficient than regular paper. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1.0Applicant data inside the ATS is old. So therefore there is no point in talent pooling. There is no easy way to engage and connect with candidates other than leaving phone call voice messages. Limited integrations with larger ERP/HRIS systems. Very little product development inside the recruitment ATS module over the last 5 years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

5.0The recruitment tool is best in the business. It's very easy to keep track of recruitment activities and offer high quality candidates.
5.0We were quite limited with our existing provider, so moving to PageUp has opened our eyes to a breadth of new ways of doing things. The reporting function is tool we are getting the most use from.
4.0Flexibility of software for multiple uses. Intuitive interface and general usage does not come with a steep learning curve. Easy to collaborate between users.
2.0It is not user friendly and not able to link the job bards up that we need to page up.
2.0Very limited, it doesn't have pre-requisite courses, you can not manage your SCORM properly, course tracking is very limited. enrolment status are missing some basic statuses. The excel/CVC importer doesn't recognise existing records on the system when importing. No proper Cohort/grouping feature. enrolment process is very basic and outdated. The attendees views and filtering are very limited. No local admin on the level of the courses or category, due date notification works only on the level of the system and can not be managed on the level of the courses.
4.0We have had no major complaints with the system thus far. It has met all of our HR and curriculum needs.

5.0PageUp is being used to recruit members into the university as well as updating current job positions. PageUp has been really useful as a holistic system throughout the entire university. We use it for position numbers, keeping track of employees, and more. Ultimately, we find that PageUp has been one of the best softwares.
It has the ability to be easy to use and has multiple components that make it easy to quickly find employees. I really enjoy using PageUp because once you're trained in it, it's very easy to use. It's especially strong in being able to organize manage positions and you're able to put as much information as you need on the job descriptions.

It helped us to think, design, and manage the entire process with no need [for] other tools such as Excel, Google Forms, etc. Actually, our process is much more efficient and easier to manage.

At first reporting and analytics were a bit confusing, but then we got used to it. It would be great to have tools to make easier the deployment of simple and quick recruitment process, reducing the learning curve to use the product. A version in Portuguese would make everything easier for us.

I think that PageUp could use improvement in the fact that sometimes the page shuts down on me when I'm typing up job positions. A con would be that sometimes, the system can be really slow at times. Another con would be that the system can be confusing if you aren't trained in it. You need training to be able to use it.

2.0Overall: This LMS is not up to the level of PageUp name as a brand providing HRIS systems, it appears that PageUp got that product to complete the product portfolio and show clients that they have an integrated system. But they have completely missed the mark. It may be useful for a basic company but it will never fit a company with complex needs and rich requirements
4.0Overall: From a user perspective, there is a lot you can use on the platform to assist with being proactive in recruitment (IE. Talent pools). Although the live support team has been great, the customer service team (offline) hasn't been as helpful at times due to a lack of response.
2.0Overall: At the moment only using it for recruiting but about to follow what our Australian business is doing and use to for onbaording.
5.0Overall: It's an excellent product. The customer service is next to none. It's highly suited to UNSW's needs.
