Since we've come online, I've never had a problem getting assistance through the live chat or sending an email. As a nonprofit, we're most excited about the customizable general ledger options. I have been on hold for over 2 hours trying to get a simple question answered. I had to give up and transmit my payroll for it to process for my employees. Since the beginning of this year there customer service has gotten worse and worse. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
