5.0I like best that Reputation is easy to navigate. If there is ever a question I may have, I can reach out to the support team and they quickly respond and help to find a solution or answer my questions. I like the lunch and learns. They have been so helpful to me with managing our Google reviews and surveys. While they are educational, they are lots of fun to participate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
4.5I really like having the ability to aggregate almost all of the review sites that our company uses in one place and having an easy way to answer them quickly and with personalization. The location services section of the software keeps your online information correct and makes it easy to bulk update. I love having the macro templates that autofill your locations and other important information. Their reporting is robust and easy to customize. Having unlimited users is a great plus as well! 5.0I love Repuation to see what score each of my communites are at. Its a fun way of staying competitive to reach that best in class goal. The quick request feature is a daily task I remind my teams to do after every tour to make sure we are ensuring those inputs of reviews. Lastly, the RepX insights on how to gain more points per different ILS. This helps the teams make sure we are gaining positive point across the board on all platfroms! 5.0It is no error to Reputation, but I dislike that for this first year, the company only purchased the basic package. I do not have access to several features that I have learned about that will be beneficial to managing reviews, social media, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
4.5I wish that they were able to have Yelp on the platform. I understand why it's not possible currently, but competitors to their platform have had it in the past. I wish that you had a search function that would allow you to search through reviews by name or phrase used. I also wish that you didn't have to pay per location and instead could work out a way to have a cap (ie: same price up to 100 locations). Some of the UI is clunky and could be more streamlined. 5.0There are several drop downs on the left hand side that seem like they are just there and not really helpful. I think this could just be lack of training but if its on their but not something the onsite teams dont utilize them maybe we should rethink the layout. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

5.0Overall: The level of service, flexibility, and full-service offerings is a breathe of fresh air compared to my experience with other major players in the listing management and rating/review space. I never feel pressured or forced into a contract. I always feel comfortable providing honest feedback that will be taken to heart. I feel confident knowing I can trust this platform and their staff to help my department specialists deliver on our clients' high expectations. I'd recommend Reputation.com over any other software in these spaces (1) listing management (2) ratings & review software and smart data services (3) surveys (4) Local SEO reporting The fact that they also have modules that cover Social and more is value-add for me and my team.
4.0Overall: We had started to implement an email campaign to seek customer reviews, but have held back since we are never sure of a four or 5-star review. When our rep first introduced the idea, there was a promise of being able to divert a lousy review into another channel for satisfying the customer complaints. Reputation.com eliminated the option; therefore, the process for improving scores carries more risk.
3.0Overall: Reputation.com has been a great tool for helping us manage our online reviews. The software consolidate our reviews into one platform saving our team valuable time. Since we started using Reputation.com our online reviews have increased in both quantity and overall scores. We have 80 retail locations and the reporting options have made it easy to monitor our online reputation by location.
5.0Overall: I would recommend for any business who needs to respond to reviews.
