5.0The product itself is very flexible in terms of how easy it is to make amendments and changes to implementation projects. This covers ease of editing project templates, changing owners of projects, adding/removing project phases etc. Morever, the team are very receptive to feedback and considerate about improvements to their product (where it would benefit multiple users). The highlight, though, is the Rocketlane that's supporting us. Our CSM, Shyam, goes above and beyond to ensure we are making best use of Rocketlane by sharing best practices, guiding us through tailored product demos, and acting as our conduit between our organisation and Rocketlane. 5.0Their Post Sales Support has been gold standard. We had an excellent experience with their Customer Success managers Swathi and Aishwarya. 5.0Rocketlane has all of the core features you would expect from an implementation provider, and then some. I especially like the Magic Link sign on process, and the ability to add Spaces, where you can collaborate further with users.
5.0We really like how we can track documents, the status of tasks and communication in one place instead of using various tools

4.0Rocketlane does not have a social sign in feature yet and I also feel that the UI can be simplified to have a richer user experience.

10.0We use Rocketlane within Professional Services at Flatfile as our all-in-one project management tool. As an Implementation Consultant, I work out of Rocketlane multiple times daily to track tasks, view and update project statuses and customer health, take notes on customer meetings, and keep our customers updated. Before Rocketlane, our team was using many different tools, and it's made a huge difference to have it all consolidated in one place.
10.0We require annual onboarding from all of our almost 400 customers. Rocketlane is used to manage this onboarding process. It allows the customer to have step-by-step instructions with links to pdfs and videos on what they need to do. But it also gives us visibility into where each of our customers are in the onboarding process. Customers can send messages from within Rocketlane which show up in notifications and can also be sent via email to ensure we are fully supporting our customers.

10.0We had an Excel spreadsheet managing our projects, which was clunky and cumbersome to manage and update. This added hours of unneeded labor to the implementation team to complete projects, which delayed our implementation times. Adding Rocketlane has been a game-changer for our organization. No more emails passing a spreadsheet back and forth to the client. All of this is now automated, and so are the status updates. Everything the client needs is put into Rocketlane, and the visibility for management and the client Executive Sponsors also makes this a no-brainer.

9.0Rocketlane uses as a project management tool. Here we can track the project and add all the data related to the project. And all effort in the project we can add and so many features in it. Task-wise phases so everything come under visible to the client. No need to remember the task date it's come under the due date. You can move the task date as per the client's requirement. Really well a user interface and is easy to use these project plan tools. I really like it so much.

It would be helpful if Rocketlane had a more robust Knowledge base and customer support portal.

2.0Overall: Overall, I've enjoyed working with the Rocketlane team and feel that there are upcoming updates that will really make a difference and improve the experience for those with roles similar to mine. I do think that Rocketlane would be a great tool for companies that do not have as much customer interaction as our company. I also think it's great for management, as it does a lot of great resource allocation. After working with the platform for close to two months and being part of a pilot program, I feel I have the experience necessary to provide this feedback. It was only today, after receiving an email from Rocketlane Support, that I decided to leave a review. The email was to inform me that they will not be investigating a solution that would allow for users to mute the jarring notification sound that occurs anytime someone from support responds to your chat. The expectation is I close down all browsers with Rocketlane, any time I'm on a client call and update the specific tab that I'm presenting, to not receive notification sounds. This doesn't seem typical of a product that has a client presentation mode. I really do plan on coming back to make updates as the system improves.
5.0Overall: Over all our experience has been wonderful. The team is amazing, responsive, and they listen to feedback. The tool is solving so many of our problems, and is making our process better for both internal and external customers.
