5.0Bein' in the mobile app biz means keepin' a lotta balls in the air - clients, projects, billing etc. I started usin Scoro to wrangle it all and gotta say it's made stuff smoother overall. The client trackin' tools are real handy for rememberin' conversations and keepin folks happy. Invoincin' is a breeze now, which is a load off my back. I also dig how I can tweak things to match my workflow; makes the platform work for me rather than the other way 'round. And it plays nice with my other tools, though takin' some time to integrate em and Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
5.0I like Scoros quotation capability because it makes it easy to create standard quoting for our clients. The template system makes us more efficient by enabling us to obtain pre-designed project plans rapidly and easily. Our product management tasks are run on robust servers to support this. Having all the text and estimated income in one place will help us track and forecast, which is a true asset to our workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
5.0As a person deeply involved in project management, I consider Scoro to be very important. Its easy-to-use design helps handle many tasks at once, especially when watching how each lead or question is going. I really like how easily it works with Xero, making the money parts such as billing simpler. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
2.0After dividing hubs and charging for different hubs it does not suit anymore with smaller architecture companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
2.5Software is missing some fundamental features (e.g. the ability to print or export reports, and more) that are critical to agency management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

5.0It's a terrific tool for managers who need to be organized and on top of their game, arrange work between personnel, and provides an all-in-one solution for enterprises of any size. Scoro makes it simple to get the information you need quickly and effectively, and a plethora of performance indicators are available to monitor how each employee is performing in relation to their unique tasks. Scoro's project management features are superior, and the constant stream of system updates has proven beneficial. Scoro's adaptability is ideal for our purposes, as we've customized its setup to reflect our unique project delivery methodology, and it has all the features we sought but couldn't find elsewhere.
5.0Es un todo en uno para empresas, con muchos cuadros de mando tiles que sin duda son tiles para tomar determinadas decisiones de negocio. Su uso resulta amigable e intuitivo.
5.0The user interface is excellent, it is simple to work with the team, and there are several connectors that can be linked using Zapier. The interface's simplicity and intuitiveness make it simple to create and manage tasks, time tracking, feedback, and attaching tasks to projects, creating a wonderful workflow view for the entire team. Scoro is system-oriented and adaptable; we chose to have complete onboarding assistance since it fit our operation. This forced us to think in terms of systems, which enabled us to find methods to enhance efficiency. Recent enhancements, such as the Gannt chart, give easy-to-understand performance data.
1.0Everything. Scoro is by far the worst application I have used in twenty years of management experience. Scoro is uncredibly antiintuitive a extremely confusing for most of the team members. Even you extensively study this programm for several months, it still has a lot of hidden weird problems. The user interface is really bad and not understandable. The whole app design is complete crap.
1.0It's over-complicated and a bit flakey so you can't always trust it - data seems to go missing. It's massively slowed down productivity and paralysed a lot of stuff that seemed to work well before we used it - our team named it 'Sorrow'.
3.0Integrations :(, are no valuable integrations and even tho the APIs are there they sometimes malfunction when it comes to integrating with put systems. Never able to access the distro and contacts list no matter that I have tried to load and save them in different manners.

10.0Scoro is used as our main CRM system; used by sales, marketing, and accounting team. We handle most of our customer relations, invoicing and communication through this platform.
Great interface and user experience Fast, informative and compact platform Great invoicing and reminders system
4.0I evaluated Scoro for a local company who was in the market for a workflow management program which could help with scheduling, ordering, time management, and other miscellaneous tasks around the company. They were short staffed and found it easier to implement a program rather than bringing in an FTE. The idea was that it would be used by everyone, but managed by a single individual.
Platform. This is why I looked into the program. You can create a unified platform which suits your needs, and aren't stuck with something a programmer insists you should be seeing. Ease of implementation. It was by far the easiest to introduce during the trialing phase. It was quick to learn, and I found that employees adapted more quickly to it than to anything else. Data and the small things. Planning, time tracking and management, even budget management gives you the chance to step back and see the big picture rather than using one platform to analyze time, then another to see budget.

Cost. I ended up not recommending this product simply because of the cost alone. There are hidden costs you will not know about until it is too late. Their pricing model is geared for bigger businesses, and can cripple smaller ones. The pricing is by user. If you get the most basic of plans (with a 900 onboarding charge), you will realize that all the things you actually need to make the program effective are on the next tier up... Quickbooks. At the time I was exploring this, Quickbooks was not very well integrated. If you wanted to include billing (which they do show promise for), then you will have issues here.

It takes time to set up the sync with Outlook Would like to have sales tunnel option included in its standard version

5.0Overall: Scoro could be a fantastic device for development; Presently that ready to associated with Jira, which was already a challenge for the group, able to construct ventures more rapidly. Scoro Dashboard and detailing device offer assistance us track deals group KPIs and keep track of open venture downtime. Also, the capacity to screen workflow and issue receipts and solicitations for fruitful leads and bargains puts you in full control. We had a part of inconvenience talking to Bookkeeping approximately what had been invoiced, so this has made a difference near that crevice by permitting all divisions to see what has been invoiced. Scoro has been a phenomenal time following apparatus for each extend I've worked on with my group, it too incorporates a rundown of solicitations and cost recommendations. Utilizing Scoro as our CRM and venture administration arrangement in lieu of numerous stages, we presently have a firm understanding of the productivity of individuals and parts at the extend level.
3.0Overall: Great for small to mid business but as a company grows our PM tools needs to grow with us and support the different functionalities we are looking for. But in all honesty I am always happy when one of our clients state they work with Scoro or to advise it as a tools
5.0Overall: Scoro brought major relief to our team as a single place for information and sharing progress on projects and individual tasks. Its limitations to work as a sales CRM forced us to be creative in how we record data and push that data down the pipeline.
4.0Overall: Because of its usefulness and the simplicity of its features. I like how everything is in one location and how well-organized it is. Based on my experience, Scoro is superior to other options.
4.0Overall: Scoro has made it much simpler for me to review past quotations and projects. It's also useful for keeping tabs on endeavors that require more than just a to-do list entry.
