5.0The support from Superoffice is very good. I have used Superoffice since 1997 but have sometimes been forced to use other CRM systems. I will stick to Superoffice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
5.0One of the best featueres is "current active" meaning that when you switch from one module (company/ sale/ project/ diary) to another, the system "knows" what related objects is active, meaning that you do not need to search for the same same object again. 4.0The entire customer history is centrally stored and can be viewed in an overview at the touch of a button. Because the telephone exchange is also linked to SuperOffice, they save a lot of time when calling tasks and quotations. Even when the customer calls them, they see who is calling and they immediately see the correct customer card. This way of customer recognition ensures a proactive attitude on the part of the employees, which the customer appreciates. Thanks to the central agenda function, everyone now knows exactly what each other is doing. SuperOffice is, in addition to the ERP system, crucial for Elincom Electronics. That is why a link has been developed between the ERP system and SuperOffice. All price agreements, articles and current orders can be consulted in SuperOffice CRM. 7.0On-prem CRM for sales and back office support. Not the most modern CRM (HubSpot, dynamics CRM, Pipedrive, etc.) it is updated on a regular basis, but the user interface and usability, mobile application, and integration possibilities are weak. If you will need calendar sync for exchange, there is an on-prem or cloud tool for that. The sync tool will move to the cloud in 2023 and the monthly cost is ridiculously high per user. There are no Microsoft windows clients anymore, only browser support.

5.0Overall: SuperOffice has been a great hub for collecting, organizing and making sense of valuable contact data and insights, whilst providing all the features and tools needed to manage information about people, projects, relations and other aspects that are important to our line of business.
5.0Overall: We run the business on SuperOffice, dealing with customer communications (incoming and outgoing) and sales pipeline management, but most importantly the event management using the projects area.
2.0Overall: The overall experience for me is that I would never choose SuperOffice again but rather the solution Microsoft offers. It is more expensive, but trust me, it is worth it!
