5.0Having the advanced dialer system (with ai-transcription, predictive dialing, and amazing ui) all built in to the CRM where tasks, opportunities, and any workflows or smartviews/calling lists are - makes this a one-stop-shop for our CRM needs. This allows for our team to have just one spot to manage all of their follow ups, telephon outreach, and any digital replies, sms or email. With the system able to be so straight forward, it makes onboarding new reps very easy considering how much they get started with. World class customer support I must say as well.. 5.0The ease of usefulness as well as the customer service. The support team can be identified of a problem and then can fix it most of the time within the first hour of being notifified about it. The updates to the Recording and Transcript features (an all the other updates that come daily) made my life a hundred times easier. Being able to go back through and sift through points of old calls is something that makes Close elite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
5.0Implementation was fairly easy. I was ready to go in minutes. I use Close daily and the ease of integration withy other programs is helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
0.0Lack of reporting, fields are hidden from users, so no standardized rules can be put in place. There is no automation. Sequences can only include e-mails, so phone or social touches have to be done separately. Opportunities are very, very poor in terms of controls and what is required. Lastly, they do not integrate with anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
0.0The close date process of opportunities is a terrible way of forecasting. Opportunities often get left in the past and forgotten about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
0.0Close is trying to increase my monthly by 2.5x what I'm currently paying for no reason. I was given a discounted rate at sign up because I'm not able to use some of the core features in the business plan, but still wanted access to features that are only available in that plan. Nothing has changed in the way that I use close, yet they have decided to no longer honor the original agreed upon terms. Now I'm migrating everything over to Pipedrive. 5.0Close's UI/UX make it super easy to navigate and manage day to day sales activities. We also use JustCall and the integration is super clean, making it easy to work from a single CRM with a phone plug-in
5.0Sequencing, calling from the software, activity tracking, call recording, relative simplicity to use
5.0Email marketing via sequences, built-in caller, and CRM
1.0Close.com BROKE our agreement and KILLED our company.
1.0If your database more than 100K contacts, you will be disconnected, because you will ...."impacted our infrastructure".... When you try to solve a problem and chat with technical support, you will be ignored. But there is no public limitation. Try to use. Are you lucky? Maybe not and your work will be suspended immediately. And then you will long try to switch to another platform without any help from those support. Maximum you will have a day.
1.0The joke they call "customer service/tech support". It's an extortion scheme!

10.0I use Close.io to manage my phone calls, cold emails, and sales follow ups. It solves the problem of keeping a lot of leads and follow up sequences organized, and prevents them from falling through the cracks. It keeps me focused and helps me work efficiently and effectively. I can easily find where I left off with a particular prospect.
You can search for prospects by your activity & notes. It helps automate the follow up process. It ties cold emailing into a powerful CRM all in one portal.
10.0We're using Close for our sales team and managing all the leads we have come in. We had used other paid systems and even created our own, but this solved all our problems. Close replaced a few things for us and though costs a fair bit saves us time and money overall.
Manages leads. Followup & reminders. Organization of everything in one place. Add-ons that are worth every penny.
10.0I am a business consultant and often in the position of recommending CRMs to companies I work with. There are tons of great CRMs in the marketplace but Close is my go-to #1 recommendation for Sales teams. Close is feature-rich with some very advanced features but they are presented in a manner that is simple to use with a great UI/UX.
Power dialer. SMS Integrations Video Reports
7.0Close has been helpful in generating outbound email campaigns; our sales team is highly dependent on it for reaching out to prospects. Apart from campaigning, it is also a complete sales CRM where one can have a complete track on the lead status. Close is playing an important role in managing the leads without the interference of a second person--it is highly understood to every salesperson.

8.0My team uses Close.io to manage our sales and BD pipelines. We're a small startup, so there's only two of us currently using it, but I can see how the value of the platform would scale with additional team members. It's clearly setup with leads, opportunities, and an inbox that is essentially one's action items for the day. Recently, Close.io added the ability to send email sequences, which we're leveraging now. Already seeing great value there as some leads don't respond until the 4th or later email.
I'd like it if I could customize the inbox so that only leads that meet my defined criteria show up on my to-do list. Instead, it's managed by Close and what they consider to be an action item. The interface could use a face lift :)
9.0Our insidesales team utilizes it to work cohesively and ensure we are not having multiple people follow up with the same leads. Our sales staff also links in to see when follow ups have been done. It's a great tool to keep everyone on the same page as to where a lead/account is in the buying process.

3.0Overall: Features are clearly targeting the saas sales segment, which wasn't helpful for my agency which essentially is a retail business model. Lead management and the sales pipeline management were incredibly easy to get into however. Being able to create tasks, notes while in a call, messages, and emails all being automatically logged in a particular lead's profile was fantastic. The 'workflows' or automations on sending out follow ups on schedule and utilizing templates is also something awesome only found on CRMs that cost 4x as much; that's a great deal. However, as noted above, they didn't have retail business models in mind or maybe they don't have enough context. 1) There's no call history - Yes, their guide or protocol is to 'add as a lead' when a call comes in, but that's only DURING the call. So if a new lead calls in to your agency/store, and if the call ends and the lead isn't added, then the call's number/history is lost in the ether. If you've ever onboarded new employees, you know procedures like this won't be followed all the time. 2) There's no way to set business hours/voicemail-forward - I work past business hours to get extra admin work done; of course customers don't always look up business hours before calling and suddenly I have to listen to the ring tone for 30 seconds or pick up. 3) Big emphasis on 'Companies' as leads/customers vs Individuals - So on lead profiles, you can set an address, yes. But after setting the address, city, state, zip code, you can only see the city and state on the lead's profile (probably because of its intended use for B2B sales), but in a B2C context, it's vastly more helpful to see the full address for us. You can argue you can create custom fields, but it seems like a easy fix to just let users choose which address details are visible in that proper spot. This is just one example, there's also not really much functionality for MAINTAINING/RETENTION of clients after the sales aspect. Again, emphasis towards saas sales where the use-case is getting the sale and then passing off the client to another department; whereas in retail or agency use, we have to maintain that relationship or make product/service changes. All in all, incredibly useful focus on the outbound sales aspect, if your business model fits or if you want a dedicated sales CRM for a sales team. However, retail businesses, B2C, or in my case, insurance agencies, will need something more well-rounded.
5.0Overall: We had another CRM system that was a lot more expensive and not very easy to use. Close.com is just a pure pleasure to work with and the entire team here is thrilled with it.
5.0Overall: Overall I would highly recommend the software to other businesses users I think it is far better than its competitors.
5.0Overall: It is everything we need except dashboards. If your are an outbound or phone heavy sales ord
