5.0Having the advanced dialer system (with ai-transcription, predictive dialing, and amazing ui) all built in to the CRM where tasks, opportunities, and any workflows or smartviews/calling lists are - makes this a one-stop-shop for our CRM needs. This allows for our team to have just one spot to manage all of their follow ups, telephon outreach, and any digital replies, sms or email. With the system able to be so straight forward, it makes onboarding new reps very easy considering how much they get started with. World class customer support I must say as well.. 5.0The ease of usefulness as well as the customer service. The support team can be identified of a problem and then can fix it most of the time within the first hour of being notifified about it. The updates to the Recording and Transcript features (an all the other updates that come daily) made my life a hundred times easier. Being able to go back through and sift through points of old calls is something that makes Close elite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
5.0Implementation was fairly easy. I was ready to go in minutes. I use Close daily and the ease of integration withy other programs is helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
0.0Lack of reporting, fields are hidden from users, so no standardized rules can be put in place. There is no automation. Sequences can only include e-mails, so phone or social touches have to be done separately. Opportunities are very, very poor in terms of controls and what is required. Lastly, they do not integrate with anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
0.0The close date process of opportunities is a terrible way of forecasting. Opportunities often get left in the past and forgotten about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
0.0Close is trying to increase my monthly by 2.5x what I'm currently paying for no reason. I was given a discounted rate at sign up because I'm not able to use some of the core features in the business plan, but still wanted access to features that are only available in that plan. Nothing has changed in the way that I use close, yet they have decided to no longer honor the original agreed upon terms. Now I'm migrating everything over to Pipedrive. 5.0Close's UI/UX make it super easy to navigate and manage day to day sales activities. We also use JustCall and the integration is super clean, making it easy to work from a single CRM with a phone plug-in
5.0Sequencing, calling from the software, activity tracking, call recording, relative simplicity to use
5.0Email marketing via sequences, built-in caller, and CRM
1.0Close.com BROKE our agreement and KILLED our company.
1.0If your database more than 100K contacts, you will be disconnected, because you will ...."impacted our infrastructure".... When you try to solve a problem and chat with technical support, you will be ignored. But there is no public limitation. Try to use. Are you lucky? Maybe not and your work will be suspended immediately. And then you will long try to switch to another platform without any help from those support. Maximum you will have a day.
1.0The joke they call "customer service/tech support". It's an extortion scheme!

10.0I use Close.io to manage my phone calls, cold emails, and sales follow ups. It solves the problem of keeping a lot of leads and follow up sequences organized, and prevents them from falling through the cracks. It keeps me focused and helps me work efficiently and effectively. I can easily find where I left off with a particular prospect.
You can search for prospects by your activity & notes. It helps automate the follow up process. It ties cold emailing into a powerful CRM all in one portal.
10.0We're using Close for our sales team and managing all the leads we have come in. We had used other paid systems and even created our own, but this solved all our problems. Close replaced a few things for us and though costs a fair bit saves us time and money overall.
Manages leads. Followup & reminders. Organization of everything in one place. Add-ons that are worth every penny.
10.0I am a business consultant and often in the position of recommending CRMs to companies I work with. There are tons of great CRMs in the marketplace but Close is my go-to #1 recommendation for Sales teams. Close is feature-rich with some very advanced features but they are presented in a manner that is simple to use with a great UI/UX.
Power dialer. SMS Integrations Video Reports
7.0Close has been helpful in generating outbound email campaigns; our sales team is highly dependent on it for reaching out to prospects. Apart from campaigning, it is also a complete sales CRM where one can have a complete track on the lead status. Close is playing an important role in managing the leads without the interference of a second person--it is highly understood to every salesperson.
Selection of leads for campaigns More enhanced UI
8.0My team uses Close.io to manage our sales and BD pipelines. We're a small startup, so there's only two of us currently using it, but I can see how the value of the platform would scale with additional team members. It's clearly setup with leads, opportunities, and an inbox that is essentially one's action items for the day. Recently, Close.io added the ability to send email sequences, which we're leveraging now. Already seeing great value there as some leads don't respond until the 4th or later email.
I'd like it if I could customize the inbox so that only leads that meet my defined criteria show up on my to-do list. Instead, it's managed by Close and what they consider to be an action item. The interface could use a face lift :)
9.0Our insidesales team utilizes it to work cohesively and ensure we are not having multiple people follow up with the same leads. Our sales staff also links in to see when follow ups have been done. It's a great tool to keep everyone on the same page as to where a lead/account is in the buying process.

4.0Overall: We have a startup focused in ticket sales for events in Mexico. We were looking for in-depth data of our salesmen and to make easier for them to keep track of their clients by client type. We used a CRM (highrise), but the data it gave us was no longer enough to know more about whether the size and type of clients - and opportunities - our sales team were generating was the right kind given our current strategy. We initially requested a trial by importing a subset of random data of our former CRM but we felt this was not useful, because not all of those imported leads were relevant to us at the moment. When support from close.io gave us the option to extend our trial period, we deleted all of the previous leads and instead started adding new leads into the platform. That's when we notice the main strong point of close.io: by adding our first lead's email, within seconds we had a full history of each email we exchanged in the past. The desktop app works like a charm. Also, when you have a small sales team like ours, it's great to add a lead and check if one of your teammates already make a contact. Finally, it's amazing how easy is to categorize leads, we even use it to keep track of investors, allies and competitors. The call feature is also a huge breath of fresh air into a follow-up process. The fact you can make calls straight from the app, that those calls get recorded and also get tracked into a lead's history ensures automatic track of almost every kind of interaction with a lead. In our case, although we tried it and it worked great, we won't make use of it because our small office space forces us to do calls by getting outside the office, and given our internet connection is not that solid we will keep making calls the way we are right now and evaluate a full switch later. In a few words: if you have a small sales team and you want to make them doing more closing and less data insertion into follow-up tools, consider switching to close.io
5.0Overall: While Close.io is a CRM by definition, I consider it more of a sales platform. I consider it as a platform because of it's flexible and rich API that allows you to customize any component. Close.io is a fantastic tool that teams should use for interacting with their customers. With built-in call and email integration, Close.io is designed for salesperson outreach. It eliminates unnecessary data entry, and is the perfect companion for any sales team using the "Predictable Revenue" (A book by Aaron Ross) approach to sales. All activity (calls, emails, lead status changes) is automatically tracked, leaving the sales rep to just write contextual notes for each activity. The automatic tracking of activity leads sales managers to easily determine how much activity yields certain sales results. Those answers are the holy grail when it comes to building a scalable sales process.
4.0Overall: Close bridges the connection gap between organizations and consumers. Using the call cadence function, we can develop a multi-touch marketing campaign that automates human-triggered emails, calls, and activities. Close has given new life to leads that were supposed to be dead, leads that you would not have pursued regularly in the past. I can set up automated follow-up emails and messages to practically stay in front of the consumer. As a result, it offers me a competitive advantage in closing business that I would not have completed otherwise owing to a lack of persistent follow-up and follow-through.
5.0Overall: Close.io has been a huge help to our small B2B sales department. Before close.io we were using multiple programs to email, call, track, notate, and manage customers. It was a mess!!! Now we can do everything within the app itself. No more transferring information from one source to the other.
5.0Overall: Great tool overall to get started for a founder with little sales experience
3.0Overall: Skip it.
