I'd been looking for a well priced, fully functional CRM & Project Management workflow tool for some time and was delighted when I stumbled across Flowlu. Flowlu is a full-fledged business workflow tool that allows you to manage pretty much everything in your business from one central location. It has a well designed, user friendly interface that is simple to operate and navigate your way around. It also includes one of the best new customer on-boarding processes I've seen from a SAAS provider, utilising it's own tools in an excellent real time case study training for you. It enabled me to attach a calendar, integrate my email and import my contacts very easily and get up an running with my ongoing projects almost instantly. I also like the way it can generate potential opportunities just from an email. You can display your To Do list in the way that suits your brain. I really like the Kanban Board view, although sorting & filtering tasks through the basic list view will undoubtedly make managing a team much easier and result in greater productivity within the business, if used properly. Whilst I haven't got around to setting them up yet, this system can also handle proposals and invoicing which will again prove hugely beneficial. The fact that you can set up & store multiple templates for a variety of situations will also prove a great time-saver. And finally, one thing far too many small businesses don't do, is to create a knowledge base of answers to frequently asked questions, both with regard to internal processes and customer queries. However Flowlu again enables you to do this, quickly and easily and this can't help but provide any business with great long-term benefits and assist in their future growth. All in all, one of the most comprehensive and best value tools I've purchased for my consulting business. Thoroughly recommended! I haven't found anything I don't like about this versatile tool yet. Considering this, I am neither bewildered or overwhelmed by the user interface. Page layouts are clear and critical information is easy to find, even if they aren't showy. On the subject of complexity, you can easily turn off features you don't need in the settings and expand capability in areas you do need with custom fields, automations, and workflows, among other things. I am a firm believer in specialized tools for each critical business function. Each tool has its own tool for project management, CRM, email inquiries, and billing. - Mobile app needs some enhancements - No customer portal as of today (although one is on the way) If you're searching for a solution to assist you manage projects that involve numerous individuals and require many types of project management, including time management, I recommend Flowlu. The customer service team is extremely helpful. While there is a lot of project management software on the market, Flowlu is one of the few that is focused on more than just project management. Flowlu can be considered an end-to-end solution with more relevant features, which is more crucial in addressing our needs. For some time now we have purchased software to build our business. Tens of apps that promise a host of new characteristics and many advantages have been evaluated and analyzed. It's the first time (until now) that we've had an app with the entire bundle. Even if in the early phases, all aspects of Flowlu development were thought, planned, and properly implemented by the developers. We will mostly use this for us and are quite certain that the software will fully suit our company needs from what we have seen so far.

Flowlu is really hard to describe. Think about an all in one business management tool, that is aimed at small and medium businesses but ports over incredible enterprise level features that you would otherwise find in top level CRMs, top level PM tools and such. It's like they ran around and picked out the best features out of all the market favourites, and stuffed their tool with these. For instance, their CRM has a round robin feature for leads. I worked at an enterprise using Salesforce and they couldn't set that up. Absolutely nuts. It's also very utilitarian, and sometimes rigid in functionality, but paired with a paranoid security team I am ok with that. However as long as they will listen to customers it will keep improving. Some features can be a bit rigid, and the team could listen a bit more to the suggestions of their clients. But overall it's small things, not critical to business operations. More like, trying to explain to a drill sergeant to be more creative, that kinda up-slope suggestions XD Workflows can be set up in many different ways and with automations and a rock-solid API, but if you're missing a feature, like for instance I miss proposals, then it becomes problematic. It's like that meme with a swiss knife that has a million layers, that is Flowlu. You can run an entire business on this, you can run a freaking enterprise on this too. That's crazy. I've tried out tons of tools that only support one fraction of the capability Flowlu has and cost double. I just hope it's around for a long long time and keeps improving in the bits and pieces that can still be improved. That's all.

Flowlu provides a lot of functions in an all-in-one package, that allows a business owner (or administrator) a single, simple place to manage projects, financials, clients and most of the day-to-day business administration functions with his/her team. The Kanban and Gantt chart overviews make resource and staff allocation a breeze. Currently, all users can see the CRM, which means that specific "project guests" (when one deals with multiple clients) also have access to the centralised CRM. The calendar currently integrates only with Google Calendar, which is not ideal. Time tracking is only available per task, but not collatable by project. Only 1 assignee per task in a project. We run multiple, diverse projects for different clients. The single dashboard where we can see each team member's availability, the business and project's progress, and the ability to rapidly spin up new projects using Flowlu's built-in Agile templates have shortened our project onboarding times considerably. The ability to handle invoicing, project management and resource allocation from the same platform as your task scheduler, CRM, inventory and more makes Flowlu a great addition to any small-to-medium business.

UPDATE: After trying to use it for months, I've abandoned this software. WAY too buggy and frustrating; settings disappearing, clients not able to complete payment, and more. And if you don't use your account for several days, they want to delete it. (What made me choose Flowlu was the "all-in-one" nature of the platform. They have packed SO MUCH into this business management suite. I genuinely hope I do not find any reasons ever to need another service.) UPDATE: Pretty much the whole experience was horrible. (Well, the platform's robust nature is also its main challenge; there's a lot to learn and get familiar with. Although, this is where they've gone above and beyond, in my opinion. Their onboarding process takes A LOT of the overwhelm away.) UPDATE: Flowlu didn't solve anything for me. The platform ended up being a significant time-waster and source of frustration. (The main benefit I'm getting with Flowlu is the ability to manage everything in a single platform. It's great to have ONE central place to log in and control everything, from contacts to sales to projects and finance.)

I like that it has a vast number of customizable options and API access through Integrately. It seems to have unlimited opportunity for expansion. Even though I seem to already have far too many apps that can adequately handle my limited PM and CRM needs, (Plutio, NiftyPM, Workiom, Infinity, CompanyHub) I was drawn to Flowlu first by the user enthusiasm but then came back to stack more simply because the sheer complexity of it, even at this early stage, made it seem like a powerhouse that I'd regret not getting. The complexity of the options suggests you need prior context. Once you figure how to set it all up, it takes the stress out of project management by giving you an overview of your entire project and all the connected projects. The project management and sales automation part of the app gives me a clear overview of every project in a handy timeline. A knowledge base helps me quickly create and manage my instructional content. A flow chart helps me understand how my projects and tasks are connected.

[Flowlu] is overall better than Asana in many aspects. One feature that I love is the notes feature. I can easily jot down notes during my meeting with the client, or my ideas, or links that I wanted to bookmark. Though some feature may sound like overkill for me as a freelance, as I have said above, knowing that there are KB, Record lists, products, workspaces, I know I can expand and eventually turn into a company. I also love the time tracking feature. Not only the projects and tasks from clients but also my own tasks. I love that I can know how much I spend to a certain personal task. It helps me a lot to be productive.
Whats really cool is that It also teaches me the process and terms that I am not aware of before, likeopportunities, etc etc those jargons are very hard to understand specially to me that is not a native English speaker. But Flowlu showed that to me. As we can all see, they just dont tell you whats this and this, they really show you what is does and how you can get productive using that tool. It can be overwhelming sometimes but if you take your time learning the software, you will really enjoy it. I love how everything is organized in the side bar. I love how everything can easily be accessed, you know think of like a setting in your phone. I love exploring it and I am learning a lot. As I uncover the features, I am really excited on what It can really do to my freelancing career as well as my future company. Although I am working right now as a freelancer, meaning solo, I am forward thinker and I know Flowlu will grow with me over time.

Flowlu is quick and easy to use, making it simple to configure and set up automations without a steep learning curve. To properly set up workflow automations in Dubsado and other CRMs, you'll need to devote a significant amount of time to tutorials and/or webinars, and even then, it appears that setups are more difficult and time consuming than they should or need to be.
Flowlu is simple to set up and offers a complete business solution, it features fully customizable integrated modules and the ability to automate operations such as client intake and sales funnels. Flowlu is infinite; it interfaces with programs like Integrately and Zapier, allowing even more automation via other tools. If you need Client Portals, Flowlu currently does not offer this feature, but it does appear on their roadmap.
Setup automations for client intake and sales funnels with ease. Adding those bothersome business SOPs to Flowlu's Knowledge Base module was a breeze. Separate knowledge bases are possible with Flowlu, making it a valuable resource for team members and clients. Interfaces with programs like Integrately and Zapier, you can customize practically everything and automate even more with other tools. Through team, private, or group chat, you may collaborate with your team or clients.
Flowlu has video tutorials that include music and text instruction. I would rather have voice instruction in the video tutorials. Integration with of an easy to use VoIP phone system/softphone to facilitate communication with clients outside of chat or email. Implementing Contract eSignatures without 3rd party integrations.

Compared to Suitedash and Swell Flowlu is the more mature product, less buggy, more progressive and a team we are trusting on the long run. First of all we are impressed by the transparent positive communication of the Flowlu team, when confronted with critics. Trust is besides efficiency the most important decision criteria.
This is an all in one CRM / Task Management tool with an intuitive UX. The system of adding only the Features you need by installing as separated modules makes it easy to learn without being overwhelmed by the lots of features. There are always pros and cons about which tool has the stronger standard features but Flowlu offers all the extras we need in a way that makes us easy going.
The system of adding only the features you need by installing as separated modules makes it easy to learn without being overwhelmed by the lots of features. I really like its structure and clear interface. Not wasting much time by searching for the right buttons and settings. Looks like the developers use their own tool for everyday work Flowlu offers a custom domain option to fully integrate fully it into our company toolbox. This helps offering a seamless experience for our clients. The elaborated invoice module was the final argument for us to switch to Flowlu.
The subtasks of subtasks are not nested. All Subtasks are on the same level. This needs improvement for our project management needs So far it is not fully translated into German but it is obviously on its way. They could offer more storage space to their plans.

Flowlu has a lot more features, like CRM, invoicing, an email client, and so on. These tools are very basic and can't really be compared at all. They work very differently. However Flowlu can easily replace tools like Asana, Trello, and many more project management tools, as I'm starting to realize that project management tool is overrated. It needs to do more than project management, and Flowlu is a great answer to that.
Flowlu is great for almost kind of business because every business has a lead gen, projects, or tasks that could be divided into different phases and invoicing. Even as an eCommerce business, you may get B2B sales that require quotes and invoicing features even though most tasks are recurring rather than project-styled. Marketing and growth also requires project management. The only downside right now is that without a client portal, the only way to communicate and record all conversation with clients is through the email client within Flowlu. If clients could be invited to Flowlu with access restricted, it can help massively with the communication between clients. Flowlu performs best as an internal usage tool. If it had superb chat integrations, much like Slack or Discord, it would be very powerful as well.
Easy onboarding Very intuitive and simple customizable UI that doesn't overwhelm you with too many options Feature rich
Client portal would really help Better integrations for chat features, such as having notifications sent to a particular chat. We currently use a Slack alternative but we're not able to transition fully to Flowlu because Flowlu doesn't have integrations just on its chat functions Multiple switchable accounts for different businesses to manage different businesses within Flowlu

Flowlu concept and implementation of workflow [are] very smooth, easy to understand. Staff [needs] almost no training on working with Flowlu. It covers almost all [aspects] of business [tasks], follow-up, tracking, CRM, customer satisfaction, and so on is needed. we used few applications previously but some are complicated in term[s] of user-friendly, loading speed, and customer support was the issue.
Project management with its smooth integration of CRM along with record listing is life-saving for our business. the milestone and task along with sub-task is a great feature with such user-friendly UI that a non-IT user can use it at [a] very easy level with a very low of training. the whole sophisticate process translated into the simple way that [everyone] can understand on how to set up, what are the logics. Based on our case [it's] the best application so far we implemented. As of now, less appropriate is due to [a] customer dashboard is not available, which we hope it will implement soon. overall the positivity is far huge compare to [the] negative side.
Access [to] email within the Flowlu application is great so you do not have to just in different browsers. Record list is [a] great feature, you can customize it by just drag and drop and yes you can hide it from users you not willing to view. Project management is superb along with CRM.
Flowlu needs to work on exporting data as pdf files or printable options. It would be great to have [a] customer dashboard. If live chat provided to [the] website will be great.

All in all, Flowlu is much better than I expected. Ofc. any SaaS is constantly evolving and there are always some features that are missing, but to my surprise I haven't come across with any "missing features" with Flowlu, as of yet. I am sure there are some things that don't work as you'd like, or something just simply is missing, but to be honest... This is by far the best experience I've ever come across with any SaaS when comparing to my intial expectations.
My headline says it all. Flowlu truly is not JUST a CRM. It's actually a holistic "all-around" business management SaaS. So it has CRM functionalities, but that's not all. Which is exactly why I got it! From the first moment on when I logged in, I saw the UI which is SUPER clean! Now that's what I talking about! But the actual big thing here is the vision this team has for Flowlu. From what I can tell... from what I've seen and experienced so far... This tool is quite unique. They actually aim to create a COMPLETE SaaS tool that is not just CRM, ERP, or any one individual "corner" of the business SaaS landscape. Flowlu actually already has all of the core functionalities that you'd be looking for in any CRM, but in addition to that, it has time tracking, invoicing, etc. And all these together help you build a solid business on top of one SaaS that is going to swallow many competitors in the years to come. ...And one thing that was actually quite amazing! At first when I read the comments here and saw people praising their customer support... I didn't really believe all of them. But now that I've had some personal experience with Flowlu and the team, I can't but hit you with 5 tacos! You even responded to my "not so urgent" support ticket on Saturday, which I truly didn't expect :) The support team is very kind and knowledgeable, they give you short and precise answers with clear instructions. Now, what else could I wish for? Well, not a thing!
Now, this is a tough one. No joke. As there is hardly anything I "dislike", which is super rare in SaaS tools. Though if I had to mention one thing... It would be the MAS functionalities. ...But then again, I didn't get Flowlu to do marketing automations. But I wouldn't be surprised if they went ahead and implemented these functionalities into the tool in the years to come, as it would be very much in line with their vision for Flowlu. So yes, I guess I could mention the MAS side as a "con", but they don't even claim to offer that so really I can't complain :D

I believe it is agreat solution. And if you manage to come into the lifetime pricing it is a great deal.
The ease in handling the tasks. And the fact that within a task it allows you to define tasks lists. Thereby making my task management a lot more effective and efficient.
Things I really liked about Flowlu have to do with a) their different ways to map out and group tasks as task list, projects, workspaces that can all be related to a company or user. b) that they enable a checklist to be embedded within a task. This is particularly important to me as at times I have a task such as "draft workbooks" - and I have a list of 10 workbooks. Other systems force me to create a task for each of the workbooks, which is ok, however they then present each of these tasks in a huge task list. This way, I have a single task on the main task list, and I monitor each task or activity within it when I am ready to tacle it. c) Something I was favorably surprised was to see what they call "knowedge base" - As I navigate my business and learn how to do the different things (ie accounting, building a website, integrating a course, etc) I would like to document step by step what I did, this will make it easier for me to remember how I did it, and to transfer this knowhow to future employees and collaborators. I was previously attempting to do this by creating a course within my website (which is OK but too much of an overhead and overkill), or creating blog pages which ended up being random pages without real structure and order. Flowlu solved this for me - the ease of writing a blog, the structure and navigation of a course, without consuming my own site disk space.
I am still playing about with the CRM, but I believe there are other apps that are at this time more complete. I am sure that they will be perfecting them. And I would like to see a better "ordering" of the tasks. I tend to assign priorities by moving things up in my list. Other softwares do a great job of this ordering of the tasks. Having said that, I am a new user and have not fully explored the platform enough to discover and use all of its features.

It saved me a lot of time, and also money. And I just enjoy working with it every day! I tried and used a lot of CRM, ERP and softwares to run my company in the last 10 years, and I am just so glad I found Flowlu!
Almost the same features plus a lot more.
There is so much to say about Flowlu's Pros.- Client portal: I saw some cons about this missing feature, but the team added this functionality so those comments should be removed because they misinform potential users.- an (almost) all-in one solution for company management- customizable: you can get to an almost white label platform (url, logo and so on)- a great development team (new features added every month)- an open roadmap that you can interact with to vote for a feature or propose a new one- I saved A LOT of money since I've been using Flowlu, as I was able to cancel several subscriptions to softwares due to the fact that Flowlu does so much things! Task management, CRM, Project management, workspaces dedicated to some work units or projects (allowing me to gather all of the activities of my companies in the same software with access restrictions for each workspace), Finance (invoice/estimates, recurring invoices, and money (CashFlow and P&L management), automation of processes (invoicing and so on), file storage (no need for Dropbox or Google Drive anymore!), calendar, custom fields and lists, knowledge base for your company so that new users can have access to all of the informations you want, mind maps, emails, and the client portal! So much features at your fingertip and I forgot a lot of others!
The only con I see now is that I can't use the Finance part for my company as it is not (yet...) thought for French companies. It misses some elements to be fully compatible with French accounting obligations. But they are already working on the French language, so they will probably get to it some day too!I would also love to be able to connect my Flowlu account to my company's caldav, outside of the well done included calendars. But the Flowlu team will probably implement this functionality later!

I was looking for a CRM tool that is powerful, intuitive & easy to use, and I also wasn't quite satisfied with previous PM tools I had been using. Stumbling across Flowlu has been a gift that keeps on giving. It's a powerhouse platform for managing work and relationships. It is jam packed with features that can be used for Project Management, Customer Service & Relationships, Sales & Marketing, and Finance. On top of all that, it also includes integrated Mindmapping, a robust Knowledgebase, and Mobile Apps. And it does all this without skimping or cutting corners in any area, along with providing a lot of flexibility and customization. The UI is well thought out, and it's easy to take it a step at a time using only particular features to avoid overwhelm. The CRM is exactly what I was wishing for. Flowlu integrates seamlessly with both of my Gmail accounts and my Google Calendar, as well as pulling in my Contacts. It seamlessly links emails and calendar events with contacts, integrates naturally with the task and project management functionality, and allows customization to add any additional information I want. Flowlu's Knowledgebase is very comprehensive - both for learning the tool as well as for creating your own knowledgebases. The more I use Flowlu, the more I love it. Inevitably I find things that can be improved upon (integrating with Office365 or some tweaks to the UI), but at most they are minor annoyances. Flowlu saves me tons of time.
The product is very intuitive and easy to use. I love the... -CRM functionality -Task & Project Management -Knowledgebase -Mind Mapping -Integrationg with Gmail, Gsuite, and Google Calendar -Automations & Workflow -Ease of linking disparate data together in one place
Not much. There are a couple places in the UI where I'd like to see certain things side-by-side or jump to more easily. I'd also love to see native integration with Office365 (email, calendar).

This is literally the best CRM system ever. I am going to be super honest here i was abit skeptical at first as to how CRM would even benefit my growing business so in the past i dediced to use a couple of colutions used the trials and never returned and didnt really fit my needs , so when i saw this deal i thought the same thing let me see if it would work for me so i decided to get the free trial i have been using it for about a week now. OMG lol it literally has replaced several of my apps and put them into one. My old workflow was usually using my email client then moving over to microsft to do to create tasks then i would move over to One note to jot a few ideas doen and then using my notes app to keep track of my clients and then back to TO Do to assign task due dates etc. after all of that is till need to then chat to my team mates over whatsapp and then arrange everything over email zoom or skype. When ever our compnay achieving any milestone i had to then go into my email or canva and design an email to send out to let everyone on my team know whats going thats not even to mention sending calender requests to everyone and making sure that we were in sync. Then i used Flowlu for literally a week i am not even joking lol a week and i have managed to migrate all those task into one app and whats even more amazing is that it saves me time money and all the nonsense i used to do moving from app to app getting distracted. i can even run from my tablet or the app !
    1. Easy to use interface 2. Support is just absolutely amazing and helpful 3. Amazing features 4. Roadmap looks really promising 5. Amazing Features
Honestly nothing much at this point was just a few bugs setting up gmail and the mobile some small bugs. Gmail just requires 2FA to set but im sure they must be a work around overall super super polished and literally time saver

I am typically a fan of specialised tools for each important function in a company. Project management, CRM, email enquiries, invoicing, each with its own tool. The reason for this is that most attempts I've seen at doing everything end up in a mess in terms of UI and UX and force you to give up some of the depth of functionality in each area. Seeing the swath of positive reviews for Flowlu convinced me to give it a go. And now I'm a convert. There is just enough depth in every area Flowlu covers to satisfy most scenarios at least for my business model (small digital marketing agency). There is comprehensive CRM and leads generation, tied up to a build in email client, two types of project management build in (standard and agile), time tracking, budgeting and invoicing, documents and a knowledge base and project based team chat.
Because of the depth of functionality, although page layouts are clear and important info is easy to find, sometimes that comes at the expense of a few extra clicks to get to the minute details, but that's something I can live with. And it sure beats the hell out of switching between 3 or 4 separate platforms to get the job done. And on the topic of complexity, you can easily switch off functionality you don't need from the settings and enhance functionality of those area you do need through custom fields, automations, workflows etc.
