UPDATE: Pretty much the whole experience was horrible. (Well, the platform's robust nature is also its main challenge; there's a lot to learn and get familiar with. Beware of automatic renewals, and enrollment in automatic renewals without opt in. We contacted Flowlu support immediately upon seeing the automatic membership renewal, and they refused a refund despite the fact that we were no longer using the software. When we inquired whether we had been asked to opt in to automatic renewals at sign up, Flowlu support refused to provide an answer, and stopped communicating with us. The bugs. It was so buggy that I eventually had to abandon all use. Things just never worked correctly. And being based in Russia, support was always 12 hours difference. So resolving one simple issue would sometimes take 2-3 business days.

We used Flowlu primarily as a CRM operating outside our ERP. The software is very functional and user-friendly - could be adapted to a number of applications. Although we opted not to use Fowlu long-term, it offered many of the features we were looking for. From a functional standpoint, it came down to a matter of preference. However, Flowlu customer service was lacking when it came to resolving a dispute regarding our membership.

Definitely positive. It is not the perfect product yet, but the team seems to strive for it. If you are willing to adapt your processes slightly, you can have a powerful and multipurpose tool that can save you a lot of time and effort throughout your pre-sale and execution cycles. Flowlu has been a boon by providing a single point of reference for all the projects and timelines, where we can store, invoice and manage all the projects.

The only reason that I stick with Flowlu is that it is the only PM tool that allows you to have multiple payers on one project. That's it. The support is severely lacking. Documentation is mediocre and the public comments of the developer/owner are kind of rude.
