1.0It is very rigid and lacks any sort of flexibility, this can be very off-putting for scalable businesses.
1.0The system was setup and the processes were flowing, however, at one point the credit card expired and the account/data got wiped. After heavily researching and trying to find out what happened we found that the account rep only contacted the email they had on file (which was incorrect) before wiping our data. At no point was our organisation contacted by any other means i.e. telephone, other than contacting the incorrect email address. Our data and configurations have now been wiped and are irretrievable.We have been told that our only option is to start an account and create the process again. Unacceptable for a company practice.
1.0It doesnt integrate in the way I need with my CRM Housecall Pro which completely eliminated the need for this product.

10.0I use Infusionsoft to run my entire business. From lead collection to sales follow ups and all of the marketing in between Infusionsoft automates my business.
Easy to use campaign builder that lets you visually see what your contacts are doing. Integrated payment system ensures everyone is paying and on time. Opportunity stages makes sure that no prospect falls through the cracks.

It is very organized! It makes it very easy to organize and clearly view all of your contacts and what stages they are in; instead of having to deal with all of the clutter that could be easily associated with hundreds of contacts and their various stages.
10.0the main advantage for us is to segment nd lead score our leads. segmenting them allows us to speak with different people differently. We all know that having a relevant conversation is better.
It allows you to segment prospects and deliver them different messages. It allows us to communicate with first time users differently from existing clients. It allows us to identify referral sources and communicate with them. It allows us to communicate with "lost users" and draw them back. Overall we can run more effective marketing by matching messages to people's behaviors and interests.
1.0We used Infusionsoft for lead management. It is used by our marketing team.
They really need a customer service team. Paying $500 referral fee business model may bring in a lot of not satisfying customers.
1.0We didn't implement InfusionSoft because it lacked the standard marketing automation features that other MAPs have, specifically dynamic content.
Standard MAP features like dynamic content are missing. Without these features, there are other simpler and more inexpensive MAPs and ESPs that you can use that would meet the feature set of Infusionsoft. Better implementation or turn-key process. I found the engagements extremely frustrating. At the onset, I asked the salesperson if they had package to get me up and running ASAP - and minimize the time I needed to be involved in it. He sold me additional implementation hours (3x normal) to accommodate customization. This seemed foreign to our implementation manager. After delivering workflows, providing requirements on the programs we wanted, and discussing these on our call, his first response was "Oh, you can do that yourself. When you're done, we can schedule another call." Lack of integrity. On our second attempt (a restart), the implementation manager shared his screen while he created our program. It took about 3 minutes as he spoke with me and he copied it 6 times. Then, he filled out the SOW on the call. The time he reported working on the account was 10 hours (although he said he was done and that the ball was in my court before he could do anything more). Poor customer experience. Throughout my experience, I expressed frustration that Infusionsoft was not meeting my needs. Getting a business up and running is hard enough. Infusionsoft was a killer. $7500, non-refundable, paid upfront for services and a system that even then agreed "wasn't a fit" because they couldn't accommodate my requirements without programs and updates getting really messy. The services were never completed. The system was never used. So I asked for a refund. After researching the calls and agreeing that 1) it wasn't a fit and 2) I was very frustrated in every experience I had with Infusionsoft, they reiterated that they don't provide refunds. They did ask what I thought might be a fair amount to which I offered, bill me for any time spent and refund the services that weren't spent and the entire license fee since it was never implemented. (That request was unreasonable from their perspective.) Generally, this company is not SMB friendly. I should have read the real reviews before purchasing.
1.0Infusionsoft was used to build client base and automate marketing.
User interface is not intuitive and very confusing. Learning curve is very prolonged and time consuming. Customer support is not geared towards the average user and frequently did not offer solutions that were practical. Start up package did little to get up to speed. Problems with email being recognized as a trusted source.

5.0Keap is a beast in itself in which you can do things effectively provided that you use it effectively, and know your way around it. We used Keap for managing our Contacts, sending promotional emails, marketing automation, and e-comm. Keap became much easier to use as we got to know the right ways of doing things starting from tag naming conventions, right ways of using Goals, Campaign links etc. And, now it is one of my favorite software when it comes to Marketing Automation.
4.0We have used it for over ten years now and stay because it does work however, there are a lot of features that are missing or are just dated. Luckily, we have found work around for most but it is discouraging that they haven't updated these.
4.0Built-in support for email marketing was a big assist. The automation released me from the mental burden of keeping track of where people were in the pipeline and what they needed to do next based on the results of customer-facing tasks.
5.0I recommend Keap to anyone looking for a CRM. It has the right combination of all those critical components. Our previous CRM was a problem in and of itself, but Keap actually helps us solve problems. We couldn't be happier.
