4.5I use monday.com almost daily to keep up with my projects and tasks to be completed in my role. I like that I can setup a board however I want to, and if I have questions, their resource center and help articles easily explain how to make it work for my needs. 5.0We now use monday.com daily for all of our projects, managing personal to-do lists and even just building out a client database on there, integrating into Active Campaign via Zapier and more. It's been a slow start for our team to get to full grips with it, but we've also taken on board the Monday.com core product certification, which in turn has upskilled our team more to feel more confident in their approach to Mondays, as well as the ability to better design our boards and how we use the platform for tracking of all the different elements of our business. 0.0Poor customer services and they overcharge automatically. Our account increased by 1 user so instead of upgrading us within the current plan from 25 to 30 users they automatically move you to a new plan on 50 users licenses which doubled our monthly payment from 250 - 470 over night. We did get a 4 day warning however I had contacted support every day for 4 days telling them not to upgrade and switch to 30 users but guess what !! they didn't. Day 5 I raise this again to be told to email support and get this downgraded? Been doing this for 7 days now without any look and no telephone support. 1.0The user interface is difficult to navigate it is very hard to find your way around. You need to be a tech savvy person to consider using this product.
1.0The task allocation and time tracking feature can not be split by team members. Workforecasting is manual. We spend more time on admin since paying for monday.com than before and it cost us a lot of time to configure. They want you to pay (AUD1600 per day) for any substantial ICT support (e.g. outside of what your own helpdesk can do)
1.0I would like more colors to be included for the different states, we are currently evaluating this tool for the sales department.

10.0It aids us in the day to day running of our product, from quoting to delivery and post campaign analysis, we rely on [monday.com] as a tool to deliver an efficient end-to-end product. We previously tracked everything using spreadsheets and inefficient project management tools, however having all of this information in one place has allowed us to manage the product more effectively and given us time to deliver more campaigns.
10.0We use [Monday.com] as our organization's main calendar. I love that we can slot tasks by day and see things on a macro level for our organization. Really helps manage and delegate tasks while meeting time expectations. It's effectively decreased meeting times by running everything through different modules and automations.
1.0Dapulse was used across the whole organisation to manage tasks for different departments. It was an easy to learn system that everyone could get started on immediately.
The interface is clunky, slow, buggy, and sometimes side bars pop up and you can't see your content. Support regularly asks for feedback, but doesn't respond to you when you provide it. Bugs with HTML occur where things won't drag, things won't show, and sometimes you can't scroll down the page while dragging.
1.0We have recently stopped using monday.com, but we were using it to manage events such as trade shows and to launch a website.

5.0Overall: I was very nervous when the team moved to Monday instead of using Google Docs or Google Sheets for tracking. However, the training videos on Monday were very informative and helpful. While I was very nervous in the beginning, the benefits far outweigh the growing pains of the transition.
3.0Overall: Reputation has a lot of promise, but it's lacking a layer of polish and integration that allows for it be extremely efficient for power users. It's clunky to handle if you use it for a lot of tasks/projects.
5.0Overall: Our team has really started to get into sync, improving efficiency and productivity while learning as we go. It's definitely an improvement over where we were before we started.
5.0Overall: I've been using it for over 5 years in a variety of different ways and it has never ceased to be useful in whatever situation. Fantastic, easy to use piece of kit.

4.0I really like dapulse, it's a great project and workflow management platform, actually the only one we've ever used that we never got tired of after a few weeks
5.0Lots of functionality, may be a bit excessive but its very easy on the eyes
