5.0Helps you to be more organized................
5.0Netchex is a very easy to use program that is also very accurate. I would recommend to any dealership/ service department.
5.0Payroll and benefits. Integration back in was not easy. Today, implementation of programs in smoother with may walk-throughs and support.
2.0The tax department is horrible. We have submitted several tickets about missing state tax not being filed or paid, unemployment tax not being paid or filed, and last we have had to educate Netchex on how to pay these taxes. We have received several late fees, penalties, and notices because of Netchex. Last, every ticket is unprioritized; our tickets are open on average 5 weeks before they are fully resolved. Moreover, the talent acquisition system is horrible. The system doesn't tell you when a candidate applied for other jobs. The system doesn't generate reports that you can use to help manage the recruiting team or to increase efficiency. Moreover, when you call Netchex to get customized reports they say it isn't their system we have to contact another party to get answers and customized reports.
2.0The implementation has been the most terrible implementation I have ever went through with any company ever. There is 0 communication. There is 0 follow through. They do not make their clients a priority in any way. I would like nothing more than to erase everything we have done with Netchex and start from scratch.
2.0For about 8 years, we had the swipe clock, and there was definitely the issue of 'buddy punching', so we decided to do the biometric clock. Again, I had a couple of other options, but I am sure everyone is aware of how much time and energy goes into inputting data for all the employees. Only one of our companies has 100 employees and we have more than one. It is a laborious task, which I already went thru when I moved from another software to this one. It was a painful procedure, inputting socials, dates of birth, addresses, telephone numbers, exemptions and what have you. Having gone through it once, I wouldn't want to do it again, which is the only reason, I am hesitant to move to another company. Well my problems started when we moved to the biometric clock. Either they have not given us the right hardware, or I don't know. But almost every 2 weeks, I see the punches from the clock have not uploaded to the software. In the 8 years that I had the previous clock, it might have happened maybe 4 times, so an average of once in 2 years, that was ok right. But this is like once every 2 weeks, and I have informed them. they replaced the clock once, but the same thing is happening again, so maybe it is a software compatability. But if is frustrating. Wastes a lot of my time, and they don't seem to have an answer

10.0We switched to Netchex in November of 2020. Netchex is a great all-inclusive option for not only my managers but all of the employees. The employee self-service allows the employees to make changes as they need to without having to complete forms and submit them to HR. Payroll is super easy and pulls in the timecards without having to go anywhere else to do that.

10.0I am utilizing Netchex to process payrolls, new hires, terminations, benefits, and reports.
10.0We just recently switched from Paychex to Netchex and although it's only been a couple of weeks, I am extremely satisfied with Netchex. I have asked questions and needed assistance and got it within just several minutes.....unlike with Paychex where I would wait days for a response. I like the fact that I have a group of people that can help with my payroll issues instead of just one person. Each of my employees can access their own payroll information, or I can access it for them which eliminates the need for paper check stubs. The Netchex online portal is very user-friendly.
Online is very user friendly for the user and the account manager They were able to deduct our HSA and deposit it into our HSA accounts. Paychex could never figure that out.
1.0We are a Dealertrack customer and were forced to integrate with Netchex. Netchex/Dealertrack need to work on their integration and perfect the communication between the two programs. Netchex has a decent product, however, they need to beef up their support. Support is only available during regular business hours. Our company works more than just regular business hours and this is an inconvenience.
8.0It is used by our accounting office for company payroll. It enables us to process employee payroll without adding additional personnel. It has the capability of creating payroll records for hourly, salaried, and commission based employees. It also has mechanisms for adding payroll deductions for various types of insurance, holiday pay, vacation, taxes, and voluntary deductions.
8.0We are a seasonal employer with upwards of 750 staff during the summer months in 25 different locations throughout the US. We implemented Netchex across our entire organization in 2018. Netchex has helped us better track time and attendance and provides our employees with transparency of their wages.
Each summer, I upload 400+ new employees into the Netchex system. There are a few areas of the system that do not have an option to do a bulk update/change for those new staff. One of them is the time & attendance web time-clock assignment. I have to go into each individual employee file and take 3-5 clicks to get their timecard set up. Netbenefits is still hard to navigate as an administrator and an employee. It doesn't have the updated look like the rest of the employee self-service dashboard. It would be great for this to be updated and to also be easier to use for the employee by offering a way for the employee to click on plan documents in the system.

3.0Overall: The experience we were sold and the experience we received have been in polar opposition. The sales team was involved and detailed but the staff at Netchex appear to be not well trained and far from experts in payroll and HR processing. Management will address concerns but there is no follow up and issues persist from month to month and years. The entire experience has been very dissappointing and challenging. We moved to Netchex to create efficiencies within our limited staff responsibilities and have ultimately created more work for accounting, payroll and HR. We have zero confidence in the ability of the Netchex staff and software to provide accurate results and recompute everything.
2.0Overall: I have been with them for like 9 years now, and have explained above why I have been with them. I do not want to go thru the hassle and pain of transferring the enormous data over to a new software, waste of time, money, energy. But I might reach the end of my patience soon, and just move to another one.
5.0Overall: I must commend the exceptional customer support provided by the Netchex team. Whenever we encounter any issues or have questions about the system, their support staff are always prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable, ensuring that our concerns are addressed promptly.
5.0Overall: It has been a massive improvement of what we were using before. It is lightyears beyond that. We have to take some extra steps to figure things out, but the customer service has always been helpful.
5.0Overall: They have saved us time and money and my sanity. I used to have to process payroll manually and trying to figure out everyone's taxes was taxing, so this has literally saved me!
