4.5The interface is very easy to navigate, and the GANTT charts are visually appealing, and easy-to-follow. TeamGantt has come in very handy when working on large audio projects as a teaching assistant and within my further studies. Those projects of which have had long timescales; allowing me to form a visual representation of the project and the required tasks to be completed, and the date by which they should be done. 5.0On top of this, they reallly excel with internalizing the needs of project managers. We love the functionality to define collaborators or other companies under resources without assigning them a profile, or paying extra. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
5.0Templates are also great because I don't have to create a new project from scratch every time I get a new client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
2.5The organization of the system still needs some work. The layout of the site can seem very overwhelming and can get very mundane when creating templates, copying those templates month after month, and adjusting the timestamps for each task. Can be very time consuming for large projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
2.5Updates to the chart are slow to load and you have to flip between two systems to make certain changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
3.5The synchronisation with Basecamp is very good but can be difficult to get the sync to work both ways. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

5.0My entire team is remote and we all function from TeamGantt to keep projects on track. It's easy to use and very helpful. Don't know how we'd get along without it.
5.0Overall this is a great tool TeamGantt transformed the way our team works and has made us SIGNIFICANTLY more efficient. Problems get spotted and solved quicker and work moves much more smoothly than before.
5.0The graphic interface, the differents elements in the screen let me see that this software have a great work.

3.0It's not a bad tool, but it needs some touching up.

5.0TeamGantt is being used at our company to manage a newsletter content calendar to stay organized and divide work. This was specifically important over the last year and a half because many of our Team Members are working from home. We use TeamGantt for several projects but the Newsletter Content Calendar is the one that I use regularly with student interns.
Allows tasks and timelines to be assigned. VERY easy to learn and use. Easy to administer and manage in terms of creating users and assigning them to projects.
5.0TeamGantt is being used as a project management tool within our company. The tools are used by all departments. However, the main users are the individuals in supervising, management, and/or other leadership type roles. The software helps us track strategy progress in an organized and illustrative way. The tool does a great job of cutting down on the time it takes to track strategies (at one point, we used Excel).
TeamGantt displays different initiatives in an extremely aesthetically pleasing manner. Assume Project X is dependent upon the completion of Project Y. TeamGantt has a way of illustrating this relationship in a (once again) appealing way. The interface is very easy to use. Without watching/reading their training videos/documents, I was able to grasp the basics very quickly. The ability to alert teammates to updates (@teammate_x) comes in handy.
4.5We use TeamGantt across our entire organization. As our team's internal project manager, I create a new Gantt chart any time we sign a new project. Our company's bread-and-butter is building websites, so TeamGantt allows me to efficiently create a Gantt chart to lay out the project plan in a way that is easy for our team and our clients to understand.
Creating a Gantt chart is very simple and takes significantly less time than creating one manually. TeamGantt gives you the ability to create and save templates so that, if your team has projects that follow the same basic plan, you can create a new Gantt chart very quickly using your custom templates. TeamGantt has a report function that makes it easy to see at-a-glance which projects are behind, which are on time and which are ahead of schedule.
2.5While I use this program with my current place of employment, I also use it with freelance work I do outside of the primary. This program is great for not just managing your team, but yourself. It operates with two modes (in my opinion) in tacking problems that help people understand what is going on. The first is that it is visual. Not all people respond to just bullet points or text; they respond better when seeing a visual representation of time/needs. The second is that it helped me to manage myself. The biggest problem I had was communicating with people - and meeting my own standards - within the scope of a project. This was the perfect communication method for it.
Accessibility - We like to pretend this isn't a factor when technology comes in to play, but I did have issues with some rather stubborn individuals who wanted to continue using post-its. While TeamGANTT made it easy for them to learn, it did require a modicum of knowledge to fully accept the program. Didn't feel as though some of the PM options were applicable to me, and also that some didn't quite match what I needed.
4.0If you are like me, you probably run a company that needs to keep track of a lot of tasks at once. The problem is, most project management systems don't allow you to track what happens if a project is late. We often will plan out 3 months ahead of time, but then immediately when something gets delayed, everything else is delayed as well. TeamGantt helps us show a Gantt chart (what we call our waterfall) to know the immediate effects of projects being late.
No integration. We wish it could integrate with our project management system to make things faster. Hard to add multiple dependencies. Could have better views/reporting.
I wish TeamGantt had the ability to easily track different iterations of the Gantt chart over time. For example, a lot of our project plans need to be updated due to delays as we progress. Currently, if you want to compare past versions of the Gantt chart for a particular project, you either have to create multiple Gantt charts for the same project within the app or export each one as a PDF and store them somewhere so that you can go back when needed. I wish TeamGantt integrated with more third-party apps. For example, we use Clickup for task management and it'd be nice if we could integrate the two. The sharing function is not ideal. Whenever we need to share a Gantt chart with a client, we have to export it as a pdf and email it to them.

5.0Overall: As a small consulting business, we've been able to streamline all our project tasks, allocations of staff time, and overall project timelines using this system so that we can see it all in a glance. We're easily able to decide who has free time for emerging projects, plan ahead for busy weeks, adjust schedules, and keep all our communications organized within the software platform. With all our work being virtual, this is extremely helpful for our staff, as well as our clients, to stay on track and share progress. Although it's more than we'd hoped to pay, it's been beneficial because it has all the features we need and we are all excited to actually USE it.
5.0Overall: Overall, TeamGantt has filled a huge gap that I was dealing with in project planning. I plan to continue using it for many years to come. I'm a huge fan of the ease of use and percent complete tracking. I've been able to use the percent complete to help estimate remaining work / budget for projects to keep stakeholders informed.
4.0Overall: The greatest benefit is the simplicity of use. Second, it's simple to make new tasks, assign them to team members, and track their progress. Making graphs and charts is a breeze. Good job with the clustering. The breakdown in time can be precisely adjusted as well.
5.0Overall: I wanted a means to readily make available to my owners a chart displaying where our trucks would be and who would be driving them at any given moment, and Gantt provided that for me.
5.0Overall: I really liked it, and if I'm ever looking for a project management system again, I'll heavily consider it. A really good app for a reasonable price.
3.0Overall: This tool makes sharing my gantt charts with clients a breeze.
