5.0We have successfully implemented many of the modules. Employee Voice is one of the 'more fun' modules and provides great reporting capabilities for listening to your employees.
5.0I like the flexibility inherent in the way the software was set up. Having been such a long standing customer who has been acquired twice during that time, I've been able to adjust for the reporting needs of new management teams quite easily.
1.0UKG does not care anymore. The one thing that has improved is UKG support staff have become much better at excuses takes much longer to find solutions. When they tweak their system that causes us to have errors, they act like they dont understand. Instead of them fixing the issue, they send us highly technical instructions to make our own fixes. They actually outsource the solution to use to fix the problem they created and then when the solution does not work properly, they blame us missing a step.
1.0Very difficult to use, NOT USER FRIENDLY at all. A lot of fields that are so complicated and unnecessary. This app will surely make you feel AT LOST for wanting just to punch your time!
1.0Implementation assistance was nonexistent. Everything we try to get help with is a huge expense. Turnover of account reps is constant. We are on our third or fourth in about a year of using the system. No one gives you their phone number and every request has to go through a case management system that they never respond to. Setting up a file feed is the most frustrating experience I have ever encountered. They use outsourced consultants that take like 6 months to schedule. The file feeds that we requested before we started using the system are still not completed a year later. The one feed we were able to get setup needed one organization code repathed. Its been three weeks since we entered the request and they have not even started it. We were told once they get around to starting it, it would take eight weeks. When you questions them on why something so simple takes so long they just give you absurdly inflated project timelines.

10.0UltiPro is an excellent software tool that allows organizations to track staff time and attendance, ensure that time is coding to the correct payroll expenditure accounts, enables a variety of reports to be run, facilitating data analysis. We use it across the entire organization, and it allows for information to be collected and disseminated to accounting, human resources and other departments. UltiPro will be a partner with our organization as we go forward into more technological areas and need to respond to staff needing mobile alternatives.
10.0We use UltiPro for all of our HCM needs, from employee records management, performance reviews, recruiting and onboarding, timekeeping and payroll processing. It allows us to maintain records for six sister manufacturing companies with employees in more than 10 states.
UltiPro helps us easily report on metrics and provide useful analytics to our executive team. Single sign-on access makes it easy for the HR and Payroll team to maneuver between modules and perform our job more efficiently. The available training and support from the Customer Success Portal is incomparable. Every method of learning is well represented, whether it be hands-on practical application, quick tips or live chat.
10.0UltiPro is being used primarily by Human Resources and Payroll. We have been able to automate the payroll and HR processes, which has enabled us to grow the company without growing those departments. In addition, we encourage all of our employees to utilize the Self-Service Portal, which has enabled us to implement a paperless payroll system.
1.0We are currently using UltiPro for Recruiting, Onboarding, HRIS, and Time Management. We will be using the Benefits portion of UltiPro very soon.
Our implementation was not smooth. You have to open a case for everything, you can't just call your Account Manager. There were products we learned about after implementation that could have better suited our needs. We have worked with some individuals that are not fully knowledgeable and have provided incorrect information and/or led us down the wrong path.
1.0The company uses UKG Pro for payroll and time tracking. I am only involved in using their Cognos reporting engine and the associated API to extract data from UKG Pro.
In my opinion, customer support often cannot answer questions without pointing us to their consulting group In my opinion, integration of payroll with timekeeping is difficult In my opinion, API support is weak, one one tab of a report can be exported and the API is not at all flexible...
1.0Use of Ultipro was recently implemented at my company for HR, Payroll, Benefits and Time Management administration throughout the company. I personally am using it as an hourly employee so I use the system for time punches, PTO requests, view time sheets and pay stubs.

5.0I've been using UltiPro for nearly 8 years now and the service is amazing. I love the people and the tenure is long at this company. I like working with the same folks sometimes as we develop a friendship. They are open to feedback and are responsive and I really like how they take their time to help you understand your request is being met.
4.0As a medium-sized business, I appreciate having access to a wide variety of employee onboarding resources. As a tool for continuing education and professional development, it is invaluable. It's fantastic to have everything our HR department and our staff need in one place.
4.0The transition from a paper-based approach has been revolutionary for our company. The most important advantage is that it allows our managers to see all of their employees' records in one place, make edits, view their timesheets in one place, and generate reports.
4.0Recruiting from a wider pool of candidates has been made easier by the system's seamless integration. This program has helped facilitate a steady stream of qualified applicants, which has decreased the cost per employee and shortened the time to recruit.
5.0I would recommend UKG Pro to my peers having used the system in some form or fashion for over 15 years.
