5.0All the apps are integrated. It is really functional and useful for my own business as well as for my clients' businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
5.0It's a good option for teams of all sizes and industries which offers to manage, track and maintain records of any project from the beginning to the finish of the project and takes the Project Management to the next level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
4.0The ability to have an overview of the project, through graphs and customizable dashboards, is very useful. Integration with other Zoho applications and external tools can also be beneficial to centralize information and automate processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
0.0We are moving to another vendor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
0.0This makes us look stupid towards our clients - hence - I wouldn't recommend Zoho Projects to any agency that values their clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
0.0If the products work great! If not don't expect support to help you. It is terrible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

5.0better than all the restTime is a precious resource that shapes our lives in profound ways. It provides structure, enabling us to plan, organize, and achieve our goals. Time's passage allows for growth, learning, and experiences that contribute to our personal development. It serves as a measure of progress, helping us track accomplishments and milestones. Time's limited nature reminds us of the urgency to make the most of each moment. Ultimately, understanding the importance of time encourages us to prioritize what truly matters and make meaningful contributions to our lives and the world around us.
1.0Zoho Projects is truly one of the least intuitive, most frustrating softwares I have ever used. It's been nothing but a headache from start to finish with some of the worst UX/UI I've ever seen and it lacks some of the most basic tools a project management software should have. I'm so relieved to be moving on.
1.0The lack of its ability to actually function and provide the services it claims to. The early versions of this app actually worked.
1.0Does not integrate with Quickbooks. Can not add basic client contact information. Can't view all invoices that are due or in draft form (they force you to use another one of their clunky platforms). The Zoho Dashboard is terribly unhelpful and uninformative. You can not run basic reports like; time reports for team members across projects, expenses, invoiced projects, etc. You can't even simply alphabetize Client Users, so as you add clients they are sorted by when you entered them, only. You can only export information in one format and the reports provide very little (helpful) information; for example if you want to export your Clients. The report that is generated only provides the internal Client ID#, Name, User Name, Email Address, Role, Invoice. It does not provide State/End Dates, what Projects are associated with Clients, any Budget information, and so on, and so on. Invoice, Expense, and Time information are shown and available only through each individual Project. You can not see all invoices due, total amounts out standing, or time sheets across Projects and Clients. You are forced to click into each individual project to access that information and once again, the reports you are able to generate are very limited. I could go on about all the "cons" associated with Zoho Project but I don't have time.

10.0Zoho Projects is being used by the whole organization to track client and in-house projects. Our billing model is either per-project pricing or in increments of 15 mins and Zoho Projects tracks time so many ways. It is so easy for an employee to enter their time and for project managers to then extract that information and for billing to use that information to populate invoices.
There are so many ways to log hours! Each employee can choose the method that works best for them. Having choice empowers the employees. The BugTracker feature is amazing! The BugTracker allows custom fields to better fit our needs. Also, the ability to add files, images and comments to each issue has saved us time and headaches! The reports export with all of the important information we and our clients need. Zoho Projects can be customized in so many ways. No matter what your company does or in what field, Zoho Projects will work for you! Zoho Projects keeps getting better! Recent new enhancements makes it even easier to navigate and the new keyboard shortcuts are amazing!
10.0We use Zoho projects to manage all activities in our organisation. Every sprint and project milestone is tracked on Zoho projects. We have a no bosses culture at Simpliance, hence every action and reaction is based on what an employee does on Zoho projects. All performance is linked to meeting timelines defined on Zoho.
Simple and easy to set up and start using Very effective for projects and tech sprints for a software development company like ours Very rare to find any bugs or data loss Allows seamless collaboration and monitoring Constant innovation and new features which keep us loyal
10.0We use Zoho Projects in our organization for project planning, scheduling and information management. It helps us break complex projects into milestones, tasks and subtasks. Its features are very helpful in the management of the project in its various phases and it also integrates with other tools we use like Zoho Books for managing the projects’ finances and clients’ billing.
The best tool for planning projects (for non-certified project planners or beginners). It allows the division of complex projects in milestones, tasks, and subtasks, and to schedule activities according to deadlines. It is also good for task monitoring and projects discussion. The best features: Mobile app, project organization, calendar, and email integration.
1.0We implemented Zoho projects across the entire professional services side of our organization. We used it as our primary project management system for client work, helping coordinate cross-functional teams. Before Zoho, we were using Basecamp and having trouble tracking projects (our team is part of 100s of projects at a time, so the Basecamp format was messy). We were hoping Zoho's structure would make more sense for our organization.
UI: I wouldn't say Zoho was ever pleasant to use. Having used Asana for many projects in the past (and believe it's one of the prettiest, most intuitive options), I found Zoho extremely clunky. It's also missing basic functionality like recurring tasks. Too Complex: We are a technically-minded team, but project management novices. Zoho offers too much customization and due to the poor UI, it was tough to make it our own without the help of our CTO.
3.0We currently decided to not use Zoho any longer. I have a small Accounting business, and myself and my partner tried to use Zoho for many months to organize our projects and keep up with projects that were in a pending status, completed as well as reoccurring. It was a struggle to use this software based on the lack of customization we wanted and needed. It worked well for client data storage and campaign process, but overall it did make the cut as being our project management solution long term.
It needs to have more customization. Features were too basic. It's hard to reach support and training features.
7.0Zoho Projects was used as a collaboration tool across the company to track project status, timelines, and manage workloads. The tool gives you the ability create dependency task lists that start backward or forward. Integrations were helpful. Reports were used for internal visibility and assisted with overall management and expectations. Overall the tool was very easy to use with a simple user interface.
Task & Time Tracking could use some additional refining Need for a larger knowledge base and help sections - Have to figure out a lot on my own or calling their help desk UI could use some improvements

5.0In many occasions with the eagerness to achieve corporate objectives the allocation or distribution of the different tasks is something cumbersome and exhausting for some team members and tracking progress is much more exhausting, this causes that objectives are not achieved or that some members have much more workload than others, Zoho Projects allows us to optimally manage each and every one of our projects or tasks, distribute them homogeneously, make a detailed monitoring of both the progress of the task or the people involved in them; All this translates into work effectiveness, time optimization, a good use of this resource considerably increases the performance of the team and exploits the capabilities of its members.
4.0I really like the functions, the tools, and everything else that this software provides us with in order to manage a project. Those tools are really useful and important at the moment in order to manage a project and collaboration, and this software, it's absolutely useful if you want to manage like a professional.
4.0Project managers, engineers, and consultants can all manage and administer projects from any location with the help of Zoho Projects. A browser-based, cross-platform, and rather user-friendly SaaS solution. It has all the capabilities one would expect from a program of this type.
4.0We were able to plan, coordinate, and manage all of our work projects in a safe and straightforward manner after using Zoho Projects.organize, coordinate, and manage all of our work initiatives in a streamlined, risk-free manner.

4.0I've been using Zoho for some time after MS Projects fell out of favour with me. Not only have I had no issues with the software, but it's intuitive and easy to use. Feature set is great, and they're pretty generous giving you one project for free. I figured I'd try it just the once but I've since paid for it and have found continued success with it.
