What I find most appealing about it is the visualization feature. It offers an easy-to-understand representation of your funnel and how you're progressing towards your goals, which can be incredibly motivating. Moreover, it has integrations with several other services and comes with an Android app that's perfect for people who are always on the go. Everything: customer service is bad always get vm, they don't call back within the time window they tell you, they speak to you as if you were doing something wrong and not a platform error, CRM is slow, does not load information quickly, have to refresh all the time, I can keep going but it would be a waste of time as it is using this CRM, in conclusion worst CRM ever used Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have used the service for about 6 months. although UI & UX is good, but website is very slow and it bothers you. The more important point is if you want to cancel subscription, It has a very long procedure and they want to force you to continue using service.
