4.5The tools showing conversion rates for diffferent time periods is also a great feature giving a better idea on how many opportunitie I need to connect with to generate the future sales I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
5.0I am thoroughly impressed with this CRM! Easily integrated (like 5 minutes!) and using it with almost every transaction/action in the workplace. Its intuitive interface simplifies workflow, making managing contacts a breeze. They have a great pipeline set up that enables us to manage and organise sales stages. The standout feature, however, is the exceptional customer support. The team was responsive, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to address any queries promptly. Their dedication ensures a seamless experience, setting this CRM apart from the rest. Highly recommend for businesses seeking not only a robust tool but also top-notch support! 5.0Capsule has been an amazing additional to our business. It is fully customizable and so user friendly. I have already recommended it to many of my colleagues and associates. The reports and filters makes it easy to get the information out of the CRM you want easily. The fact that I can email directly from the CRM is so valuable to my organisation, keeping all details of customer and driver interactions in an easy to find place. Our business has had it's best every 2 years and Capsule has played an intergrel role in that. On the odd occasion I have had difficulties, the customer support team has been there to assist in a timely and effecient way. Finally the to do list within Capsule, mean it's my go to each morning to get my day organised and focused. My emails are also intregated so all calendar appointments pop up so I never miss a meeting. I have been using Capsule for about 2 years, I use it daily and look forward to continuing to use it for organising my day, my leads, reporting and measuring for the continued success of my business. 2.0I just started using Capsule and just like Trello, I'm having a hard time falling in love. For weddings it's not very intuitive and seems like a lot of work. Perhaps I just can't get past the main page/ dash board. It's too crowded and I wish there was a way to filter the view (by keywords) or minimize the conversations, or view more of the updates on a particular client without having to click away. 2.5While there was nothing wrong with the tool in particular, it was outdated and did not provide all the functionality of some of the more recent CRMs. The UI was clunky and did not have a modern aesthetic which made us worried that Capsule was not making frequent improvements to their tool. The reporting features were very basic - you could get the info you needed in a spreadsheet but not much more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
2.5What Capsule really needs, that in fairness it's competitors don't really have either, is real recommendations on how to get the best out of it's software. What do I really need to do to make using Capsule a success for my business Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

9.0Only those involved in business development have Capsule licenses (though as a supporting team member, I sometimes help them maintain and organize their information). It allows us to centralize our research on potential buyers, keep our sales pipeline current, and project what the future holds.
Capsule is very easy to use. You can just jump in and learn as you go. There are advantages to really learning the ins and outs, but for those who aren't sold on a CRM to begin with it's good for just getting them started. It is what you make of it--you can use the most basic features or really dive in to the many functionalities. The UI is clean and intuitive. We don't get easily overwhelmed while using it. Capsule has a very robust contact management system. It allows for the generation of very specific lists within existing contacts, which is good if the user has to keep track of thousands of individuals and companies. There is a tagging feature that is great for further organizing contacts. I like that there is a simple workflow option. I encourage the sales guys to make use of this "Tracks" feature, and they often do (but if they don't, it's not the end of the world, which is nice). It provides custom sets of tasks that are created as soon as you start an opportunity or a case. Capsule has a LOT of integrations, which is great if you're looking to expand what you do with your CRM. We got Capsule just to keep track of the sales pipeline, but now that everyone's on board with the concept of a CRM (they weren't sold at first!) we can look into implementing more robust programs that can "talk to" Capsule.
9.0Across the organisation, for all prospect and customer contacts, records, conversations, and by subcontractors
Everything is captured in one place and we always refer to this when in touch with customers It's flexible for the very individual customers we have, and good for all forms of communication, while keeping all the standard details in order Allowing multiple websites, addresses and so on for each organisation and person is brilliant
9.0Capsule CRM is a very powerful free CRM that can handle the fairly complex needs of our book marketing company. It is used across the whole organization to track leads, clients, and marketing contacts. We connect authors to books, and books to newspapers, bookstores, etc, and Capsule CRM is able to handle that for us for free. It's not super customizable, but it is the best we could hope for for the price!
Many fields. It's not super customizable, at least at the free level, but there are many fields that you can utilize to fit your needs Entirely web based. We've never experienced down time or lag issues. Free! It's hard to find a powerful database for free.

5.0Overall: I've been using Capsule for several months and I am very happy. Occasionally I try other apps just to see, but none of them are as easy to use. Capsule feels like a gem of a CRM in a field crowded with lots of apps. If you need reminders of who to follow up with and when, Capsule does that really welland can grow with you as you grow. Next year I'll likely need to upgrade from the free level, and I'll gladly do so.
4.0Overall: Overall I have been pleasantly surprised. I at first thought the system would be too underpowered for what we needed, but it has actually delivered on what we have needed and the simplicity of changing things has allowed us to easily experiment with our processes until we have things right. It has suited our small team very well - and I look forward to seeing how well it scales with us.
3.0Overall: I am hoping that they will fix the above deficiency quickly or we have to change to a different app.
5.0Overall: Peace of mind for my business
