Users really like Pipedrive as it allows them to manage the sales pipeline in one place so rather than having them scattered across different systems and spreadsheets. At the end of the day, there are definitely more powerful CRMs that can support broader functionality, but they have a crazy high learning curve. 0.0Not robust enough to function as an actual CRM. Very buggy UI. Often times objects (e.g. notes or logged emails) won't load. Very difficult to create comprehensive dashboards. 0.0I have been experiencing the same issue for the third time. Only this time it has been 10 days now and the issue is not fixed. The issue is: my new contacts from Gmail do not get automatically added to pipedrive. This create a significant work overload for me as I rely on my CRM"s full integration with Gmail. I have lost sales because of this issue. And after 5 days a solution was offered but it didn't fix the issue. Now we are at 10 days and no solution to fix the issue has been offered. 5.0It enables everyone to add new lead/prospect information without any hassle. You can update their status from pending, waiting on the client, waiting on us, to Closing the deal and it gives a cool little celebratory cartoon popup that's super fun as well. Pipedrive integrated really easily with our company slack channel as well making it even more helpful as it sends the updates across the company letting everyone know the status update on a deal etc.
5.0Overall, I have had a positive experience with Pipedrive. The tool has helped me to streamline my sales process and stay organized, which has resulted in increased productivity and sales. The customer support team is also very responsive and helpful.
5.0It is a good email marketing platform. SMS and emails can be easily sent to clients. The price is very reasonable, and some even consider it cheap.
1.0Would have worked well for our small team - we each work for ourselves and pay our own expenses - we will find something else was can each pay for - very disappointed. Leaving a bad review every single place I can! Getting my moneys worth for being charged for 4 people when currently they are not even set up - just got the invite!

10.0We use Pipedrive across our whole organization and are beginning to use it to manage multiple brands from one platform. Primarily it is used as a sales-focused CRM, but with its ability to customize pipelines and deal stages we have adapted it for sales, business development, strategic partner development, contractor/employee hiring, and a few other areas. Because of its deep integrations with G Suite (which we use), and developer and integration-friendly team and architecture, it has become the backbone of our business processes. We integrate pretty much any appropriate application into so we can use it to have a truly full-featured and functional platform to operate out of.
Pipedrive has probably the best sales pipeline visualization and management process - the constant prompt to add the next activity is critical to ensuring deals are pushed through the sales process in a timely fashion. The "Deal Rotting" feature provides a way to see, at a glance which deals are slipping through the cracks and need attention. For users and organizations who know their numbers cold, it can easily show on one screen, what needs attention and what does not. Pipedrive is super friendly to integrating with other Apps and has a great API. Their architecture and team seriously give their platform an almost future proof aspect because they will allow you to connect other tools you use to make the platform more useful to their users while focusing on improving their core offering constantly: managing sales pipelines.
10.0I used this to manage the company's customers, and the results were awesome. Before using it, the sales team saved all the customers' information in a notebook. This wasn't efficient, so I decided to change the game rules, and we increased our productivity quickly. This is a powerful tool for your sales team. Completely recommended.

1.0We used Pipedrive as our CRM for an employee recognition software startup. It was mostly used by sales though other departments had access to it as well. Our goal was to find an economical and easy to use CRM that can scale as the team grows. Daily activity includes calling, emailing, and progressing deals.
Support was very poor. It was hard to track conversations and the agents weren't knowledgeable. We had lots of problems with integrations Price kept on rising.
2.0Whole organization uses it. It's one of two CRM systems we use. Mostly use Pipedrive to manage sales pipeline.

5.0We use Pipedrive to capture interest in future home buyers and relationships with potential realtor partners. Pipedrive helps us manage all aspects of the deal making process and track our results in closing home mortgages. It is very intuitive and affordable to use and helps us keep track of where each customer is in the process. It also helps us manage results with each of our realtor partners.
The forecasting feature is not as robust as I would like. For example [I would like] to create a 3 month target and then see how we are doing with our current deals in play. There are no sales steps per pipeline stage. For example in Stage x, we might have 6 items that need to be completed. Currently we have to remember what they are or refer to list and manually type them in for each deal. It does makes our deal managing process (execution of calls, tasks, emails, meetings) more manual and tedious to manage. Would be nice to see an "If Then" option for task execution. If the customer is X, then execute Y, otherwise go to Z. Would like better security for increasing users. For example as loan officers, we would like to give access to our realtors. Since they run separate businesses, we need to keep their data base separate from ours, but have a way to jointly collaborate around helping to close our shared home-buyers. Building an interface between two companies each using Pipedrive, but the sharing same customers would be awesome. Alternatively, we add them aa a limited user in our system, but give them the ability to create their own lead management system and steps and tie shared ones to us.

2.0Overall: Mixed. The product has been designed well with a lot of attention to detail but massive bugs that are getting in the way of work are not getting the required attention. As a product that is tied to my sales performance this is not an area that we can compromise.

3.0It's good for simple businesses. But if you want to customize it, it has limitations. Although you can make a lot of customized fields but **no formula field.** This is needed for things like sales commission. They seem to have a responsive customer service, but seems to need more knowledge in the ins and outs of how their crm works. Pipedrive seem to have good call logging feature.
