    Nutshell is so easy to use. I am new to the sales world and the previous CRM that we were using was so confusing and tedious. I felt like I was not being efficient with my time or able to keep up with notes and updates for my profiles. But with nutshell they make it so easy. Everything is separated into categories and there's 24 hour help and videos if needed. I use nutshell everyday and can say that my notes and time management have exceeded expectations. I can even lay out different categories on my dashboard for easy to find things. Without having to go through a lot of different hoops. I recommend nutshell to any business starting off and feel overwhelmed by how many CRM's are out there. The implementation is direct and simple. And allows you to set your own pipelines.     The hardest part about CRMs for us in the past was the buy in from our sales team. The complexity and design just never inspired them to see it as the "source of truth" we hoped for.     I am happy that the customer service team is timely in their responses. Overall the platform is easy to use. There is a bit of a learning curve, especially if your email lists are not up to date but if they are then you're good to go.     Support always takes at least a day to reply to inquiries. That can be a long time when you have a serious issue. There was one time I reached out to support and they were OOO for two days for some training event. Seriously? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

    Where do I start. Seems like they lived in a cave while designing the product. There are so many fundamental mistakes. Can't export first name last name. Can't mass update variables. Deduping is pathetic. Can't update fields without opening the contact. The drip sequences practically uneditable. The data base of templates if pathetic. And the list goes on.... It is not even worth my time to talk about them. I use it only because it is hart to switch and no body gave proper reviews. Copper is so much better. So is streak and hubspot.     Not much. I could keep my contacts in a spreadsheet and have more access to the data. I'd be able to search data more effectively. It's pretty bad all around.

    We used Nutshell as our first CRM as on the surface it had good features, however, when we grew and it came time to migrate to a custom CRM we had built, it was near impossible to export our data and the support team was absolutely useless. I would avoid using Nutshell.

    Still waiting to see for the most part - It is a good software to manage people on their calling the customer. Easy Spying on daily use. Glad we are a micro company, can't imagine using Nutshell for 1000 employees

    The company I work for uses Nutshell to input candidate demographics for use in the Staffing/ recruiting industry. This software is one of the essential tools for this business. Nutshell CRM has made the process more fluid and accurate. We are able to locate candidates with the software by location, and industry . Searching by keyword is also very easy. The tools provided by Nutshell keep our records up to date. Most of our departments utilize this software, to access and follow up with candidates. If information is put in and current , dashboard will give accurate status update on how we are doing as far as leads and time executed. Nutshell gives ease of use and saves time on research. Since using nutshell there has been at least 3-4 updates on software , which has always given some level of improvements. Really enjoy the software , easy to use and once you are competant of the software any updates or changes to format will be easy to understand .
    Keyword search, location search lets you know where on the map your account is, helps with follow ups, sends notifications via email at least 15 to 30 mins ahead of time, like that. :) I love that i don't even have to read , to know what is going on . Everything is color coded, email blue, notes yellow/orange, calls white. We can track our progress easily for the day, and see where we can use improvements. Completely organized like a filing system. Home page lets you see real time view of what you have been doing, for example, calls that were made, who you called and any notes left and if emails were sent, date, time and location you sent to is updated almost instantly For any company who relies heavily on lead generation, this is a software that will keep track of past present and future leads. by location, by industry, by volume, and more. I can see this software being used by other industries

    We use Nutshell CRM for a few different things. It helps us keep track of businesses, individuals in that business, and what activity needs to be done with them. It also helps with timelines, and general knowledge of a leads for different projects we are tracking. Nutshell CRM is mainly used by our sales and spec teams, although everyone in our company has access to the basics of Nutshell should they need it. It has addressed problems such as the timing of activities, and the team all being on the same page as they all have access to every activity, meeting, notes, etc.
    Nutshell is great with reminders from calls, emails, meetings, and activities it helps you track all of the necessary every day must-do activities. The best thing about Nutshell CRM is that multiple team members can refer to it whether they are in the office or on the road. Nutshell is great on a PC, Mac, or pretty much any mobile device. One of the many things that I personally like about Nutshell is how user-friendly it is. Once you work with it for a day or two everything is super easy to manage.

    Nutshell CRM is used in two of our divisions that perform outbound marketing and sales calls. We use Nutshell to store contact information for our current customers, inactive accounts, partners, and prospective customers. We log activities, run reports, communicate internally, and use features of Nutshell to plan outside sales trips all over the U.S. Nutshell CRM is the heart of our main marketing/sales divisions and our customer service division will often reach out to us for insight on new customers or inactive accounts.
    Customization - we are able to make Nutshell make the most sense for our company and processes Scheduling - the ability to set tasks allows us to never forget a follow-up call or email Tags - allow us to prioritize leads and segment our customers and potential customers Communication - the ability to tag colleagues in notes for callbacks or updates to accounts is very helpful to keep everyone on the same page Email History - being able to blind copy all our email communication to Nutshell, allows us to have email threads and notes all in one place

    I started using Nutshell CRM when I was Director of Sales and Marketing at DJG Investigative Services, Inc. I since have moved to the Operations department but remained available to teach the marketing team how to use Nutshell and other programs. For us, it addressed the problem of organizing leads.

    We use it to manage our sales funnel and followup schedule. The sales department uses it the most but we sometimes utilize it to store client information. It centralizes our sales efforts into one location with all relevant information attached.
    I would love to see the timeline bar be able to fill my whole dashboard screen. I would love to see tags carry over between companies and people that are synced together.

    The Business Development team uses Nutshell. There are four of us who regularly enter client/partner/competitor information, including contact info, hot/pain points, SWOT (hot/pain points and SWOT are entered in custom fields... there is not a spot for those), and activities/notes/emails. Then another person runs the weekly reports and inputs information from other people in the company who may have interactions with client/partner/competitor people. We also use the tagging functionality to categorize certain people/groups.
    SWOT analysis --- currently we put this in as custom fields but they don't link up at all and are hard to read/navigate. We also use the custom fields for other information we want to capture. It would be nice to build those in so they can show the info as bullet points or something --- currently paragraph form and hard to find things at a glance. Funnel could use some work. Only shows how many leads are currently in that part of the pipeline which doesn't give us a good historical comparison.

    Overall: I searched and spent a lot of time looking for the best crm to suit what we needed. Realising along the way that no crm software would ever suit what your specific needs are. That said Nutshell fulfills 95%of what we need as we adapted our processes to suit. Having spent only 2 days learning and implementing g the crm it was fully usable and powerful meeting our needs.
